Data that has used in this research are primary and secondary which has taken from DJP, BPS and other relevant sources. This data used classic assumption test and multiple linear regressions. Research result showed that the changing of inflation rate and changing of nontax revenue (PTKP) had a significant effect to state income. Although mathematically the increasing of nontax revenue (PTKP) should decrease state income from tax, according to this research, the increasing of nontax revenue (PTKP) otherwise also increasing state income from tax. Method applied analyst to the relation of causality is with approach of model Vector Auto Regression (VAR). To test there are no of the relation of causal between variable is applied [by] causality test Granger. Result of testing of Granger indicates that there are three the relation of concurrent. Based on the result, hence chartered gross domestic product (GDP), governmental investment and investment of domestic private sector (PMDN) in significant influences investment of foreign private sector (PMA) and not happened on the contraryDOI: 10.15408/sjie.v2i1.2370

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effects of local government budget from number of population and human capital ratio to regional economic growth in province of West Java. This research used analysis on panel data estimation. The study results showed that all independent variables in the model can explain the variation of dependent variable, which is regional economic growth in province of West Java for 96,15%. So, throughout the research period, there were policy changes which gave the effect on regional economic growth. It can be seen from dummy variabel of regional autonomy that influences regional economic growth for significant t-value on up to 95%. Then, about local income variable which does not give effect, but the other variables; number of population gives effect and negative for 7,61% and human capital ratio which gives positive effect for 1,95% on regional economic growth.DOI: 10.15408/sjie.v2i1.2375

This research used path analysis method with decomposition model. The result of substructure I indicate that Third Party Fund, Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR) variabels have significantly effect to the Mark up margin. The result of substructure II indicate that Third Party Fund and Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR) have significantly effect to the Murabahah Financing.DOI: 10.15408/sjie.v2i1.2371

Abstract

The paper empirically examines the dynamic interaction between Islamic banking development, capital market, trade activities, inflation and economic growth in Indonesia using battery of time series techniques. The study documents a long-run equilibrium between Islamic banking, capital market, trade activities, inflation and economic growth. Granger causality test reveals that there is a bidirectional causality between Islamic banking-growth in Indonesia, the finding accords with “the feedback hypothesis” or bidirectional causality view”. Based on the VDCs, the study discovers that the variations in the economic growth rely very much on its own innovation. The finding also shows that Islamic banking financing innovation significantly explains the variation in economic growth. To further promote contributions of Islamic banking to economic growth, the authority should provide friendly policies to accelerate its development in the countryDOI: 10.15408/sjie.v2i1.2372
