Abstract

Recruitment is an effort to find and influence workers, so they want to apply for job vacancies in the organization/company. The implementation of recruitment and selection is one of the ways that companies do to find and determine prospective employees who will be accepted or rejected by the company. The purpose of the study was to describe the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees at Pasar Minngu Hospital in 2022. This type of research used a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. In this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 2 informants. The method of data collection is by using interview, observation and document review techniques. Based on the results of the study, the process of job analysis stages at Pasar Minggu Hospital in conducting job analysis refers to workload analysis only. The employee recruitment process at Pasar Minggu Hospital still depends on the demand or demands of each unit in need. the employee selection process at Pasar Minggu Hospital starts from the administrative selection stage then to the MMPI test, in the selection process carried out there is still no debriefing process that aims to encourage new employees to get to know the scope of their work well. The placement of employees at Pasar Minggu Hospital is carried out using a method based on the assessment of education, experience and educational certification as well as human resource needs. At Pasar Minggu Hospital, they still have not paid attention to the development of placement criteria which aims to obtain effective and efficient results in the selection and placement recruitment process. Suggestions are expected from the hospital regarding the process of recruitment, selection and placement of employees not depending on the demands or demands of each unit in need

Abstract

Saat ini wanita akan mengalami ovulasi yang menstruasi terkadang di sertai dengan nyeri kewanitaan (dysmenorrhea). Nyeri haid atau dysmenorrhea adalah salah satu keluhanayang sering dialami wanita muda. Dismenore merupakan menstruasi yang di sertai rasa sakit yang hebat. Nyeri haid ditimbulkan beberapa faktor misalnya faktor endokrin, kelainan organik, faktor kejiwaan, faktor konstitusi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gerakan yoga terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenore pada remaja mahasiswi keperawatan Universitas indonesia maju. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan only one group pre post test.Waktu penelitian bulan September - November Tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa gerakan yoga berpengaruh terhadap penurunan nyeri dismenorea dengan menggunakan uji kolmogorow smirnov skala nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi di dapatkan bahwa P value 0,000 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05.

Abstract

Untuk melindungi rekam medis pasien, ruang yang memenuhi kriteria keamanan dan kerahasiaan harus ditetapkan untuk penyimpanan rekam medis. Ruang penyimpanan rekam medis dapat dikatakan baik jika dapat mencegah bahaya yang dapat menimpa dokumen rekam medis, seperti kehilangan, kerusakan, atau bencana. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui sistem keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pasar Minggu. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian observasional dan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian deskriptif adalah metodologi penelitian yang digunakan. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian untuk keamanan rekam medis adalah penanganan kebakaran sudah terdapat APAR, fire smoke detector dan peringatan dilarang merokok. Sedangkan dalam penanganan kebanjiran posisi lemari lebih tinggi dari lantai dan sudah ada selokan untuk menampung air hujan. Menggunakan tinta yang seragam, jelas dan mudah dibaca. Kertas yang digunakan HVS A4 70 gram yang tidak mudah sobek. Map rekam medis terbuat dari bahan karton tebal dan sudah cukup kuat. Rak sudah roll o’pack yang terbuat dari besi sehingga tahan air, api dan panas, Menjaga kelembahan dan suhu secara berkala, dengan suhu berkisar antara 27oC dan kelembaban sebesar 56%. Untuk kerahasiaan rekam medis adalah terdapat peringatan di depan pintu masuk “Selain Petugas Rekam Medis Dilarang Masuk!”, Pintu ruangan rekam medis menggunakan finger print, hanya petugas rekam medis yang bisa membuka dan masuk kedalam ruangan. Seluruh petugas yang ada di rumah sakit disumpah untuk menjaga kerahasiaan informasi rekam medis baik itu informasi identitas pasien, diagnosis, riwayat penyakit, riwayat pemeriksaan maupun riwayat pengobatan.

Abstract

Myocarditis, characterized by inflammation of the heart muscle, presents a complex and challenging clinical scenario. This review explores the landscape of pharmacological interventions in the treatment of myocarditis, aiming to identify the most effective drugs in managing this inflammatory cardiac condition. A comprehensive analysis of current literature encompasses clinical trials, observational studies, and experimental models to evaluate the efficacy of various drug classes. From immunosuppressive agents to anti-inflammatory medications, the review delineates the mechanisms of action, safety profiles, and clinical outcomes associated with different drug interventions. The synthesis of evidence provides valuable insights into the pharmacotherapeutic strategies that demonstrate the highest efficacy in mitigating inflammation, preserving cardiac function, and improving patient outcomes in myocarditis

Abstract

60 sick children with acute pneumonia aged from 1 to 3 years were examined. The control group consisted of 30 healthy children of the same age. The experience of the clinic has shown that all children with acute pneumonia have disorders of the autonomic nervous system, which aggravates the course of this disease. The author found that children with acute pneumonia showed characteristic changes in autonomic regulation, manifested by a predominance of hypersympathicotonic initial autonomic tone, which generally indicates a state of overstrain of the body's adaptive capabilities. High tension and disruption of adaptation increase the risk of an unfavorable outcome of the disease. In patients with acute pneumonia who received vegetotropic drugs and a multivitamin complex as part of complex therapy, more pronounced positive dynamics in indicators of autonomic homeostasis were noted.
