Augmented reality is a new technological breakthrough that helps e-commerce delivers an online shopping experience with quality of offline shopping. This is possible due to the capability of augmented reality technology that allows consumers to interact and to try products through the virtual world. This technology has not been widely adopted by e-commerce in Indonesia. In this study, we analyzed the effect of this technology on purchase intention through e-consumer experience in the form of perceived enjoyment and usefulness to 89 consumers. Our findings revealed that virtual presence significantly affects the enjoyment and usefulness directly and indirectly to purchase intention. In addition, the device also significantly affects the enjoyment and usefulness directly. Finally, the usefulness is proven to significantly affect purchase intention.

The purpose of this study is to examine and find out the mediating effect of transfer motivation on the relationship between supervisor support and peer support on training transfers in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak (KPP) Pratama Semarang Timur and Selatan employees. This study took a sample of 130 employees by using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection method was carried out by means of a survey, namely interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical tests and partial least square. The results of this study were accepted both direct and indirect effects (mediation). The conclusion of this study is that KPP Pratama Semarang Timur and Selatan employees must improve the implementation of training results to work and believe that the successful implementation of knowledge, attitude skills can improve their performance.

This study employs the cross sectional survey research design and the descriptive and ordinary least square regressions to examine the impact of Electronic-Payment Systems on the financial performance of Microfinance Banks and Institutions in Niger state, Nigeria. The results of the analysis indicate the presence of e-payment systems in the bank, which enjoys impressive acceptability, due to its ease of use and convenience. In addition, ATM facility, Internet payment options, e-payment cards, and mobile banking platforms shows a significant positive impact on the financial performance of COE-Minna microfinance bank. In essence, the improvement and review of e-payment platforms’ security, so as to attract more users, coupled with the reduction of charges associated with the use of the platforms as well as sensitization of potential users were recommended.

The right issue announcement may lead the market to react and affect the stock performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of the right issue on the abnormal return. This research uses a sample of 18 firms listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014 to 2016. This study employs one sample t test and wilcoxon test. The results show that there is no abnormal return in the days surrounding right issue announcement. The results also find that there is no difference in abnormal return between after and before the right issue announcement. This research implies that the existing stockholders and investors need to consider carefully before deciding to invest in go public companies do the right issue.

The purpose of this study is to know the impact of financial inclusion on public financial services education through financial technology. This research was conducted in Sleman Regency because the area was quite large in Yogyakarta, and was ranked third. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and literature studies. Data analyses used in this study are the validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis test. The results of this study found that financial inclusion has been proven to have no impact on public financial services education. However, financial inclusion has proven to have a significant impact on financial technology in Sleman Regency in 2018. In addition, financial inclusion through financial technology has also proven to have a positive impact on public financial service education in Sleman Regency in 2018.

This study uses the theory of Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) using a quantitative approach. Sampling using non-probability sampling method, using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were 200 respondents in the purchase intention category in the High Involvement product and also 200 in the Low Involvement product category. The analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that browsing activities on Instagram for both the High and Low Involvement categories of the product had a positive influence on flow conditions, online trust, and purchase intentions. Then online trust in an account on Instagram has a positive influence on flow conditions. Likewise, the flow condition variable and online trust also have an influence on the purchase intention of the latest items on Instagram. There is no difference in consumer behavior towards purchase intentions in the online domain between High and Low Involvement products.

This study aims to determine the effect of tax planning and profitability on firm value with BOD diversity as a moderating variable. This research is motivated by the importance of information about the factors that can affect the value of the company. Company value in this study used price book value as an indicator of measurement. The population of this research is the property and real estate sector companies in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018. The sample of this research is 30 issuers or 90 company financial statement data used in this study. This study uses multiple linear regressiosn with statistical tests and moderate regression analysis test with SPSS 23. The results of this study are tax planning and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Whereas BOD Diversity weakens the relationship between tax planning and profitability on firm value.

Globalization provides open competition to every business actor, to become a superior and valuable company one of the ways that can be taken by the company through disclosure of the corporate social reports (CSR). This paper wants to explore how far the characteristics of the company influence the extent of CSR disclosure. The method in this study uses the empirical study hypothesis testing approach by sampling all companies indexed L-Q45 on the Indonesia stock exchange. The reason selection of this index is the leading index in Indonesia with tightly defined criteria by regulators, including levels of liquidity, market capitalization, and growth prospects of the company. The results of the data analysis that has been done obtained results Profitability and total assets influence the broad disclosure of CSR, this also supports stakeholder theory and legitimacy theory, on the contrary, leverage does not affect the broad disclosure of CSR. That caused by the management of the company seeing high leverage tends to reduce the disclosure of social responsibility so as not to be in the spotlight of the debtholdersÂ
