Abstract

The objective of this research is to look into the impact of brand image and brand performance on UNIQLO brand loyalty, as well as the interaction between brand success and brand image on the development of UNIQLO brand loyalty. This research is included in the poll research category and uses questionnaires to be the research instruments. The consumers of the UNIQLO brand become the research sample group that covers 100 respondents. With the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software, multiple linear regression analysis is the research method used. The findings of this study indicate a favorable and significant correlation between UNIQLO brand loyalty formation and brand performance and between UNIQLO brand loyalty formation and brand image combination and brand performance. If a brand’s brand image and brand performance are strong, it will affect brand loyalty, which will support the business stability of the brand.

Abstract

Abstract Many natural attractions have stray dogs or pets that threaten the sanctity and comfort of Muslim tourists. In this regard, it is necessary to have halal cosmetics or halal cleaners as items that must be carried (travel packs) to anticipate when exposed to heavy impure to facilitate purification for Muslim tourists. Halal cleanlines or halal cosmetics need to be studied and analyzed for their urgency for the development of shariah tourism, especially in Mojokerto. The problems in this article are related to (1) How do Muslim tourists view mughaladzah impure in Mojokerto (2) Need to review halal cleanlines from a fiqh perspective (3) Trying to study and understand the level of urgency of halal cleanlines for Muslim tourists at natural attractions in Mojokerto. The method in this article is examined qualitatively with a phenomenological approach and case studies. The result of this study is that there is an urgent need to take advantage of halal clenlines for tourists in Mojokerto, this is supported by the permissibility of shariah cosmetics from a fiqh perspective so that it is better to provide it for tourist attractions in Mojokerto.

Abstract

Financial statements will function optimally if presented with qualitative elements, including easy-to-understand, reliable, comparable, and relevant. In preventing any acts of misrepresentation of financial statements, it is necessary to encourage the ownership of family shares. The research method uses quantitative analysis using the Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA) model. The results of this study indicate that in the first hypothesis, it is suspected that there is an influence of Pressure on financial statements fraud. From the results of the T-test, it is known that the sig value is smaller than 0.05, which is 0.000. The t-count value is greater than the t-table (5.461>1.661). This study concludes that the pressure variable influences fraud. The variable financial statements of Family Ownership cannot strengthen the impact of Competence on fraudulent financial statements, and the variable family ownership cannot enhance the effect of arrogance on fraudulent financial statements.

Abstract

Nurses play a crucial role in the internal operations of the hospital, offering patients care, attention, assistance, and support. One of the most crucial things for hospitals to pay attention to is working hours since, if neglected, it will lead to nurses feeling under pressure at work, making it difficult for them to spend time with their families. If the two issues are properly handled, the employment attachment of nurses may also decline. This type of research method uses the quantitative explanation research method as a causal approach to the influence of work overload and work-family conflict on job embeddedness, with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and coworker support as a moderation variable in nurses at Islam PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Tegal Regency. 96 inpatient nurses who responded to a questionnaire made up the study sample. SEM was used as the approach for data analysis in this investigation. According to the findings of this study, work stress and work-family conflict considerably impact emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, work overload, work-family conflict, and emotional exhaustion have no significant effect on job embeddedness. Additionally, the association between work overload and work-family conflict and job embeddedness is unaffected by emotional exhaustion as a mediator and co-worker support as a moderation variable.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence the leader-member exchange, organizational climate and innovative work behavior improve employee performance of Directorate General X of Ministry Y. This research uses quantitative methods. This study used structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis techniques. Sampling is used purposive sampling method. This study took a sample of civil servants who had worked as research subjects for at least 2 years. Employees with structural officer positions or functional officers who serve as coordinators and sub-coordinators are not included because this study focuses on employees who do not occupy managerial positions. From the discussion above, the leader-member exchange positively affects employee performance. The organizational climate positively affects employee performance. Leader-member exchanges positively affect employees' innovative work behaviors. The organizational climate positively affects the innovative work behavior of employees. Innovation work behavior has a positive effect on employee performance. Innovation work behavior partially mediates the relationship of the influence of member leadership exchanges on employee performance. Innovation work behavior partially mediates the relationship between the influence of the organizational climate on employee performance.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, stockpiling became a common phenomenon, when people flocked to markets or supermarkets to buy various needs ranging from food to the need for health equipment. Therefore, it is important to explore the stockpiling behavior that occurs in order to get a clearer picture of this phenomenon. This study aims to find out how the dissemination of information on social media containing stimuli affects consumer perceptions of perceived benefits of stockpiling until the consumer decides to stockpile in the end. This study is a survey study collected through a questionnaire employed online through social media (Whatsapp and Instagram). The data is analyzed quantitatively utilizing the PLM-SEM app. The results of this study show that received risk, perceived severity, and perceived scarcity do not have a significant effect on the perceived benefits of stockpiling and stockpiling, but social norms have a significant effect on the perceived benefits of stockpiling. The result can become a reference for determining policies in the face of the panic buying phenomenon which leads to stockpiling. Therefore, the media must realize that the content they publish must be free from exaggerated news so that they can provide real information to the public.

