Abstract

Based on the employee attendance data of Siti Aisyah Madiun Islamic Hospital in July to December 2018, it can be concluded that employee discipline is said to be good, this is evident from the absence of employee attendance at a low level. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the work discipline applied by Siti Aisyah Madiun Islamic Hospital on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research where the data to be examined is presented in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents and will then be processed using the SPSS 23 tool to find research results. The population in this study was 358 with a sample of 72 employees of the Islamic Hospital of Siti Aisyah Madiun, the sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The value measurement technique used in this study is a Likert scale. To test the independent variable whether it influences the dependent variable, the writer uses several analytical techniques, including: Classical Assumption Test and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that R2 (R square) is obtained at 0.840. Then the value of 0.840 x 100%, the contribution of the influence of Work Discipline (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Islamic Hospital of Siti Aisyah Madiun was 84% while the remaining 16% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research presents the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) from international standards. The research discusses issues relating to financial disclosures carried out by Islamic insurance institutions in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze and understand the implementation of corporate governance in Islamic insurance institutions in Indonesia based on POJK Number 73/POJK.05/2016 and IFSB standards number 08. The research used secondary data obtained from the annual report for 2018. The research method used is qualitative by using a composite value calculation as a measure of GCG quality. The results of research indicate that the implementation of Corporate Governance in Islamic insurance in general have done good corporate governance which is marked with the result of self-assessment of every Islamic insurance which on average gets a good predicate. The results of research on the implementation of Corporate Governance based on IFSB standards, majority the standards have been implemented. These standards have been well implemented regarding the governance framework, the code of ethics and business conduct, the governance structure and the disclosure of relevant information. However, there are several points have not been applied or not yet disclosed in the annual report.

Abstract

The Muslim population in the world is increasing every year according to the Pew Research Center's Forum on Religion & Public Life. Indonesia declared a world Muslim fashion center in 2020. Elzatta is a hijab brand with the tagline "Pesona Hijab Indonesia". In facing Indonesia as the center of world Muslim fashion in 2020, Elzatta needs to determine the company's position based on the SWOT matrix so that it can find out the appropriate strategy for the company. The purpose of this study was to determine Elzatta SWOT analysis of internal factors and external factors. This type of research is qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. Data retrieval is used by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results obtained from the SWOT matrix analysis show that Elzatta's position is currently in quadrant I, namely growth strategy. These results are determined based on the average score on IFAS and EFAS so that the best alternative strategy SWOT matrix is obtained for business development, especially Elzatta marketing strategy with SO strategy, which is to maintain and improve product quality so that it can become a product of Indonesian pride.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the brand strategy, strategy of marketing, marketing mix, and international market entry strategy implemented by Noore Sport Hijab. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Noore Sport Hijab positions its brand as the modest active wear. The most dominant brand identity is color. Elastic is the brand personality of Noore Sport Hijab. Noore Sport Hijab communicates its brand through #HijabFofTheChampion. Noore Sport Hijab classifies its market segments based on demographics and psychography. The target market is Muslim women who are active in sports. Noore Sport Hijab positions its product as a solution for active Muslim women. The Product Strategy used is the Focused Strategy. The Price Strategy used is the Penetration Pricing Strategy. The place strategy used is the Exclusive Distribution Strategy. Promotion Strategy used in the form of Advertising, Publicity, and Sales Promotion. Noore Sport Hijab uses an export strategy in entering the international market. The Export Strategy used is the Indirect Export Strategy. As for the destination countries of Noore Sport Hijab in exporting include: Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Russia, United States of America, Canada.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Non Performing Financing (NPF), Profit Sharing Financing (PSF), Buying and Selling Financing (BSF) and Leasing Financing (LF) on Return On Assets at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the period of 2012-2019. The research method used is quantitative approach. The data in this study were obtained from PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Quarterly Financial (Maulana et al., 2019) Statement between 2012 quarter I and 2019 quarter III, retrieved from Financial Service Authority or Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) website. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis which aims to determine the influence of independent variables on dependent variable employed in this study. The result shows that NPF and BSF have negatively influence on ROA, while PSF has positively influence. However, LF has no influence on ROA statistically.

Abstract

أظهر تطوير أعمال الحمل الحراري في فونركو تقدماً كبيراً للغاية مع مختلف الاحتياجات والاحتياجات. يتضح من تقدم أعمال الحمل الحراري في مجال الخدمات والتجارة. وينظر إلى هذا من المسلمين الإندونيسيين الذين هم مسلمون ويرون العدد المتزايد من الحملات في إندونيسيا. تشير بيانات وزارة الصناعة إلى ارتفاع عدد الحمل الحراري الإندونيسي إلى 1535 في إندونيسيا. لذلك هناك الكثير من المنافسة الديناميكية ويجب أن يكون مصنعو الملابس قادرين على التأثير على المستهلكين لشراء ملابسهم.تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دراسة تأثير الدينية ، ونمط الحياة ، وجودة الانتياج على قرارات الشراء عند شراء الملابس الإسلامية رباني  بفونوروكو. هذا النوع من البحث هو كمي باستخدام تقنية الاستبيان. تم الحصول على البيانات من خلال مسح شمل 150 شخصًا ، أي المستهلكين الذين اشتروا ملابس رباني المسلمة وتم قياسها على مقياس ليكرت. أخذ العينات باستخدام احتمالية أخذ العينات مع تقنيات أخذ العينات العشوائية البسيطة. الأداة التحليلية المستخدمة هي حل البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) ، من خلال اختبار صلاحية وصلاحية اختبار متعدد الدوائر واختبار الافتراض الخطي المتعدد.أوضحت النتائج أن بُعد التدين لم يكن له تأثير إيجابي وهام على قرارات المستهلكين في شراء ملابس رباني مسلم فونوروكو ، في حين كان لمتغيرات نمط الحياة وجودة المنتج تأثير إيجابي كبير على قرارات المستهلكين في شراء ملابس رباني مسلم في بفونوروكو. واستناداً إلى نتائج الدراسة ، فإن نمط الحياة الذي تم الحصول عليه كان عدد 4،441 أكبر من ت - الجدول  1,655 بمستوى دلالة احصائية 0.05 وجودة المنتج التي تم الحصول عليها ت - الحساب 7،141 أكبر من ت - الجدول  1،655 بمستوى دلالة احصائية 0.05. يمكن القول أن مستوى التدين (X1) ليس له تأثير إيجابي لأن قيمة ت - الجدول  1,012 أصغر من ت - الجدول  1,655. وبالتالي ، فإن أسلوب الحياة (X2) وجودة المنتج (X3) لهما تأثير إيجابي علىقرار شراء الملابس الإسلامية رباني بفونوروكو.
