Abstract

Need of electricity energy on the building, industries and firms mount increase, if we can not solve this increasing, it can influence needs of national electricity energy. While the establishing of new electricity generator about 1,2 % in a year. This condition has to be perceived seriously by building constructor to convince the using of electricity energy by doing energy economical program. The purpose of this research is making a lamp control system on the building which can “on” or “of” the lamp by the electric swi tch in each of room and by program on PC. By doing this system, the lamp lamp controlling can be done easily, effective and efficient so that, it can economic electricity energy. This tool consists of two designs; they are mechanic design and electronic design. Mechanic design consists of room miniature, lamp which is connected with relay and Photodiode sensor. While electronic design consists of LM311, shift Register input, shift register output, ULN 2003 and DB 25. Then the tool is connected with PC through parallel port communication. This system is controlled by the main program on PC wich uses Delphi 7.0. Testing of sensor is done by looking for the tense is out from sensor when there is light and no light. While test of the whole tools by giving income (push) on the button/ the button on the program then look at the lamp output, whether it is match with incaome or not. From the testing result of the whole systems can be concluded that lamp control by using Delphi 7.0 can do wll. It shows same output to input given. If lamp is on, push the button on the program appearance. It will be yellow color and if lamp is broken or did not paired on the program button, it will be red color. Abstract

Cooperative operational governance assistance is a process that aims to assist cooperatives in optimizing their management and operations. This assistance covers various aspects such as the computerization of cooperative members, making organizational structures, and making cooperative operational standards. Several stages must be carried out in the mentoring process, namely surveys, preparation, debriefing, and mentoring. In addition, the companion must also be able to identify the potential and needs of the cooperative to provide appropriate and effective solutions. Cooperative operational governance assistance is expected to help cooperatives improve their performance, improve management systems, and be able to compete with other cooperatives in the market. In the long run. This assistance is expected to improve the welfare of cooperative members, increase income, and increase the contribution of cooperatives to the national economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to analyze the transformational leadership style applied by the Principal, in Junior High School in Cikole District, Sukabumi City. Leadership Style is focused on charismatic leadership, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. The data collection technique is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research location was focused on Cikole District, Sukabumi City. The informants in this study were school principals, teachers, and education staff as many as 15 people. Data analysis is carried out by selecting answers obtained from informants and then collected for analysis and conclusions. The data analysis used is data triangulation. The results of the study were obtained, 1) charismatic leadership from the principal, namely every democratic decision-making with educators, and the principal as an actor in carrying out transformational leadership takes a deliberation approach (open management) to make a decision. 2) Inspirational motivation from the principal is shown by Building the will to achieve achievements and planting building a positive organizational culture and organizational climate without discrimination. 3) Intellectual stimulation including the principal creates a positive work culture by strengthening human relations between educators formed through teamwork skills, communication, and the same view on the vision and mission. 4) individual consideration, namely the principal's concern in developing the character and performance of educators through various trainings such as independent curriculum training, scientific papers, Teacher Professional Education, and Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM), as well as the Principal gave appreciation to educators for their achievements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of website design, and service quality on trust in electronic purchasing decisions. By using these variables, the use of these variables is able to solve problems that arise in Business Insight customers. The formulation of this problem is how to improve purchasing decisions. The large sample of this study is 100 Business Insight customers. The analytical tool in this study uses SEM AMOS (Structural Equation Modelling). The results showed that website design, and quality of service to trust affect purchasing decisions. The influence of website design on trust is significant; quality of service to trust has a significant effect; website design has a significant influence on electronic purchasing decisions; the quality of electronic services has a significant effect on electronic purchasing decisions; The influence of e trust on e purchase decisions is significant.

Abstract

Technical guidance for creative cadets is one solution to the problems faced by cadets, namely not being able to recognize their abilities, having business ideas, choosing the right business, and the ability to communicate well. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding, skills, and motivation to Karang Taruna members in developing their creative potential optimally. The method of implementing this activity is technical guidance to members of the cadet reef of Sudajaya Hilir Village. The partner in this bimtek activity is the Sudajaya Hilir Village Subdistrict. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to the participants before and after the delivery of the material, and the result was that the comprehension ability of the participants increased by 42.5%.

