Abstract

Pada saat sekarang ini penggunaan komputer merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat diperlukan dalam pengolahan data. Pada Dilla Parkir Inap saat sekarang ini sangat susah dan kesulitan dalam pengolahan data seperti pembuatan laporan-laporan dan tidak terstrukturnya data mobil yang keluar dan masuk parkir inap, hal ini dikarena dalam pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan masing menggunakan cara manual yaitu masih menggunakan pencatatan di buku besar. Dengan adanya sistem informasi parkir inap berbasis desktop yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dan database MySQL ini diharapkan dalam membantu pihak Dilla Parkir Inap dalam pengolahan data, dimana sistem ini dirancang nantinya dapat menghasilkan karcis parkir inap yang dicetak secara komputerisasi dan laporan-laporan yang dihasilkan lebih lengkap, sehingga cepat dan tepat dalam pencarian data jika diperlukan nantinya dan mempermudah pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi pada zaman sekarang yang semakin maju dan berkembang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam mempermudah melakukan pekerjaan. Untuk mengurangi dampak dari tersebut dapat menggunakan digitalisasi dalam dunia usaha. Digitalisasi telah banyak digunakan dalam berbagai bidang misalnya saja bidang pemasaran. Pemasaran produk pada toko ENKA masih mengandalkan pemasaran dengan cara tradisional, yaitu dengan menjajakan dan menawarkan pada distributor secara door to door. Dengan memanfaatkan pemasaran produk yang masih tradisional, Toko ENKA memperoleh pelanggan hanya sebatas orang yang ditawarkan dan mengetahui produk toko ENKA. kurang efisiennya dalam usaha pemasaran yang mengakibatkan masih belum terlalu dikenal secara global produk yang dijual. Perlu adanya strategi pemasaran untuk dapat memperluas wilayah pemasaran produk Toko ENKA. Dalam merancang perencanaan strategi pemasaran dengan menggunakan website pada Toko ENKA akan menggunakan framework Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Diharapkan dengan adanya perencanaan strategi pemasaran hasil produk Toko ENKA dengan media website menggunakan framework Enterprise Architecture Planning dapat memberikan gambaran dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran menggunakan digital sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam promosi usaha dan pemasaran produk serta dapat memberikan keefektifan dan efisiensi baik dari budget maupun tenaga dalam penggunaan digital marketing. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan berupa roadmap perencanaan strategis guna membantu menerapkan perencanaan strategis yang telah dibuat sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan.

Abstract

Web-based e-commerce applications make it easy for online shop businesses to promote their products and make it easier for customers to get information about the seller’s products. The role of online information systems is currently being used as a means of increasing information. Nayadicka OlShop is a home based business that sells boutiques, the owner of which is Nayadicka. So far, the limitations of product marketing have become an obstacle for sellers in increasing sales turnover of sales processing systems that are less than optimal, and the difficulty of reaching customers and making reports that are still manual is a bad impact on shop owners so that product sales data reports are blocked. The purpose of this research is to improve the service quality of Nayadicka OlShop, solve sales problems, provide effectiveness and efficiency in labor and time, increase sales reach in a wider scope and simplify the process of presenting data. The method used for this research is the waterfall method. System design uses Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), PHP Programming language and MySQL database. This research produces a web-based e-commerce applications that provides real-time information, product data sales reports, promotes products sold more widely so that can increase sales and can be used by customers and admin Nayadicka OlShop anytime and anywhere efficiently and effectively. Abstract

Libraries are part of educational facilities in supporting access to information and knowledge for students and also for the general public. The variety of data processed by the library and the smarter students are in choosing and using library services makes the school have to think of the right solution. At this time data processing in the library of SMA Negeri Carenang Serang still using a manual system, which causes less effective services. The purpose of this study is to implement a web based information system for borrowing and returning library books to make it easier for students to find information on books they want to read and borrow, and to help and facilitate the work of officers in making data reports on books borrowed and books that have been returned, where the system this library information is made by utilizing information technology, namely the internet. The method used in developing this software uses the waterfall model, which is a systematic development model consisting of stages of system requirements analysis, planning, analysis and design and implementation. Data collection methods used to collect the necessary data is observation, interviews and literature study, while the programming language uses PHP and MySQL database. With this system, it is expected to be able to overcome various user needs in obtaining information and make it easier for officers to process library data, produce more accurate reports without errors and can be well documented, effective and efficient in time optimization. Abstract

