Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Variabel Pilihan pada Bank Umum Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah terhadap Perekonomian Indonesia tahun 2007-2014. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), Pembiayaan (PBY), Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah (SBIS). Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Vector Autoregression (VAR) dan dua pendekatan kualitatif yaitu Analisis Stakeholder Cooporation with Participatory Approach dan Pilot Project. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh semua variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap PDB. DPK menjadi leading indicator (indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi pergerakan) bagi PDB. DPK menjadi leading indicator (indikator yang dapat mempengaruhi pergerakan) bagi Pembiayaan (PBY), NPF, dan SBIS. Model regresi VAR menunjukkan variabel Pembiayaan berpengaruh positif terhadap PDB, sedangkan variabel NPF berpengaruh negatif terhadap PDB. Analisis IRF menunjukkan variabel Pembiayaan, DPK, SBIS berpengaruh positif terhadap PDB, sedangkan variabel NPF berpengaruh negatif

Abstract

Zakat is one of the fundamental instruments in Islam which has economic functions to improve the economic welfare of the poor. Social issues in Indonesia can be seen in the problems of border areas, such as Sebatik Island, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The purpose of this study is to explain the potential implementation of zakat empowerment in the region, especially in one of the sub-districts on Sebatik Island, Central Sebatik. The method used in this study is Norman Fairclough's Critical Discourse Analysis. The results showed that there were two main potentials that could be developed and empowered with zakat in Central Sebatik Sub-districts. These potentials are plantations (nature) and human quality (education). Empowerment of zakat is also in the form of business capital assistance with Qardhul Hasan contract, educational scholarship, and management of religious education institutions. These three concepts will produce an zakat ecosystem by using territories such as zakat villages.

Abstract

This research uses a Descriptive Quantitative approach. The data used is primarily using questionnaires and observations. The analysis method used is a multiple linear regression test. The population in this study is all consumers who purchase Sharia housing at The Mata Residence in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency, while the sample used in this study was 50 respondents. Partially, the results of the study showed that (1) Word of Mouth (WoM) had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Sharia housing at The Mata Residence in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. (2) Islamic Brand Image has a positive and significant influence on the decision to purchase Sharia housing The Mata Residence in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. (3) Word of Mouth (WoM) and Islamic Brand Image together /simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Sharia housing The Mata Residence in Pattallassang District, Gowa Regency. WoM and Islamic brands contribute to the purchase decision, so far the housing of The Mata Residence has no fines or confiscations in case of payment delays. So, in overcoming the problem for house seekers before buying Sharia property, check first because it is feared that the momentum will actually be used by rogue developers who want to get personal benefits or damage the name of Shariah. Consumers must be careful not to let the intentions sharia but instead deceived in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of regional autonomy policies on unemployment in Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a literature review that can be used to identify problems and solutions that have been found by previous researchers, as well as identify the weaknesses and shortcomings of these studies. The results of this study can be concluded that regional autonomy has a significant influence on the problem of unemployment in Indonesia. This can be seen from studies showing that there is a relationship between regional autonomy and economic growth, employment, the wage gap, and the quality of human resources in the regions

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas pengaruh e-government terhadap korupsi dengan metode Systematic Literatur Review. Hasil literatur review menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan akses informasi pemerintah melalui e-government dapat mengurangi risiko korupsi dengan meningkatkan transparansi, keterbukaan, dan akuntabilitas pemerintah. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik juga dapat mengurangi perilaku korup antara pegawai pemerintahan dan warga. Adopsi internet dapat berpengaruh signifikan dalam mengurangi korupsi jika ada beberapa kondisi penting seperti minimal democracy, a sense of crisis, renewed ideology, dan political will untuk memanfaatkan teknologi informasi baru secara efektif untuk mengatasi korupsi. Tentunya dampak yang diharapkan dari e-government tetap terbatas pada negara tertentu di bawah kondisi politik, ekonomi, dan budaya tertentu. Kata kunci: e-Government, Korupsi, Systematic Literature Review, transparansi.

Abstract

The study aims to examine more deeply the urgency of price-setting justice from an Islamic perspective. The study uses a library-based research method that analyzes sources of previous scientific literature. Through a review of previous literature, the study analyzes the role of prices, the purpose of pricing, and the method for pricing. In Islamic economic perspectives, prices are seen as the result of the interaction of supply and demand in markets governed by Islamic ethical principles. The concept of righteousness in Islam not only con-siders the aspect of profit but also takes into account the value of justice and morality. Islamic ethical principles also teach that economic actors should avoid exploitation and fraud in pricing. All forms of practices that are detrimental to others, such as monopolies and price manipulation, as well as stockpiling goods to become rare, are also prohibited in Islamic teachings. In Islam, it is affirmed that the owner of goods or services should not seek excessive profits or harm consumption. The principle of fairness guides the determination of prices that correspond to the intrinsic value of the goods or services offered, as well as paying attention to the purchasing power of the public. In this regard, prices should reflect moral and social values and not contradict the principles of justice and social balance. By developing the concept of price in Islamic eco-nomics, it is important to ensure that moral values and justice are embodied in every aspect of economic activity. Thus, Islamic economics provides a holistic view that takes into account the material and spiritual aspects of achieving the well-being of society in its entirety.

