Abstract

The research is aimed at: (1) knowing the influence of Islamic branding on public interest in becoming a customer at BSI Branch Gowa; (2) finding out the impact of Shariah financial literature on the interest of the public being a customer at BSI Gowa Branch; (3) knowing about the effect of service quality on the public's interest in becoming a customer; and (4) learning about the influences of Muslim branding, shariah finance literature, and service quality on public interest in becoming a client at BSI Branch Gowa. This type of research is quantitative and descriptive. The data used is primary data. Primary data is collected using questionnaires, observations, and documentation. double-linear regression test analysis method. Sampling is a simple, random sampling technique. The sample used as many as 80 respondents, and data analysis was done using IBM SPSS 28. The results of this study show that: (1) Islamic branding has no positive and non-significant influence on public interest in BSI Gowa Branch; (2) Shariah financial literacy has a positive and significant influence upon public interest to become a customer of BSI Gowa Branch; (3) Service quality has a negative and significant impact on the interest of the public in becoming a customer; and (4) Islamic branding, Sharial literature, and Service quality have a positive and significant effect on the public's interest in being a customer at BSI Gowa Branch. Implications in this study are that Islamic branding has become an early reflection of BSI Gowa branch operating in accordance with the principle of shariah, even though the public is not fully aware of this. A high level of understanding of the sharial financial literature can give a boost to the public, especially about BSI Gwang Gowa branch, and good service quality is able to have a positive impact on the development of BSI Gowa branches.

Abstract

Panic buying merupakan sebuah fenomena yang terjadi ketika konsumen secara berlebihan membeli produk dan menyebabkan kelangkaan sementara di pasar. Fenomena ini menjadi sangat relevan selama periode krisis atau keadaan darurat yang memicu kekhawatiran masyarakat. Dengan tindakan tersebut, maka secara langsung dapat berpengaruh pada ketidakstabilan harga dan komoditas di sektor pasar yang diakibatkan karena pembelian secara berlebihan. Ketika terjadi panic buying, permintaan yang tiba-tiba meningkat secara drastis melebihi pasokan yang tersedia, mengarah pada peningkatan harga yang signifikan dan penipisan stok barang. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tindakan panic buying dan relevansinya dengan Ikhtikar dalam pandangan Islam. Ikhtikar merujuk pada praktik menimbun atau menyimpan barang dengan tujuan untuk memanipulasi harga dan mengambil keuntungan dari keadaan pasar yang tidak stabil. Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, ikhtikar dianggap sebagai tindakan yang melanggar prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan kebersamaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka yang bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan literatur relevan yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Melalui tinjauan tersebut, penelitian ini menganalisis dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh panic buying dalam konteks ekonomi syariah khususnya tindakan panic buying pada masa pandemic yang tidak dapat ditoleransi dengan berbagai alasan apapun. Alasannya adalah perilaku tersebut mencerminkan keserakahan dan mementingkan diri sendiri, tanpa mempertimbangkan kepentingan bersama dan prinsip-prinsip keadilan yang ditegakkan dalam ekonomi syariah. Dalam kesimpulannya, panic buying dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah dapat melanggar prinsip-prinsip fundamental ekonomi syariah, seperti keadilan, kebersamaan, dan saling berbagi.

Abstract

The objective of this study was threefold: (1) to assess the impact of the capital adequacy ratio on the return on assets of Islamic Commercial Banks that are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK), (2) to examine the influence of mudharabah return on assets at Islamic Commercial Banks registered with OJK, and (3) to ascertain the combined effect of the capital adequacy ratio and mudharabah return on assets at Islamic Commercial Banks registered with OJK. The investigation was carried out throughout the period spanning from July to August of 2021. The research undertaken employed a quantitative-descriptive methodology, utilizing an associative approach. The utilized data source consisted of secondary data. The population under consideration encompasses the complete set of financial statements belonging to Islamic Commercial Banks (ICB) in Indonesia that were registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) throughout the period spanning from 2016 to 2020. The employed sample approach was the saturation sampling technique. The data was acquired from a collection of financial records comprising a total of 60 samples. The approaches employed for data collection involved the utilization of observation and documentation methods. The employed methodology for data analysis was multiple linear regression. The findings of this study suggest that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the capital adequacy ratio and return on assets at Islamic Commercial Banks, albeit to a partial extent. (2) The impact of mudharabah on the return on assets of Islamic Commercial Banks was found to be insignificant. (3) However, when considering the capital adequacy ratio and mudharabah together, a positive and substantial relationship was observed with the return on assets of Islamic Commercial Banks. The findings of the aforementioned study indicate that the capital adequacy ratio and mudharabah significantly impact the return on assets of Islamic Commercial Banks that are registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Hence, the bank possesses the ability to oversee and uphold the standard of the capital adequacy ratio and mudharabah on return on assets (ROA) in order to enhance the bank's profitability. The findings suggest that both the capital adequacy ratio and mudharabah exhibit a favorable influence on the return on assets, as they demonstrate a positive impact and the ability to enhance bank profitability.

