Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Third Party Fund, Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR) toward Mark up margin and its implication to Murabahah Financing in BMT.. BMT study population is located in South Jakarta and Tangerang, which had stood at least 5 years and already have a good financial statements and according to standards that have been set. All sample was determined using convenience sampling, the samples were chosen based on the ease of obtaining data and not troublesome to measure and cooperative. This research used path analysis method with decomposition model. The result of substructure I indicate that Third Party Fund, Non Performing Financing (NPF) and Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR) variabels have significantly effect to the Mark up margin. The result of substructure II indicate that Third Party Fund and Financing Deposit to Ratio (FDR) have significantly effect to the Murabahah Financing.DOI: 10.15408/sjie.v2i1.2371

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency and stability level of Islamic Banking in ASEAN. This study also examins differences in the level of efficiency and stability. Samples used in this study are seven Islamic Banks in five countries in the ASEAN region in 2013-2017. The method used to measure efficiency is Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), while Z-Score is used to measure stability. Tests carried out in this study were hypothesis testing with Binomial Test and Kruskal-Wallis Test. The results indicate that the average efficiency value as a whole is equal to 0,986503. Binomial Test proving that Islamic Banking in ASEAN is efficient and stable. Meanwhile, the average stability value as a whole is 5.21. Furthermore, for the Kruskal-Wallis difference test, it proves that there is no significant difference between the levels of efficiency of Islamic Banking in ASEAN. In contrast, for stability, there is a considerable difference level.Studi ini menanalisis tingkat efisiensi dan stabilitas perbankan syariah di ASEAN. Selain itu, studi ini juga menganalisis perbedaan tingkat efisiensi dan tabilitas. Studi menggunakan sampel 7 bank syariah di 5 negara ASEAN pada periode 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur efisiensi adalah Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA), sementara untuk stabilitas menggunakan Z-Score. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada studi ini ialah pengujian hipotesis dengan Binomial Test dan Kruskal-Wallis Test. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai efisiensi keseluruhan sebesar 0,986503. Binomial Test membuktikan bahwa perbankan syariah di ASEAN efisien dan stabil, sementara itu, nilai rata-rata stabilitas keseluruhan sebesar 5.21. Selanjutnya, untuk uji difference Kruskal-Wallis, mebuktikan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat efisiensi perbankan syariah di ASEAN, sedangkan untuk stabilitas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: First, to analyze the indications of moral hazard and adverse selection on Indonesian Islamic commercial banks. Second, to analyze the influence of moral hazard and adverse selection on the Non Performance Financing of Indonesian Islamic banks. Two methods were used for this purpose, a qualitative content analysis approach derived from the results of interviews with the banker from the Islamic commercial banks. Besides that this study also uses Error Correction Model (ECM), with data taken from these listed Islamic banking from 2010 to June 2016. The results show that the indications of moral hazard have a positive effect on the non-performing financing (NPF) in the short run. The indication of the presence of moral hazard occurs at the long run on GDP variable, and the allocation of Murabaha financing (RM) has a positive effect on the mudharabah (FM) profit and loss sharing. The test results also show that adverse selection that represented by the profit sharing rate (PSR) has a positive effect on the level of risk sharing toward non-performing financing (NPF) in the long run.DOI: 10.15408/aiq.v10i2.7392

Abstract

ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) of banking industry requires both Islamic and conventional banking to improve their efficiency because the competition in banking market industry will be more intense. Therefore, this study aims to identify the type of hyphotesis of industrial organization which exists in Islamic and conventional banks in order to investigate their readiness for AEC. The research sampling consists of 10 Islamic banks and 10 conventional banks from January 2009 to December 2016. To measure x-efficiency and scale efficiency, this research uses Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Meanwhile, the concentration is measured by Lerner index. The hypothesis is tested by using panel regression. The result shows SCP (Structure-Conduct-Performance) hypothesis is closely applied to Islamic and conventional banks because market concentration significantly influences profitability. RMP (Relative Market Power) hypothesis is also closely applied to Islamic and conventional banking, this indicates Indonesian banking has market power in determining prices and this condition makes the profit higher. RES (Relative Efficiency Structure) and SES (Scale Efficiency Structure) hypothesis do not exist in both conventional and Islamic banks because x-efficiency and scale efficiency do not affect profitability, concentration, and  market share simultaneously. Market power and efficiency researches are commonly conducted in conventional banking, however there are only a few research in Islamic banking area. The novelty of this study is the comparison between conventional and Islamic banking in the term of market structure and efficiency.

