Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which implementation of innovation-based corporate social responsibility program at PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning in fostering the entrepreneurial spirit of micro, small, and medium enterprises. This type of research uses a mixed method. The selection of informants is carried out using a purposive technique consisting of the Camat, Village Head, Manager of PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning, Corporate Social Responsibility Team, Head of Farmer Groups and Community Actors of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. Methods of data collection is done by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. In quantitative data analysis technique is to use statistical analysis. The results show that product innovation, process innovation, method innovation, strategy innovation, and system innovation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial spirit. The suggestion from this research is that it is better for PT Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning made improvements to the innovations of the corporate social responsibility program that they had carried out, especially in the innovation of the system that was carried out in order to continue to involve the district and village governments, so that there was support from both parties for the progress of the assisted the entrepreneurial spirit of micro, small, and medium enterprises.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Bara Prima Pratama Site Batu Ampar. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelaksanaan program pelatihan dan penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian lapangan di PT. Bara Prima Pratama Site Batu Ampar. Program pelatihan dan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja sebagai variabel independen (X) sementara itu produktivitas kerja sebagai variabel dependen (Y). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah produktivitas kerja karyawan mengalami angka yang fluktuatif yaitu tidak tercapainya target perusahaan selama 3 tahun terakhir, disertai dengan banyaknya jumlah karyawan yang mengalami kecelakaan kerja terlihat dari data perusahaan dan didukung oleh pendapat ahli. Sampel penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 77 responden dari 331 populasi yang dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang disebar menggunakan kuisioner menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan selanjutnya diolah untuk kemudian diuji dengan statistik melalui SPSS 22. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa program pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dimana thitung =9.050 > ttabel = 1,665 dan sig 0.000 < 0.05, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dimana thitung =9.944> ttabel = 1,665dan sig 0.000 < 0.05, selanjutnya program pelatihan dan penerapan  keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, dimana fhitung (60,223) > ftabel (3,12) dan nilai signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Multiguna Lestari Abadi Kelurahan Selensen Indragiri Hilir. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job training, work supervision and employee commitment to the work performance of production employees at PT. Multiguna Lestari Abadi Kelurahan Selensen Indragiri Hilir. Job training, work supervision and employee commitment as independent variables (X) while job performance as dependent variables (Y). The problem in this study is production results that have not reached the company's target for the last 5 years, accompanied by the presence of several employees who are absent or late as seen from company data and supported by expert opinions. The sample of this study was taken as many as 53 respondents with a total of population size. Data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed using questionnaires using census / total sampling techniques. and then processed to then be tested with statistics through SPSS 22. From the results of the tests conducted show that job training has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work supervision has a positive and significant effect on work performance, employee commitment has a positive and significant effect on work performance, then job training, work supervision and the application of employee commitment to work performance, where the calculation (20.840) table (3.18) and significance value (0.000) 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and the work environment on employee morale. This research was conducted at a banking company, namely PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Siak Sri Indrapura Branch. This study uses 50 respondents who are all employees of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Siak Sri Indrapura Branch. In this study, the sampling technique used was Census/Total Sampling. Tests carried out in this study included validity tests, reliability tests, classic normality assumption tests, multicollinearity classic assumption tests, heteroscedasticity classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work competence and work environment on work productivity at PT. Lutvindo Wijaya Perkasa Pekanbaru. Work competence and work environment as the Independent Variables (X) while work productivity is the Dependent Variable (Y). The problem in this study is the work productivity of employees who experience fluctuating numbers. The sample for this research was taken as many as 92 respondents from 120 populations which were calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained from the results of the questionnaires were distributed using a simple random sampling technique and then processed to then be tested statistically through SPSS 25 account= 13.749 > table 1.987 and sig 0.000 <0.05, then the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, where tcount= 13.461table 1.987 and sig 0.000 <0.05, as well as work competence and work environment on employee work productivity, where the value of fcaccount148,824) > ftable (3.10), and the significance value (0.000) <0.05.

Abstract

This research's context is that a key component of the product marketing concept is to satisfy consumers' requirements and desires while making product choices. A few of the elements that influence consumer purchase decisions include the capacity to develop a brand image among consumers, proper discounts, and service quality. From the analysis of consumer needs and desires, J.CO Donuts & Coffee makes Brand Image, Discounts and Service Quality as part of a marketing strategy to reach consumers. The goal is to ascertain how brand image, discounts, and service quality affect customers' decisions to buy at J.CO Donuts & Coffee Pekanbaru. The research's methodology is quantitative descriptive, and its primary and secondary data sources are J.CO Donuts & Kopi Pekanbaru product sales data from 2016 to 2020, as well as primary data collected through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires, which are then statistically tested using the SPSS program. The analytical methods employed in this study were reliability and validity checks. According to the findings of this study, Brand Image (X1) and Discounts (X2) both had a favorable and significant impact on purchase decisions (Y). Purchase Decision (Y) is positively and significantly impacted by Service Quality (X3).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether celebrity endorsers and brand image influence purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative, using primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from respondents collected through questionnaires. The sample amounted to 88 respondents using purposive sampling from a population of 770 consumers who had made a purchase. The measurement scale uses the Likert scale. Data analysis includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient test, t-test, and f test using SPSS 26. The results showed (1) there is a significant influence of celebrity endorsers on the purchasing decisions of Rabbani Store consumers in Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Mybluebird application promotion and price on consumer interest in PT Bluebird Group Pekanbaru. The methods used in this research are descriptive and quantitative statistics with explanatory research models. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were determined using Accidental Sampling and a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. From the data analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determinastion coefficient test, the results show that promotion has a significant effect on consumer interest at t count (8.917) > t table (1.661), the price has a significant effect on consumer interest at t count (7.948) > t table (1.661) and the results of the F test promotion and price on consumer interest show a value of 50.5%, meaning that promotion and price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer interest in Mybluebird application services at PT Blue Bird Group Pekanbaru.

Abstract

Jiwa entrepreneurship pada Pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Riau dapat ditumbuhkan dengan peran serta dari semua pihak yang ada, baik itu Pimpinan maupun Pegawai itu sendiri. Pemberian reward bagi Pegawai yang berprestasi, lelang jabatan, pemberian pelatihan, sosialisasi kebijakan-kebijakan baru dan pemberian wewenang penuh bagi Pegawai dalam mengambil keputusan yang menyangkut Tupoksinya. Tumbuhnya jiwa entrepreneurship pada Pegawai Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Riau dengan sendirinya akan meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Bagian Kepegawaian tidak bisa terpisahkan dengan segala urusan yang berhubungan dengan Pegawai, baik dalam melakukan penilaian dan pengawasan maupun ikut berperan serta dalam pengembangan Pegawai agar kinerja Pegawai terus meningkat. Alokasi perencanaan anggaran keuangan setiap tahunnya pada pengembangan sumber daya manusia menjadi perhatian oleh pimpinan guna mendukung kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneurship pada Pegawai.

Abstract

The research is aimed at finding out the influence of store atmosphere and product diversity on purchasing decisions at PM Collection Pekanbaru. The development of the business world is increasingly rapid, marked by the increasing number and complexity of challenges that exist within it. One of the many businesses is the fashion business. The independent variables are store atmosphere and product diversity, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The method used in the research was quantitative methods using the SPSS version 20 program. The sample used was 99 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique for PM Collection Pekanbaru consumers. The data source used in the research are primary and secondary data. The results of this research are that store atmosphere (X1) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y), product diversity (X2) has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (Y), and store atmosphere and product diversity have a significant influence on purchasing decisions.