Abstract

In the world of work and business, an employee is faced with demands for high work performance that is always able to make the best contribution to the progress of a company, namely by increasing the performance of the company’s employees. Therefore, this study aims to determine several factors that lead to an increase in employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods. This research is a cross-sectional study on employees of PT Kilang Pertamina International (PT. KPI) located in Refinery Unit (RU) II Dumai, RU III Plaju, RU IV Cilacap, RU V Balikpapan, RU VI Balongan, and RU VII. In this study, the analytical tool that can be used to analyze each variable is SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that to improve the performance of its employees, companies must be able to improve several aspects such as increasing emotional intelligence and self-efficacy which are oriented towards increasing company commitment. High corporate commitment from employees will be able to increase employee job satisfaction and have the potential to improve their performance. This research is expected to provide knowledge about the influence of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy that affect employee performance which leads to company and industry performance.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide more insight into the streetwear fashion industry, specifically the effects of perceived value towards co-brand equity, co-brand preference, and continuance intention in Indonesia’s streetwear fashion context. This study can serve as a guideline for South East Asian fashion entrepreneurs who plans to use a co-branding strategy in their streetwear business. This research used a purposive random sample of 197 co-branded fashion streetwear consumers was surveyed. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data through SPSS and SmartPLS software. The result shows that perceived value has significant and positive effects on the continuance intention of co-branded streetwear fashion goods in Indonesia. Co-brand equity and co-brand preference also play a pivotal role in consumers’ continuance intention of co-branded streetwear fashion goods in Indonesia. There are currently a low number of studies exploring the streetwear fashion industry.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to examine influence agent competency and trust have on customer loyalty for Sharia life insurance (Case Study of PT Prudential Life assurance branch of Binjai). This study applies a quantitative descriptive method with multiple linear regression analysis. This study applies data processing according to statistical mechanisms and then interpreted in the form of numbers obtained from the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This study has subjects in the form of customers from PT Prudential Life assurance Binjai branch and objects in the form of the influence of agent competence and trust on consumer loyalty. The population of this study is a number of 80 Sharia life insurance customers and applies a sampling technique in the form of a saturated sample. This is because the population is under 100 people so that all of them are drawn as research samples. Based on the results of data processing obtained through the t test obtained a count of 3.798 and a significance of 0.000. So the interpretation is tcount>ttable (3.798>1.29). The first hypothesis is accepted so that competence has a positive and significant effect on customer royalties of PT Prudential Life assurance Binjai branch. Then the results of subsequent tests on the trust variable obtained t count of -2.295 and a Sig value of 0.024. So it is interpreted that tcount<ttable (-2.295<1.29) so that the second hypothesis is rejected because trust has a negative and significant effect on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study discusses the role of agents in increasing public understanding of fire insurance products at PT. Askrida Syariah Insurance. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data from important documents and previous research. The method of data collection is done by interviewing the administrative staff at PT Asuransi Askrida Syariah. Then the author collects some previous research related to the author's research, which is usually called documentation. The method of analysis that the author uses in this research is descriptive, that is, by reducing the data or summarizing important data in the research, displaying the data and concluding the research results. The result of this research is that the method used by the agent at PT. Askrida Syariah in educating the public regarding fire insurance products is by creating events, seminars and promotions from social media. Then the obstacles faced by agents are the lack of public knowledge regarding fire insurance products, and many people think that insurance is not important. The large number of competitors from other insurance companies is also an obstacle in marketing fire insurance products. However, the development of PT Askrida Syariah is very good. It can be seen from 2019 to 2021 that there will be an increase in the number of premiums and also customers.
