<![CDATA[The purpose of this writing is to contribute ideas to the public regarding the problems of the independence of judges as executors of judicial power, and is a legal instrument for judges in carrying out their function of adjudicating and deciding a case presented to them so that they are free from all interference and/or influence from other power environments, whether from the organ environment. executive power as well as from within the organs of legislative power. This article uses a normative research type, and providing the results of this research suggests that judges in deciding cases in Indonesia still exist to explore and find a sense of justice in society, even with a religious norms approach where it is known that Indonesian society is quite obedient to religious norms.]]>

<![CDATA[A young child is a golden age a golden opportunity, and yet, teaching entrepreneurship atan early age is not an easy thing to do. Whereas on the other hand, introducing an early entrepreneurial spirit is an important investment in their development. This will help them in developing skills such as innovation, leadership, and ability to overcome challenges that can be particularly valuable in their later lives. In introducing early entrepreneurship to children, it is required in a pleasant and educational way. Introducing entrepreneurship in young children not only helps them understand the business world but also develops their skills such as creativity, problem solving, and confidence. Market day is one of the efforts to build and encourage the entrepreneurial ship or entrepreneurship in young children atan early age. In this study, it USES descriptive qualitative methods. Inside market day activities, children acquire the learning process firsthand. Children do "learning by doing" or learn by direct performance. Thus young children can experience firsthand how to create innovation, create, and marketing effective for their products and know what they need when they want to become entrepreneurs.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of this research are to identify the types of gender inequality experienced by the main character and to analyze the main character's strategies to free herself from gender inequality. This research uses formalism theory by Boris Tomashevsky and uses Simon de Beavoir’s Existentialist Feminism theory and Mansour Fakih’s Gender Inequality theory for the support theory. The methodology is applied in this research is the qualitative research method to elaborate on the phenomenon that occur. This analysis is supported by the data acquired from journals, theses, books, and novel as the data source. From this research the researcher found there are 4 gender inequality experienced by the main character that are, marginalization, subordination, stereotypes and violence. The researcher also found the main character’s strategies to free herself from gender inequality that are, women can work, women can be intellectual and women can work for the social transformation.]]>

<![CDATA[Acts of violence are often carried out by the police during the investigation process with the aim of obtaining a confession from the suspect. This phenomenon has become a common occurrence, which has been revealed through various studies. The causes include a lack of investigative supervisory institutions, a lack of legal instruments, protection from institutions, and an unprofessional attitude on the part of the police. This situation means that suspects do not have the opportunity to defend their rights, while perpetrators of violence remain unsanctioned. Professionalism is related to moral issues that are integrated into the code of ethics, and violations of the code of ethics indicate the existence of moral problems within the police force. Moral improvement among investigators is needed so that the investigation process can run well and in line with expectations.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kurangnya minat siswa dalam menggunakan bahan ajar lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) dikarenakan tampilan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) hanya menggunakan kertas buram dan dikemas biasa. proses belajar mengajar belum sepenuhnya menggunakan pendekatan saintifik, karena siswa masih bergantung dan di dominasi guru dalam pembelajaran. Materi yang terdapat dalam bahan ajar juga masih tergolong meluas belum mengkaitakan dengan lingkungan sekitar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk Mengembangkan lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran tematik untuk siswa kelas V SD. Dengan adanya lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD) berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran tematik untuk siswa kelas V SD. Peserta didik lebih tertarik dan termotivasi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Pengembangan ini telah menghasilkan suatu produk berupa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada Pembelajaran Tematik Tema 5 Ekosistem untuk siswa kelas V SD dengan menggunakan model 4D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3D dengan langkah-langkah (1) Define (Pendefinisian), (2) Design (Perancangan) dan (3) Development (Pengembangan. Berdasarkan evaluasi, saran dan komentar dari respon guru, ahli media dan ahli materi maka Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) pada tema ekosistem yang di kembangkan dinyatakan Valid atau Sangat Layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran. Dengan adanya Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) yang menarik dapat menjadikan proses pembelajaran lebih efektif, lebih semangat dalam belajar dan sangat membantu dalam penyampaian materi khususnya pembelajaran tematik tema 5 materi ekosistem.]]>
