Jurnal Kepariwisataan: Destinasi, Hospitalitas dan Perjalanan (ISSN 2477-3808; e-ISSN 2721-4753) is a peer-reviewed journal which is published by Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung (PPNHIB) Jurnal Kepariwisataan aims at initiating and stimulating advances in hospitality and tourism research. Therefore, it publishes papers that promote new ideas, models, approaches, and paradigms by contributing to the advances in knowledge and theory of hospitality and tourism. The journal covers applied research studies and review articles, both in a format of the full-length articles and research notes. Applied research studies are expected to examine relationships among variables relevant to hospitality and tourism by employing appropriate analytical or statistical techniques. High-quality review articles that address the latest advances and develop theoretical knowledge or thinking about key aspects of hospitality and tourism are accepted. Research notes are short articles that report advances in methodology, exploratory research findings or extensions / discussions of prior research. Jurnal Kepariwisataan will also welcome commentary in response to published articles. Abstract

Psychological factors are factors inherent in the individual, which will affect how the various kinds of stimuli given by marketers, will affect consumer recognition of the needs, information seeking, and a variety of alternatives before deciding to make a visit or not. This research, entitled "The Influence of Psychological Factors on Tourist Decision to Visit Taman Bunga Nusantara Cianjur Regency" conducted in order to determine the psychological factors of tourist and the decision-making of tourist in visiting Taman Bunga Nusantara Cianjur Regency, as well as to analyze the influence of psychological factors towards tourist decision making to visit Taman Bunga Nusantara Cianjur Regency. The used method is accidental sampling. Respondents in this research were the visitors of Taman Bunga Nusantara as the location of the research, a total of 120 respondents. Based on the analysis, the firmest aspect of psychological factors is personality. As well as tourist decision in visiting Taman Bunga Nusantara was in the low category. Simultaneously, psychological factors significantly influence tourist decision in visiting Taman Bunga Nusantara Cianjur Regency. Based on the research results, the manager of the Taman Bunga Nusantara in order to create a marketing strategy that can affect consumers by providing a strong stimulus to be remembered very well by travelers.

Abstract

The ecosystem of halal tourism destinations is a relatively new phenomenon in the practice of tourism destination management and tourism literature. Currently, halal tourism has become part of the completeness of tourist destinations in general. In this article, the development of halal tourism, the concept of ecosystem, as well as the role of various related components in tourism destinations in detail, based on scientific literature and professional practice in the .field of destination management. A critical assessment of the current situation related to the development of halal tourism in Indonesia is also included in this article.

Abstract

This research is associative research with a causal relationship based on the explanation level, that is how this research is explained. Associative research is research in which the aim is to find a relationship or influence between two or more variables that serve to explain, predict and control certain symptoms. While the causal relationship is the cause-effect relationship, where X Influences Y. This research when viewed from the goal is applied research or applied research, which is "research that aims to obtain discoveries related to the application of certain theories" This research is practical by testing theory in the face of real problems in certain situations. The results of this study note that the workload of pramugraha in Marbella Suites Bandung needs to be re-examined so that the workload delegated to pramugraha more optimal. The individual workload of the pramugraha who is still in severe condition indicates an imbalance in the workload. Of the 15 questions based on 10 workload indicators, there are 13 aspects that are still in the weight category, while the other 3 are in enough category. The heaviest dimension according to the pramugraha response is the state of the room followed by productive time, productivity level, and type of work. However, the dimension of productive time has a greater effect on performance compared to other workload dimensions. The dimensions of work, the state of the room, and the level of productivity follow in a row in affecting the performance of pramugraha at Marbella Suites Bandung. Performance pramugraha Marbella Suites Bandung is in the bad category which means that the performance of pramttgraha should be optimized for pramugraha productivity can be better. There are 5 out of 10 indispensable indicators of communication skills, how the work is done, the discipline, the outcomes of work, and how the work is done. The other, five indicators are sufficiently categorized, namely loyalty, reliability, leadership, service to guests, and multicultural governance. The most severe dimensions based on pramugraha responses are objective results followed by behavior and personality. Delivered workloads contribute significantly to the performance of pramugraha at Marbella Suites Bandung. The performance of pramugraha will adjust to the workload carried by the steward. Workload affects performance by 59%. Based on table 4:40 about the correlation between workload with pramugraha performance in Marbella Suites Bandung, the effect of workload load on performance is 0.767 which means that there is a strong influence between two variables positively and significantly. So it can be concluded that the influence of workload on pramugraha performance in Marbella Suites Bandung is 59% and 41% other influenced by other factors outside the workload. This shows a strong correlation between workload and pramugraha performance in Marbella Suites Bandung.

Abstract

The main problem in this research is the performance of employees of Investment Board and Integrated Licensing (BPMPT) West Java Province felt very less. The problem is caused by the absence of optimal transformational leadership. The approach used in this research is descriptive method of analysis that describes social phenomena by examining the influence of Transformational Leadership (X) on Employee Performance (Y). This research uses a quantitative analysis technique through path analysis which is intended to know the influence of variables of Transformational Leadership toward Employee Performance, either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that Transformational Leadership affects Employee Performance on the Investment Board and Integrated Licensing (BPMPT) of West Java Province. The simultaneous effect of transformational leadership variables on employee performance was 82%. The value is strong enough. While other influences that are not examined or epsilon affect employee performance of 17.2%. Partially, Transformational Leadership is tested in influencing employee performance that is covering an aspect of ideal influence equal to 6,5%, inspirational aspect motivation 21%, aspect of intellectual simulation equal to 27,4%, aspect of individual consideration 27,9% and other variable 17, 2%. The conclusion that transformational leadership is a very important factor in influencing the performance of the employees of the Investment and Investment Permit (BPMPT) of West Java Province. Optimize the performance of key personnel is done through transformational leadership variables. The results of this study can be concluded that the transformational leadership either simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees of the Investment and Integrated Licensing Agency (BPMPT) West Java Province.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about "Occupancy Rate Analysis of Effect Study Perspective Hotel amenities Hotel amenities Decision Against guest to stay at Nyiur Indah Beach Hotel Pangandaran". The results are expected to provide benefits of this research is to determine the extent of the facilities owned by Nyiur Indah Beach hotel guests can attract traffic and increase hotel revenue. The method used is descriptive analysis and 'verification. Data collection is an interview with using a questionnaire accompanied by literature study. The sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling techniques that do not provide equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be sampled. Field data collection conducted in 2015. Data were analyzed using Path. Analysis (Path Analysis). The results showed that there are significant positive and significant effect of the variable to variable-making facility stay. Indicators rooms were clean and comfortable is important in influencing a person to stay. Basically the reason someone stay dihotel is to rest, the rooms are clean and comfortable will make a guest feel at home and comfortable in the rest.
