<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the used of knowledge management methods for SMEs entrepreneurs by using information technology. SMEs as the support and savior of the economy should be able to manage their knowledge, in order to compete in knowledge-based economy era. The existence of information technology (IT) is used as a tool and technique to simplify the process of knowledge management. With the existence of the IT, knowledge management process can be done quickly, effectively and efficiently. This study using descriptive analysis. The samples of this research are 30 SMEs entrepreneurs of food production (culinary). From the results of the descriptive analysis we can see that Methods and tools of knowledge management involving the most widely used IT SMEs in Batam is an advanced search tools. While knowledge management methods and tools that do not involve IT most used by SMEs in Batam is a Peer Assist. (SA)]]>

<![CDATA[The update technology in business processes is indispensable for the Organization, one of the updates that can be upgraded on the payroll. Cooperative Employees of PT Giken Precision Indonesia requires systems that support the payroll process is good for its employees, payroll system that exists on the Employee Cooperative PT Giken Precision Indonesia is still done manually, that is, do pencantatan employee data to manufacture slip salary, this led to the delay in information and data loss. To overcome these problems, required the existence of a new computerized system to improve work efficiency. The methodology used to design a computerized system: analyzing the running system, designing a new system, making the system, and the last test of the system have been made. The application which resulted in the creation of this program is the application of information system of payroll employees using the programming language Visual Basic 2008 and draft database using MySql Server. After going through the stages in accordance with the selected development methods in the implementation of payroll information system that is continuously and have follow-up testing system which consists of testing where this testing using black box testing methods which focus on the functional requirements for software testing and field testing with IE betha processing data as the value of the accuracy of the results of the selection.]]>

<![CDATA[Artikel ini menganalisis bagaimana penerapan, efektivitas dan efisiensi Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas pada RSIA “Kasih Sayang Ibu-Batam”. Jenis dan pendekatan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Tehnik pengumpulan datanya dengan observasi yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi serta studi kepustakaan. Tehnik analisis datanya menggunakan tehnik deskriptif dengan uji kredibilitas data menggunakan triangulasi. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan metode snowball. Variabel operasional pada penelitian ini meliputi: Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penerimaan dan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Pengeluaran Kas pada RSIA “Kasih Sayang Ibu-Batam”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi (SIA) Penerimaan dan Pengeluaran Kas pada RSIA “Kasih Sayang Ibu-Batam” sudah efektif dan efisien. Tetapi perlu disempurnakan lagi jaringan yang membentuk sistem informasi akuntansi pada RSIA “Kasih Sayang Ibu-Batam” dengan dilakukannya penambahan beberapa fungsi/ bagian di struktur organisasinya serta membentuk tim pengawasan internal (tim auditor) guna melakukan audit baik secara berkala maupun insidental untuk pencegahan, koreksi dan penanggulangan masalah perusahaan untuk menyempurnakan jaringan sistem dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap masyarakat (customer) pada RSIA “Kasih Sayang Ibu-Batam”. Serta perlu diadakannya kebijakan penggunaan cek atas nama perusahaan client/ supplier yang bekerjasama dengan RSIA “Kasih Sayang Ibu-Batam” dalam transaksi baik penerimaan maupun pengeluaran kas yang bernilai besar selain pemindahbukuan supaya lebih aman sehingga penggunaan uang tunai untuk transaksi yang bernilai besar seharusnya ditiadakan untuk menghindari resiko perusahaan.]]>

Dalam komunikasi dengan alumni masih menggunakan grup di Aplikasi sosial media, kurang efektifnya aplikasi di sosial media apabila kehilangan kontak. Hal ini sangat merugikan bgai alumni untuk melakukan silaturahmi. <![CDATA[Hasil pengetikan laporan ataupun karangan yang berupa lembaran yang banyak pada file dokumen,tidak terlepas dari kesalahan-kesalahan dalam pengetikan kata. Dalam pemeriksaan untuk diperbaiki kesalahan hasil pengetikan kata tentu akan mengalami kesulitan. Hal ini akan memerlukan waktu yang tidak sedikit dan ketelitian yang lebih untuk memeriksa tiap-tiap kata yang ada. Untuk menemukan kata yang salah tersebut digunakan teknik string matching yang merupakan teknik pencarian dari sejumlah karakter yang disebut pattern dalam sejumlah besar teks. Dengan menerapkan algoritma Knuth Morris Pratt diharapkan hasil yang dicapai lebih cepat dan efisien dalam proses menemukan kata yang salah karena algoritma ini menggeser pattern dengan lebih cerdas yang meminimalkan jumlah perbandingan dari pattern terhadap teks.]]>

<![CDATA[This article was a study about the implementation of the learning facilities and infratructures in SMKN 2 Payakumbuh in its relationship to the prior low achievement of students in some courses in Computer Network Engineering department. Evaluation method used was the context, input, process, and product (CIPP) that included in a mixed method research. Sources of qualitative data obtained from the vice headmaster of facilities and infrastructure of SMKN 2 Payakumbuh, head of Computer Network Engineering department, head of the Computer Network Engineering lab and the teachers in that department.. The quantitative data were taken from students in XI TKJ class that consisted of 32 people. The research indicated that context component is in adequate category (73.71%); the Input component is in adequate category (76.79%); theProcess component is in adequate category (78.06%) and the Product component is also in adequate category (79.58%). Due to all of components were in adequate category, it was suggested to conduct the appropriate improvement to improve the students achievements in thoses Computer Network Engineering courses.]]>

Dan hasil yang diperoleh adalah sistem baru telah mampu mengoptimalkan bandwidth yang dimiliki oleh objek penelitian. <![CDATA[Gerakan pramuka Indonesia merupakan wadah para generasi muda untuk mengembangkan minat, bakat, keterampilan dan kedisiplinan. Banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam gerakan pramuka, selain kegiatan baris berbaris ada juga kegiatan dalam menghafal kode-kode pramuka yang dikenal dengan sandi. Sandi pramuka bermacam-macam diantaranya adalah sandi morse. Media pembelajaran yang digunakan kurang efektif yaitu berupa buku panduan buku saku atau buku syarat kecakapan umm (SKU) dengan tampilan yang kurang menarik dikarenakan buku tersebut hanya berwarna hitam, tidak adanya animasi, dan lain- lain yang menyebabkan kurangnya minat untuk mempelajarinya. Untuk menarik minat belajar tersebut dibuatlah media pembelajaran yang baru berupa aplikasi pembelajaran sandi morse pramuka berbasis komputer atau menggunakan komputer. Dalam tesis ini akan dibahas tentang cara membangun aplikasi pembelajaran sandi morse pramuka dengan metode ucer centered design. Aplikasi dibangun dengan bahasa pemrogramanmacromedia flash 8.]]>
