Abstract

The increase in insurance throughout 2022-2023 has been a remarkable achievement. This result states that people are increasingly realizing the importance of life insurance as a form of future financial planning. Every company has a goal to succeed, one way for a company to survive is to improve its performance, especially in the field of HR (human resources). Employee performance is influenced by several factors such as compensation and leadership. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of compensation and leadership on employee performance. The method used is comparative causality, which is to investigate possible causal relationships based on observations of existing effects and using certain data to find facts that have the potential to cause causation. Based on the research results, compensation has a positive influence on employee performance at PT AJS Bumiputera Syariah Yogyakarta, leadership has a positive influence on employee performance at PT AJS Bumiputera Syariah Yogyakarta, compensation and leadership have a positive influence on employee performance

Abstract

Abstract

This paper discusses employee service towards customer satisfaction at Optik Tiara Jambi. This study aims to describe employee service on customer satisfaction who come to Optik Tiara Jambi. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews at Optik Tiara Jambi. Then the data is discussed based on the theory proposed in the literature review and presents the results of respondents' answers and interviews at Optik Tiara Jambi. The discussion is ordered based on the problem formulation. The research describes how the quality of employee service at Optik Jmabi affects customer satisfaction from June to August 2023. From the results of the interviews, it was found that 15 respondents (50%) were very satisfied and 15 respondents (50%) were satisfied with employee service at Optik Tiara Jambi, in This indicator is that employees carry out checks according to the SOP. Meanwhile, 21 respondents (70%) were very satisfied and 9 respondents (30%) were satisfied with efforts to improve service for customer satisfaction at Optik Tiara Jambi, one of the efforts made by employees to increase customer satisfaction was checking accurately and quickly. Based on the results of this research, there are several suggestions given to patients so that RO should be able to provide optimal service to customers so that customers feel comfortable and satisfied so that customers return to Optik to have their eyes checked.

Abstract

Karya tulis ilmiah ini membahas tentang pengaruh Strategi Promosi di Media sosial Terhadap Penjualan Kacamata di Optik cahaya pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Strategi Promosi media sosial optic cahaya pekanbaru dalam meningkatkan Penjualan Kacamata . (2) Pengaruh Promosi yang dilakukan di media sosial Terhadap Penjualan Kacamata di Optik cahaya pekanbaru. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagian pasien yang berkunjung ke Optik cahaya pekanbaru pada kurun waktu 03 mei hingga 03 Juli 2023. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan instrument penelitian menggunakan Check List. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian responden sebanyak 100 yang terdiri dari 38 laki-laki dan 62 perempuan dapat diketahui bahwa yang menggunakaan media sosial sebanyak 67 % dan tertarik membeli di optic cahaya pekanbaru berjumlah 41 responden dengan persentase 41% dan yang tidak berjumlah 58 responden dengan persentase 58% dan yang merekomendasikan ke orang lain untuk membeli kacamata di Optik cahaya sebanyak 38%. Berdasarkan peningkatan penjualann yang terjadi selama dua bulan sebanyak 13,9% dari penjualan sebelum endorsement. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ada beberapa saran yang disampaikan yaitu (1) Bagi RO agar meningkatkan promosi di media sosial di berbagai platform untuk meningkatkan penjualan (2) Bagi akademi disarankan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dalam menghasilkan lulusan akademi yang profesional dan siap kerja dalam bidang kesehatan mata masyarakat serta dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan penambahan kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan perkembanganya. (3) Bagi masyarakat disarankan untuk memahami karya tulis ini agar dapat meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan tentang kesehatan mata. Kata Kunci: Pengaruh, strategi, promosi, penjualan, kacamata, optik.

Abstract

Housing and Residential Area Service operates efficiently and is able to respond to growing urban challenges. However, in a complex organization like the Department, understanding employee performance and identifying areas that need improvement can be a very complex task. to analyze the factors that influence employee performance at the Public Housing and Settlement Area Service of Payakumbuh City. The method used is binary logistic regression with the dependent variable (Y) being employee performance, while the independent variables are Discipline, Cooperation, Competence, Integrity, Commitment, Performance. From the results of the above analysis there are 2 (two) variables that significantly influence the performance of Housing Department employees People and Residential Areas of Payakumbuh City, namely Competency and Commitment Variables. From the results of binary logistic regression, it is known that there are 36 employees with high performance, while there are 17 employees with low performance.

Abstract

Effective employee performance management is one of the key factors in ensuring that the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas in Payakumbuh City operates efficiently and can respond to the evolving urban challenges. However, in a complex organization like this department, understanding employee performance and identifying areas that need improvement can be a very complex task. In this context, employee performance segmentation techniques, such as the use of K-means Clustering models, can be significantly helpful. This model allows us to group employees based on their performance characteristics, which, in turn, can be used to identify performance trends and issues that may exist. In this study, data processing is conducted using the K-means clustering method, which divides the data into 3 (three) clusters. The sample used in this research consists of 53 samples, comprising employees in the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas in Payakumbuh City, resulting in Cluster I classified as high cluster, Cluster II classified as low cluster, and Cluster III classified as a medium cluster.

Abstract

Discussing the issue of gender equality in human resource management (HR) in Indonesia. Gender equality is achieved when there is no discrimination between men and women, and both have equal access, the opportunity to participate, control development, and enjoy the same benefits and fairness in development. Although Indonesia has applied the principle of equality between men and women in front of the law, women are still far behind in various aspects that require special attention. Negative attitudes towards female workers, especially middle-class women, began to change after independence. But there is still a tendency to judge women based on their weaknesses. Women's participation in the labor force is increasing, which also contributes to Indonesia's development. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of clarifying and clarifying the subject matter of research, while gender analysis is a method or tool used to identify gender differences by analyzing data, facts, and information about gender.