Abstract

The objective of this study is threefold: (1) to examine the influence of Islamic marketing on purchasing intention in the context of Tokopedia, (2) to investigate the effect of cash on delivery (COD) services on shopping intention in Tokopedia, and (3) to explore the impact of COD services on purchasing intention in Tokopedia. The present study employs a quantitative survey methodology. The data utilised in this study is classified as primary data. The collection of primary data is achieved through the utilisation of questionnaires and observations. The sampling technique employed in this study is purposive sampling, which involves selecting participants based on certain criteria. In this case, the criteria for participant selection are as follows: (1) individuals who are users of the Tokopedia platform; (2) individuals who possess knowledge of, or have previous experience using, Tokopedia features; and (3) individuals who have engaged in cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when making purchases on the Tokopedia platform. The study utilised a sample size of 55 respondents, drawn from a population of 150,962 individuals. The sample size was determined using the indicator number formula, which was multiplied by a factor of 5. The data analysis procedures employed in this study involve the utilisation of double linear regression tests, which are conducted using SPSS Statistic 20 software for data processing. The findings of the study indicate that there is a somewhat favourable and statistically significant impact of Islamic marketing on the purchasing intention of consumers towards Tokopedia. Cash on delivery services (COD) exert a partially favourable and statistically significant impact on purchasing intentions within the context of Tokopedia.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the influence of product quality and labeling on consumer interest in Aira Bulukumba Beauty Clinic. The research methodology employed in this study is quantitative research. The research used primary data, which was collected through the use of questionnaires as the data gathering approach. The approach employed for the analysis of the double linear regression test. The demographic under investigation in this research comprises individuals who identify as Muslim, with a particular focus on the community residing in Bulukumba. The sample utilized in this study comprises a whole population of 50 participants. Data analysis approaches were employed utilizing the SPSS software version 2021. The findings of this study indicate a noteworthy correlation between the quality of the product and consumer interest, so confirming the acceptance of hypothesis H1. The halal certification exerts a significant impact on customer preferences and choices. This suggests that the acceptance of H2 is supported. The acceptability of H3 has a major influence on both the color of the product and the presence of a halal label. The findings of the aforementioned study indicate that the attention of consumers in Aira Bulukumba Beauty Clinic is significantly influenced by the quality of products and the presence of a halal label.

Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Unismuh Makassar merupakan salah satu Bank Syariah yang ada di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan yang menerapkan sistem bagi hasil kepada nasabahnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Mudharabah Mutlaqah dan Wadiah Yad Dhamanah dapat mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan nasabah pada BSI KCP Unismuh Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 80 sampel dengan bantuan jawaban dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada nasabah. kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistic Version 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari uji parsial (t) bahwa Mudharabah Mutlaqah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Unismuh Makassar dan Wadiah Yad Dhamanah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan nasabah pada Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Unismuh Makassar. Secara uji simultan (F) diperoleh kes-impulan bahwa Mudharabah Mutlaqah dan Wadiah Yad Dhamanah secara bersama-sama dapat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pendapatan nasabah pada BSI KCP Unismuh Makassar. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Unismuh Makassar is one of the Islamic Banks in Makassar, South Sulawesi that applies a profit-sharing system to its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Mudharabah Mutlaqah and Wadiah Yad Dhamanah can affect the level of customer income at BSI KCP Unismuh Makassar. The method used is quantitative method with quantitative descriptive approach. The data source used is primary data. The sample used amounted to 80 samples with the help of answers from questionnaires distributed to customers. then processed using the IBM SPSS Statistic Version 20 application. Based on the research results obtained from the partial test (t) that Mudharabah Mutlaqah has a positive and significant effect on customer income levels at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Unismuh Makassar and Wadiah Yad Dhamanah has a positive and significant effect on customer income levels at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Unismuh Makassar. Simultaneously test (F) obtained the conclusion that Mudharabah Mutlaqah and Wadiah Yad Dhamanah together can have a positive and significant effect on the level of customer income at BSI KCP Unismuh Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lead Generation dan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Properti Syariah Haluoleo Land Kota Makassar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear ber-ganda dan teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial lead generation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti sya-riah haluoleo land kota Makassar, (2) secara parsial etika bisnis Islam ber-pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar, (3) secara simultan lead generation dan etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, im-plikasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel lead generation dan etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan kinerja dari setiap karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. This research aims to analyze the influence of lead generation and Islamic business ethics on employee performance at Haluoleo Land Syariah Properties, Makassar City. The time of the research was carried out from June 2023 to July 2023. This type of quantitative research used a survey approach. The data source used is primary data, the population used was 60 employees of Haluoleo Land sharia property Makassar city. The samples used were 60 samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and the data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that (1) partially lead generation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property in Makassar City, (2) partially Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property in Makassar City. Makassar, (3) simultaneously lead generation and Islamic business ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property, Makassar city. Based on the research results above, the implications of this research show that the lead generation variables and Islamic business ethics influence employee performance because they have a good impact on increasing the performance of each employee at the Haluoleo Land sharia property, Makassar city