Abstract

Panic buying merupakan sebuah fenomena yang terjadi ketika konsumen secara berlebihan membeli produk dan menyebabkan kelangkaan sementara di pasar. Fenomena ini menjadi sangat relevan selama periode krisis atau keadaan darurat yang memicu kekhawatiran masyarakat. Dengan tindakan tersebut, maka secara langsung dapat berpengaruh pada ketidakstabilan harga dan komoditas di sektor pasar yang diakibatkan karena pembelian secara berlebihan. Ketika terjadi panic buying, permintaan yang tiba-tiba meningkat secara drastis melebihi pasokan yang tersedia, mengarah pada peningkatan harga yang signifikan dan penipisan stok barang. Dengan begitu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tindakan panic buying dan relevansinya dengan Ikhtikar dalam pandangan Islam. Ikhtikar merujuk pada praktik menimbun atau menyimpan barang dengan tujuan untuk memanipulasi harga dan mengambil keuntungan dari keadaan pasar yang tidak stabil. Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, ikhtikar dianggap sebagai tindakan yang melanggar prinsip-prinsip keadilan dan kebersamaan. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka yang bersumber dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah dan literatur relevan yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Melalui tinjauan tersebut, penelitian ini menganalisis dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh panic buying dalam konteks ekonomi syariah khususnya tindakan panic buying pada masa pandemic yang tidak dapat ditoleransi dengan berbagai alasan apapun. Alasannya adalah perilaku tersebut mencerminkan keserakahan dan mementingkan diri sendiri, tanpa mempertimbangkan kepentingan bersama dan prinsip-prinsip keadilan yang ditegakkan dalam ekonomi syariah. Dalam kesimpulannya, panic buying dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah dapat melanggar prinsip-prinsip fundamental ekonomi syariah, seperti keadilan, kebersamaan, dan saling berbagi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lead Generation dan Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Properti Syariah Haluoleo Land Kota Makassar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai dengan bulan Juli 2023. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan survei. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer, populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 60 karyawan properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 60 sampel dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear ber-ganda dan teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial lead generation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti sya-riah haluoleo land kota Makassar, (2) secara parsial etika bisnis Islam ber-pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar, (3) secara simultan lead generation dan etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, im-plikasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel lead generation dan etika bisnis Islam berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan karena memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan kinerja dari setiap karyawan di properti syariah haluoleo land kota Makassar. This research aims to analyze the influence of lead generation and Islamic business ethics on employee performance at Haluoleo Land Syariah Properties, Makassar City. The time of the research was carried out from June 2023 to July 2023. This type of quantitative research used a survey approach. The data source used is primary data, the population used was 60 employees of Haluoleo Land sharia property Makassar city. The samples used were 60 samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis and the data analysis technique uses the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that (1) partially lead generation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property in Makassar City, (2) partially Islamic business ethics has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property in Makassar City. Makassar, (3) simultaneously lead generation and Islamic business ethics have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Haluoleo Land sharia property, Makassar city. Based on the research results above, the implications of this research show that the lead generation variables and Islamic business ethics influence employee performance because they have a good impact on increasing the performance of each employee at the Haluoleo Land sharia property, Makassar city

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has reshaped consumer shopping behaviors, offering greater access to products, prices, and reviews. Influencers have emerged as pivotal players in e-commerce marketing by leveraging their digital platforms to shape consumer perceptions and behaviors. This research employs bibliometric analysis to examine the relationship between influencers and e-commerce, focusing on trends, patterns, and the effectiveness of various influencer characteristics. Data was sourced from the Dimensions database and analyzed using VOSviewer software to visualize keyword networks and research collaborations. The findings highlight the dominance of Chinese institutions and publications in this field, underscoring their influence on global academic discourse. The analysis also reveals critical gaps, particularly in the examination of influencer strategies on long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction within emerging markets. By addressing these gaps, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of how influencers can optimize e-commerce campaigns, offering valuable insights for scholars and practitioners in digital marketing. The study emphasizes the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and further exploration of the intersection between influencer marketing and consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study explores the relationship between students and the Islamic finance industry through a bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer. The primary objective is to investigate how student involvement contributes to the development of this industry and how educational initiatives align with the practical demands of the Islamic financial market. Utilizing bibliometric data, this research analyzes publication trends, collaboration patterns, and academic contributions from institutions worldwide. Preliminary findings highlight Indonesia as a leading research hub, followed by countries such as Malaysia and the United Kingdom, with key institutions like Airlangga University and the International Islamic University Malaysia playing significant roles. Journals like the *International Journal of Islamic and Middle Eastern Finance and Management* show notable citation impact, indicating a broader academic influence. This study underscores the importance of university-industry collaboration to create a relevant research ecosystem, where students can act as change agents, fostering innovative solutions to meet global challenges in the Islamic finance sector. The findings also suggest potential improvements for Islamic finance curricula and increased academic-institutional partnerships to amplify research impact. This research offers a comprehensive overview of the intellectual dynamics within the field, providing insights for future educational policy and highlighting the value of cross-sector support for advancing Islamic finance.
