Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pemerintah Daerah Indragiri Hilir, dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah dan Kualitas Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Indragiri Hilir. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 SKPD. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisi regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan dan parsial, Penerapan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah dan Kualitas Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan pada Pemerintah Daerah Indragiri Hilir.

Abstract

Jiwa entrepreneurship pada Pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Riau dapat ditumbuhkan dengan peran serta dari semua pihak yang ada, baik itu Pimpinan maupun Pegawai itu sendiri. Pemberian reward bagi Pegawai yang berprestasi, lelang jabatan, pemberian pelatihan, sosialisasi kebijakan-kebijakan baru dan pemberian wewenang penuh bagi Pegawai dalam mengambil keputusan yang menyangkut Tupoksinya. Tumbuhnya jiwa entrepreneurship pada Pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Riau dengan sendirinya akan meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Bagian Kepegawaian tidak bisa terpisahkan dengan segala urusan yang berhubungan dengan Pegawai, baik dalam melakukan penilaian dan pengawasan maupun ikut berperan serta dalam pengembangan Pegawai agar kinerja Pegawai terus meningkat. Alokasi perencanaan anggaran keuangan setiap tahunnya pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi perhatian oleh pimpinan guna mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship pada Pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh promosi, produk dan event kegiatan terhadap keputusan beli konsumen Islamic Book Fair Syakaa Organizer. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif atau kausalitas. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang responden konsumen Islamic Book Fair Yogyakarta. Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Purposive Sampling atau Judgmental Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis asumsi klasik dengan menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperoleh analisis regresi Constant sebesar 1,335 dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,396 untuk promosi (X1), koefisien regresi 0,389 untuk produk (X2), dan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,406 untuk event (X3), sehingga dapat diketahui persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = 1,335 + 0,396 X1 + 0,389 X2 + 0,406 X3. Hasil penelitian R Square sebesar 0,633. Hal ini berarti seluruh variabel bebas yakni: promosi X1, produk X2, event X3, berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama sebesar 63.3% terhadap variabel terikat keputusan beli Y. Sisanya sebesar 36,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Pengaruh yang diberikan adalah pengaruh positif dengan level pengaruh “Cukup Tinggi”.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the analysis of the brand image (brand image) at KFC Sudirman Pekanbaru branch. The indicators in this study are company image, user image and product image. The type of research used is descriptive, namely prioritizing questionnaires as a data collection tool, of the objectivity of the existence of research objectives at the location. and the method used by the writer is quantitative method. There is a population and sample in this study, namely visitors who came to the KFC, reached 44 people. The sampling technique used in this research is incidental sampling, which is the determination of the sample by chance, that is, anyone who happens to meet the researcher can be used as a sample. data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis of quantitative data, namely describing the data through numbers and the acquisition of data collection by giving weights or scores on the questionnaire. Based on this analysis technique, the researcher assesses and the brand image for indicators of corporate image, user image and product image are categorized as "very good"

Abstract

Perumda Pasar Jaya again held an auction for the revitalization of the maintenance and management of the Kramat Jati main market toilet, which is in Jakarta, and currently the winner of the Auction from the Revitalization of Maintenance and Management is PT. Answara Sukses Perdana Indonesia, because in this case in order to create a clean and comfortable market toilet. So that market visitors are more comfortable to enter the traditional market. The management and maintenance of toilets on the market today is constantly improving every year. This is in accordance with the slogan of Pasar Jaya which wants to create a clean and healthy market scope. Market management wants toilet cleanliness to be one of the benchmarks in seeing market feasibility. "Because even though it's a traditional market, cleanliness can't be taken for granted, we want the impression of dirty and dirty market toilets to change in the community, considering that we continue to pursue repairs and maintenance of toilets to make them better," he said. improvement of market toilets to participate in these activities. It is hoped that in the future in a number of markets, the toilets can be even better. Previously, one of the standard toilet revitalization and maintenance programs using the Tapping Gate System could be seen at the Kramat Jati Main Market, East Jakarta, where improvements were made for the users of the public toilet services. Its management is also expected to be a reference for other markets. Management and maintenance of this market toilet, especially in terms of cleanliness, supporting facilities and size. That's why you need to be careful when doing it. So that it can provide convenience to traders and people who come to shop at traditional markets