Abstract

The webinar on the role of the business world and the industrial world in growing new business people in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 is one solution to the problems faced, namely how to grow new business people in the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The purpose of this webinar activity is to increase the understanding of students, students, and the general public regarding the role of DUDI in growing new business people in the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The method of implementing this activity starts with preparation, webinars, and evaluation using the Zoom meeting application for all participants. The partner in this webinar activity is the Retail Management Study Program of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi University. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to webinar participants before and after delivering the material, where the result was that participants' understanding increased by 42.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the context and theoretical foundations used in organizational structures that impact employee engagement and adaptability in digital transformation. This study uses the PRISMA systematic review method by analyzing 15 empirical articles on organizational structure, employee engagement, and adaptability in digital transformation from 2017 to 2024 and from various countries. A brief description and recommendations for future research agendas are also presented for each theory applied. Despite the breadth of the results of previous studies, this review shows that most studies investigate the formation of organizational structures by involving employees in them. Furthermore, the theories used, such as agile theory, transformational leadership theory, and resilience theory, highlight the importance of organizational agility, adaptive leadership, and organizational resilience. This research contributes to stakeholders and shareholders in formulating the right organizational structure for the sustainability of the Company, in addition to adding references for future researchers who will conduct literature studies related to organizational structure, employee involvement, and adaptability in digital transformation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rendahnya literasi keuangan di kalangan akademisi, khususnya guru, telah menyebabkan meningkatnya keterlibatan mereka dalam praktik pinjaman online dan judi daring. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman keuangan melalui pelatihan bertahap yang mencakup observasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh dosen Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi dengan melibatkan 35 guru SMP, SMK, dan SMA Muhammadiyah di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Materi pelatihan mencakup dasar-dasar literasi keuangan, perencanaan anggaran, serta mitigasi risiko keuangan digital. Evaluasi menggunakan pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta sebesar 35,4%, khususnya pada aspek pengelolaan utang, tabungan, serta kesadaran terhadap bahaya pinjaman online dan judi. Pelatihan ini terbukti efektif dalam mendorong perubahan sikap dan perilaku finansial peserta. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi secara luas sebagai model edukasi literasi keuangan yang preventif, khususnya di lingkungan akademik. Literasi keuangan yang baik diyakini mampu memperkuat integritas profesional dan ketahanan ekonomi para pendidik.Abstract: Low financial literacy among academics, especially teachers, has led to their increased involvement in online lending and online gambling practices. This service activity aims to improve financial understanding through gradual training that includes observation, training, and evaluation. The activity was carried out by lecturers of the University of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi involving 35 teachers of Muhammadiyah Junior High School, Vocational School, and High School in Sukabumi Regency. The training material covers the basics of financial literacy, budget planning, and digital financial risk mitigation. Evaluation using pretest and posttest showed an average increase in participants' understanding of 35.4%, especially in the aspects of debt management, savings, and awareness of the dangers of online loans and gambling. This training has proven to be effective in encouraging changes in participants' financial attitudes and behaviors. It is hoped that this activity can be widely replicated as a model of preventive financial literacy education, especially in the academic environment. Good financial literacy is believed to be able to strengthen the professional integrity and economic resilience of educators.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Rendahnya tingkat literasi finansial di Indonesia, khususnya di kalangan pelajar dan pendidik, menjadi tantangan serius dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang cerdas secara finansial. Berdasarkan survei OJK tahun 2022, indeks literasi keuangan nasional baru mencapai 49,68%, jauh di bawah target 75%. Guru sebagai agen pendidikan, serta siswa sebagai generasi penerus, perlu mendapatkan pemahaman yang kuat mengenai pengelolaan keuangan dan investasi sejak dini. Menjawab tantangan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan pemahaman strategi investasi bagi guru dan siswa SMA/SMK Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan bekal pengetahuan yang aplikatif dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi modern, termasuk risiko investasi ilegal, pinjaman online, dan judi online. Metode yang digunakan adalah service learning, dengan melibatkan dosen, mahasiswa, guru, dan siswa dalam dua sesi edukasi. Sesi pertama membahas literasi keuangan dasar, seperti pengelolaan pemasukan dan pengeluaran, perbedaan kebutuhan dan keinginan, tabungan, serta pengelolaan anggaran. Sesi kedua membahas strategi menentukan investasi, termasuk pemahaman jenis-jenis investasi, profil risiko, teknik memilih investasi, serta pentingnya legalitas dan diversifikasi. Hasil evaluasi yang diukur melalui pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan. Rata-rata skor literasi keuangan meningkat dari 48,57% menjadi 81,29%, sedangkan pemahaman tentang strategi investasi meningkat dari 37,81% menjadi 80,31%. Hasil ini membuktikan efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran peserta terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan yang cerdas dan aman. Program ini direkomendasikan sebagai model edukasi berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan indeks literasi keuangan nasional, khususnya di lingkungan pendidikan menengah. Kata Kunci: edukasi, literasi financial, service learning, strategi investasi, SMK/SMA Muhammadiyah Sukabumi [English]: The inadequate financial literacy in Indonesia, particularly among students and educators, poses a significant obstacle to the development of a financially astute society. According to the 2022 OJK poll, the national financial literacy score is at merely 49.68%, much below the aim of 75%. Educators and pupils, as the forthcoming generation, must acquire a robust comprehension of financial and investment management from an early age. In response to these problems, this community service initiative was conducted to enhance financial literacy and comprehension of investment techniques for the educators and students of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi High School/Vocational School. This activity aims to impart knowledge relevant to addressing contemporary economic difficulties, such as the risks associated with illicit investments, online loans, and internet gambling. The employed methodology is service learning, engaging lecturers, students, instructors, and pupils in two educational sessions. The initial session addressed fundamental financial literacy, including income and expenditure management, distinctions between needs and wants, saves, and budgetary oversight. The second session addressed ways for evaluating investments, encompassing the comprehension of investment categories, risk profiles, selection methodologies, and the significance of legality and diversification. The evaluation results, assessed by the pretest and posttest, indicated a substantial enhancement in comprehension. The mean financial literacy score rose from 48.57% to 81.29%, and comprehension of investment techniques improved from 37.81% to 80.31%. These results demonstrate the program's efficacy in enhancing participants' knowledge and awareness of the significance of prudent and secure financial management. This program is endorsed as a paradigm of ongoing instruction for enhancing the national financial literacy index, particularly within the secondary education context.
