Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a simultaneous significant influence between debt to asset ratio (DAR), debt to equity ratio (DER), and time interest earned ratio (TIER) on profit growth in banking companies listed on the IDX. The method in this study is descriptive, with the type of research is associative. The data from this study is secondary data, namely financial statements from state-owned banks listed on the IDX (BTN, Mandiri, BRI, and BNI). The analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was an influence of DAR, and DER on profit growth. The TIER results stated that they did not affect profit growth. Meanwhile, together DAR, DER, and TIER affect profit growth in state-owned banking companies.

Abstract

Dynamic performance allowances and leadership are one of the major factors that can improve the performance of civil servants. The purpose of this study is to determine the benefits of dynamic performance and leadership in influencing the performance of civil servants in Bandung City. The data of this study are Bandung City civil servants in 8 OPDs who have low-performance scores with a population of 2,542. The sampling technique in this study uses a web.raosoft.com sample size with an error rate of 10% so that a sample of 97 respondents is obtained and even 100 respondents. Disseminating questionnaires is a method of data collection. In this work, multiple linear regression analysis is an analysis method. Based on the findings, dynamic performance allowances and leadership have a positive effect on the performance of Bandung City civil servants with a factor of 26.6%, while other factors affect performance by 73.4%. The variable that has a dominant influence is leadership, which is 40.8% influential. The contribution of this study is to expand the literature on human resource management related to performance benefits and leadership in the context of organizations.

Abstract

Young entrepreneurship in the campus environment has become an increasingly significant phenomenon in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among students, especially in the Management Study Program. This research aims to describe the dynamics and factors that encourage Management Study Program students to become involved in entrepreneurial activities. This study involved surveys and interviews with Management Study Program students at various study levels on the UNWIM Campus. In the early stages, the results show an increase in student interest and participation in entrepreneurial activities, both in forming startups and developing small business projects. Factors identified as the main drivers include entrepreneurship education integrated into the curriculum, institutional support involving lecturers and staff, and inspiration from success stories from Management Study Program alumni. Additionally, the importance of an entrepreneurial mentality and engagement in training that enriches business skills also plays a key role. The results of this research provide a significant contribution to understanding how the campus environment, especially the Management Study Program at UNWIM, can be a catalyst for developing an entrepreneurial spirit among students. The implications of these findings can help develop more effective policies and educational programs to encourage young entrepreneurs in the campus environment.

Abstract

This paper explores the concept of sustainable development from an Islamic perspective based on the QThis paper explores the concept of sustainable development from an Islamic perspective based on the Quran and Hadith. Sustainable development aims to meet the current generation's needs without compromising the future generation's capacity through economic growth, social justice, and environmental protection. However, academic discourse integrating these three pillars from an Islamic viewpoint is limited. Therefore, this paper analyses relevant Quranic verses and Hadiths to formulate a comprehensive sustainable development concept in Islam encompassing those key pillars. Content analysis finds Islamic sustainable development contains four main complementary dimensions: (1) comprehensive social development considering individual and societal wellbeing, (2) economic development focused on financing sources and economic potential mobilization, (3) legal and policy development to facilitate and protect development processes, and (4) stability and security as prerequisites for development. These dimensions align with the human role on Earth to prosper while safeguarding sustainability. Development must promote justice through balancing current and future generation interests. Hence, Islamic sustainable development integrates spiritual, social, economic, and environmental aspects. This concept can enrich contemporary Islamic scholarship on the issue and serve as an alternative framework for Muslim-majority countries to formulate policies towards welfare and sustainability.ran and Hadith. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of website design, and service quality on trust in electronic purchasing decisions. By using these variables, the use of these variables is able to solve problems that arise in Business Insight customers. The formulation of this problem is how to improve purchasing decisions. The large sample of this study is 100 Business Insight customers. The analytical tool in this study uses SEM AMOS (Structural Equation Modelling). The results showed that website design, and quality of service to trust affect purchasing decisions. The influence of website design on trust is significant; quality of service to trust has a significant effect; website design has a significant influence on electronic purchasing decisions; the quality of electronic services has a significant effect on electronic purchasing decisions; The influence of e trust on e purchase decisions is significant.