Havidz futsal is one of the futsal field rental places on Jl. Raya Petir – Rangkas Serang – Banten. The futsal field rental system on the futsal havidz is currently still manual, the customer has difficulty knowing the futsal field schedule and requires customers to come to rent and arrange the desired rental schedule. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a computerized system. With a computerized system, work will be easier, faster and more accurate than using a manual system. The purpose of this study is to create a futsal field rental information system that is more efficient in making the rental application process, providing the required information more easily and informatively for consumers and facilitating the management of rental report data for futsal fields owners. The research method used is a descriptive method, with the development of a system that uses the Classic Life Cycle method or commonly known as the waterfall method. This information system is built using the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database, the test method uses black box testing. This study produces an information system that can make it easier for customers who want to rent a futsal court without having to come to the futsal field first and customers can see the schedule directly by accessing the website. Abstract

Sistem yang digunakan pada usaha Wahana Water Park Batam masih menggunakan Ms Excel yang sering mengalami kendala diantaranya kehilangan data, dan keterlambatan dalam menyajikan data keuangan. Untuk sistem keuangan yang dipakai masih menggunakan manual dengan menulis di dalam buku, Dengan adanya permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu rancangan sistem informasi yang mampu mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada Wahana Water Park. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang sistem informasi akuntansi dari hasil penjualan tiket dan pemasukan lainnya yang sedang berjalan pada Wahana Water Park Dutamas Batam dan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem informasi akuntansi kepada Wahana Water Park Dutamas Batam berdasarkan sistem yang telah dirancang. Sistem dalam bentuk Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Untuk penyimpanan data, sistem menggunakan database sehingga dapat menyimpan data dengan jumlah banyak dan tidak memerlukan banyak tempat. Perancangan sistem dengan Interface. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Program sistem informasi akuntansi yang telah dibuat dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pengolahan data dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada dengan adanya program sistem informasi akuntansi, memudahkan cara penghitungan uang masuk atau pendapatan, pengeluaran serta biaya lainnya. Untuk media penyimpanan data sudah terkomputerisasi dan tersimpan dalam database, sehingga mempercepat dalam pencarian data.

Abstract

Global Excellence Batam course institute (GE Batam) is a non-formal educational institution that has several course programs that have been trusted by the Batam community. To improve its institutional organization, GE Batam wants to implement a human resource management information system (HRIS). In this research, HRIS development will be carried out using a codeigniter framework then the system will be used. As a result, the HRIS implemented by GE Batam can run well and data can be stored in a database and can be managed easily.

Abstract

Kartu Indonesia Sehat (KIS) adalah kartu yang diterbitkan oleh pemerintah di bawah naungan Kementerian Kesehatan untuk mengatasi semakin banyaknya masyarakat kurang mampu yang tidak mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan. diperlukan sistem yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada masyarakat yang berhak atas bantuan KIS. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu petugas dalam menentukan penerima KIS dengan memasukkan data dari calon penerima kemudian data tersebut diolah menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) sehingga menghasilkan rekomendasi daftar menerima KIS dengan kriteria yang ditentukan untuk orang yang memenuhi syarat.

Abstract

Data mining is a form of development of computerized methods that are widely used in various fields, especially those related to data. Data mining has the main function of turning data that seems meaningless into very valuable information. The use of data mining in credit risk analysis is very feasible to implement, one of the reasons is that data mining is able to recognize customer credit patterns originating from past data, resulting in information in the form of knowledge that can facilitate credit analysts in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this research is to simplIFy the task of credit analysts AND minimize misjudgment of prospective customers AND also shorten the time of assessment AND with accurate AND fast decision results. The assessment is carried out by utilizing past data based on predetermined criteria, THEN the data will be processed using the data mining method, namely the c4.5 algorithm. The results of the research are in the form of a knowledge rule: R1: IF Loan Amount = Small THEN Performing Loan (PL), R2: IF Loan Amount = Big THEN Non-Performing Loan (NPL), R3: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work= Employee THEN Performing Loan (PL), R4: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work=Entrepreneurial THEN Performing Loan (PL), R5: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work= PNS THEN Non-Performing Loan. From testing the new data testing with the value of Work ‘Employee’ Loan Amount ‘Rp. 7.000.000,-’ dependents ‘2’ length of loan ‘24 months’ with the results of the decision ‘Performing Loan (PL)’ . The result of the decision is based on the rule, namely R4: IF Loan Amount = Medium AND Work=Entrepreneurial THEN Performing Loan (PL).

Abstract

The suitability of the major chosen by a student is one of the factors supporting the successful achievement of vocational school graduates, so that in order to realize the accuracy of this major, the researcher built a decision support system for determining the major. In this study, the data that was managed was data from class 1 students in the field of Computer Engineering and Information Technology who would go up to grade 2, because majors were carried out when students went up to grade 2, which would later be divided into 3 majors, these majors were Computer Engineering, and Networking, Multimedia, and Software Engineering. This study applies a decision support system with the Additive Weighting Method (SAW) algorithm. This research is very helpful for the school in providing majort recommendations to students so that students are in the right major according to the talents that exist in students.