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan rahn fleksi syariah terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Unit Pegadaian Syariah Batang Kaluku Kab. Gowa, (2) mengetahui pengaruh kredit usah rakyat (KUR) terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Unit Pegadaian Syariah Batang Kaluku Kab. Gowa. (3) mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan rahn fleksi syariah dan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Unit Pegadaian Syariah Batang Kaluku Kab. Gowa. Waktu penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2023 sampai dengan bulan Oktober 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 75 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS version 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) pembiayaan rahn fleksi syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Unit Pegadaian Syariah Batang Kaluku Kab. Gowa, (2) Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Unit Pegadaian Syariah Batang Kaluku Kab. Gowa, (3) pembiayaan rahn fleksi syariah dan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) di Unit Pegadaian Syariah Batang Kaluku Kab. Gowa. Adapun implikasi pada penelitian ini adalah pembiayaan rahn fleksi syariah dan Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dapat meningkatkan pendapatan UMK dan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi pengguna produk Pegadaian Syariah. This research aims to (1) determine the effect of sharia flexi financing on the income of Micro Small Enterprises (UMK) in the Batang Kaluku Sharia Pawnshop Unit, Gowa Regency, (2) determine the effect of people's business credit (KUR) on the income of Micro Small Enterprises (UMK) in Batang Kaluku Sharia Pawnshop Unit, Gowa Regency. (3) determine the effect of sharia flexi financing and People's Business Credit (KUR) on the income of Micro and Small Enterprises (UMK) in the Batang Kaluku Sharia Pawnshop Unit, Gowa Regency. This research was conducted in September 2023. This type of research is quantitative. The sample used was 75 using purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS version 26 application. The implication of this research is that sharia flexi financing and People's Business Credit (KUR) can increase MSEs' income and have a positive impact on users of Sharia Pegadaian products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh BOPO terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada OJK (Studi kasus BUS), untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh ROA terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada OJK (Studi kasus BUS), untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh BOPO dan ROA terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada OJK (Studi kasus BUS). Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan JuniĀ  2023 sampai dengan Agustus 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan bulanan lengkap dengan yang diterbitkan oleh BUS yang terdaftar di OJK. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 37 sampel. Teknik yang digunakan non probality sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial BOPO tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada OJK (Studi kasus BUS). Secara parsial ROA memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada OJK (Studi kasus BUS) dan 3) secara simultan BOPO dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada OJK (Studi kasus BUS). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan BOPO yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembiayan mudharabah sedangkan ROA tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah.

Abstract

Sukuk, as integral Islamic financial instruments, have witnessed substantial growth in recent years, signifying a significant evolution in the Islamic finance domain. This paper delves deeply into the dynamics surrounding the development of the sukuk market, meticulously examining both the opportunities it presents and the challenges it poses. In this study, a qualitative research methodology is employed, consisting of two main approaches: exploration and descriptive analysis. Through an exploratory study and descriptive analysis, data were gathered primarily from online libraries and databases. Through a meticulous synthesis of existing literature and empirical evidence, this research endeavors to furnish a comprehensive understanding of the myriad factors influencing the growth of the sukuk market and the implications for diverse stakeholders involved. By shedding light on the potential of sukuk as a viable investment avenue, while concurrently addressing the regulatory, structural, and market-related obstacles impeding its broader adoption and expansion, this study aims to offer valuable insights.