Abstract

This research aims to find and produce an analysis of the influence of organizational culture and organizational communication on employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bogor. Respondents in this research were employees who work in the PT Pos Indonesia environment, especially in Bogor. The number of respondents sampled in this research were 67 people and based on the purposive sampling method. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques or models. Based on the above method, the results of this research indicate that organizational culture and organizational communication have a significant partially and simultaneously effect on the employee performance of PT Pos Indonesia Bogor and the percentage shows that as much as 57% of employee performance can be explained by organizational culture and organizational communication.

Abstract

The property and real estate construction sector became one of the sectors with very rapid growth in share value. However, the construction sector fell in value when the pandemic hit due to many projects not working. The importance of studying financial distress and CSR on the market value of property companies as a management decision in going through critical times. This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Distress (FD), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Firm Value (Size Firm/Total Assets) on the Market Value of Equity (MVE). The financial distress variable is used to see the company's financial condition, and this study shows that Financial Distress does not affect the Market Value of Equity. Corporate Social Responsibility is used to the extent that the company fulfills its social obligations and, in this study, has an influence on the Market Value of Equity. to see the company's value, use price to book value. In this study, Price to Book Value influences the Market Value of Equity. Firm value (Total Assets) is used as a comparison of inter-company value, and in the research, firm value does not affect the Market Value of Equity. Financial Distress, Corporate Social Responsibility, Price Book Value, and firm value simultaneously influence.

Abstract

This study will look further at how the effects or effects of career development and motivation on employee performance at the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The problem that underlies why this research is conducted is because of employee dissatisfaction with the management of LKC Dompet Dhuafa related to the opportunity to get a job promotion so that it causes deviations in employee behaviour at his workplace. The method used in this research uses multiple linear analysis techniques. This multiple linear analysis is used to see or measure the extent of the influence of independent variables consisting of; career development and motivation, on the dependent variable represented by employee performance. In conducting its analysis, this study also uses SPSS 16.0 software with a total of 54 employees from the Dompet Dhuafa Free Health Institution (LKC). The results of this study indicate that career development has a significant influence on employee performance; this is indicated by the efficiency variable where career development has a positive influence of 0.383 and sig. 0,000 <0,10. Likewise important motivation for employee performance, this is indicated by efficiency variables where motivation has a positive effect of 0.212 and sig. 0.011 <0.10. This study also shows that the relationship between career development and motivation has a simultaneously significant influence on employee performance, based on the results of the test of determination of 0.573 or 57.3%, while other factors influence the remaining 42.7%. This also shows the results of the f test with the efficiency of career development and the motivation variable has a positive effect of 36,611 and a sig value of 0,000 <0,10.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh reward, hubungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kreativitas kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) pada kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Jakarta Selatan. Mengingat kreativitas kerja penting dalam pencapaian sasaran kerja pegawai, maka penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel pada Kementerian Agama. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 92 Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang bekerja di lingkungan kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, penyebaran kuesioner dan data pustaka. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 26. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) reward berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas kerja. 2) hubungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas kerja. 3) motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas kerja. 4) reward, hubungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kreativitas kerja dengan nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 26,2%.

Abstract

The research aims to see and analyze the influence of Job Stress and Work Environment on Teacher Performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with research subjects at SMPN 21 Bekasi City. The data used in this research is primary data consisting of interviews, questionnaires, observations and secondary data consisting of literature studies such as journals, books, decrees, government policies. In this research, the analytical method used is multiple regression analysis with a significance level of 5% with IBM SPSS V26 application software. A total of 33 statements were issued using Google Form with a total of 40 respondents determined using a non-probability sampling method through a saturated sample. The results of this research show that 1) Work stress has an effect on performance with the calculated T value obtained with a significance value of 0.000 which indicates that this value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the calculated t value is 2.763 > t table 1.665. 2) the work environment influences performance with the Tcount value obtained with a significance value of 0.000 which indicates that the value is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and the tcount value is 2.670 > ttable 1.665. 3) work stress and the work environment influence performance with a calculated F value of 6.718 > F table 3.119 and with a significance value of 0.003 which is smaller than the probability of 0.05 or a value of 0.003 < 0.05.

Abstract

Guna meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam perusahaan, adanta program pelatihan dan kompensasi menjadi alat dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan. Hal tersebut juga dilakukan oleh Ditjen BINAPENTA dan PKK Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Komitmen Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik non-probability sampling berkategori sampling jenuh, sehingga yang dijadikan sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai Ditjen Binapenta & PKK Kemnaker RI sebanyak 40 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja secara simultan, 2) Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Stres Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan, 3) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Stres Kerja secara signifikan, 4) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Stres Kerja secara signifikan.
