Abstract

South Sumatra Province is one of the provinces that has abundant natural resources and the largest is coal. The implementation of the case study was carried out in the cities of Palembang, Pagar Alam and Lubuk Linggau using homer software with components Controller Homer Load Following, Generic Biogas Genset (Size-Your-Own), Peimar SG300MBF, Bergey Excel 6-R, Surette 6 CS 25P, Princeton DRI-100 Converter, Hydro Natel Freejet Fi-7A49 kW.  Typical load profile determination assuming 100 houses in a village that have a daily load of 10.50 kWh or 3,832.50 kWh/year/house. After the simulation, it was concluded that the combination of an effective and efficient power generation system is Hydro / Solar / battery / converter (HSbc) in Pagar Alam City with energy production of 48,809 kWh / year. A reliable and sustainable Power Generation System is obtained in Hydro / battery / converter (Hbc). Net Present Cost and the highest carbon emissions are found in diesel power plants when compared to other renewable energy power plants.

Abstract

Implementation of the Independent Curriculum will not work properly without teachers who have adequate capacity to implement the curriculum. Therefore, this research was conducted to identify and analyze the factors that influence teacher capacity building in implementing the Independent Curriculum. With the idea of the independent learning program by the Minister of Education and Culture Nadiem Anwar Makarim as a form of improving the quality of education in Indonesia, teachers must be able to carry out their duties with full responsibility in carrying out their duties, so that educational goals can run well according to what is aspired to. . To make this happen, teachers must have working professionals from: 1) designing and implementing an independent curriculum, 2) driving teachers and 3) overcoming obstacles to implementing an independent curriculum.

Abstract

The title of this research is which aims to determine the description, supporting, and inhibiting factors as well as providing solutions faced in the Implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 12 of 2021 concerning the Procurement of Government Goods and Services in the City of Banjarmasin. His study uses qualitative research. The selection of information is carried out by purposive sampling, where researchers prefer to choose informants who meet certain criteria and are considered to know about what researchers expect and can be trusted with the accuracy of the information and know the problems in depth at the time of the interview. Abstract

Humic acid to soil has positive effects on soil properties that result in improved soil fertility and maize yield. Maize growth and yield can also be enhanced by foliar application of salicylic acid. A field experiment was carried out at Agronomy Research Farm, The University of Agriculture Peshawar during summer season, 2021 to evaluate the response of maize to humic acid and foliar salicylic acid application. Results revealed that plots treated with humic acid at the rate of 15 kg ha-1 significantly increased plant height (217.8 cm), grains ear-1 (507), thousand grains weight (302.3 g) and grain yield (5309 kg ha-1). Salicylic acid with 750 mg L-1 showed taller plants (221.1 cm), maximum grains ear-1(502), heavier thousand grains weight (299.1 g) and maximum grain yield (5171 kg ha-1) which is statistically similar with the application of salicylic acid foliar spray at the rate of 500 mg L-1. Interaction between humic acid and salicylic acid was found to be non-significant except in case of grains ear-1 and grain yield. It was concluded that humic acid at the rate of 15 kg ha-1 and salicylic acid foliar spray of 750 mg L-1 is recommended for higher grain yield of maize in Peshawar.
