Abstract

Lauren's Clothes is currently experiencing difficulties because with the sales media used, the profits obtained are not optimal because in the marketplace there are administrative costs, there is limited space in building a brand image in accordance with the wishes of the business owner. Prospective buyers also often have difficulty in determining the product to be purchased due to the many attractive choices. This study aims to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) algorithm in the sales application of Lauren's Clothes to support customer decisions in determining the appropriate product. This study uses the Personal eXtreme Programming (PXP) method where the method is designed for one developer. The research data were collected through interviews, observation and literature study. The result of this research is a sales application of Lauren's Clothes which has the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) feature for customers in determining the product they want to buy.   Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, AHP, Sales Application, E-commerce.

Abstract

“Toko Rumah Nenek” is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) whose main activity is selling various kinds of fruit. A supporting internal system is required to support the competent human resources. “Toko Rumah Nenek” still uses the manual system for the attendance recaps, leave permits, overtime permits, letter requests for personal needs, and salary slips. HRD (Human Resource Department) and the owner also have difficulties in finding the personal data of employees to fulfill all the requested needs.To support the thesis writing, researchers use theories related to the design to be made such as information, information systems, data, payroll, HR, HRIS, Java, user interface, Spring Boot, My SQL, Java Script, HTML, CSS, use case and ERD. Several previous studies were also used to assist the research process carried out. This research uses the Waterfall method that each stage- structured could minimize errors with a clear direction. Information was collected using field studies, namely observation and interviews. All information obtained will be processed for website information design because it is directly from the source.Java programming language is used in this research with the Framework Spring Boot. The result is that the user could manage the recaps of employee’s attendance, document request, leave permits, and employee payroll with the integrated web-based HRIS. It is concluded that HRIS could facilitate the easier and faster process of human resources by HRD or the owner due to the integrated HRIS. This system could be accessed by the user through the website. This research is expected to be developed by the next researcher. Abstract

Setiap lembaga pendidikan memiliki standar yang berbeda – beda dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu metode untuk mengetahui kekurangannya adalah dengan metode survei kepuasan pelanggan. Di Institut Bisnis dan Informatika Kwik Kian Gie sudah menerapkan survei kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, kegiatannya masih manual dengan mengisi melalui kertas formulir. Data yang diperoleh juga tidak lengkap karena hanya beberapa mahasiswa yang mengisi. Teori yang dicari dan dipelajari berkaitan dengan survei dan bentuk pertanyaan dari survei kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Desain dari sistem yang dibuat antara lain use case, activity diagram, class diagram, rancangan antarmuka, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem survei kepuasan pelanggan yang nantinya setiap pengguna dapat membuat survei kepuasan pelanggan sendiri dan dapat disebarluaskan melalui link atau scan QR code. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem survei kepuasan pelanggan dapat memudahkan setiap divisi dalam menyebarkan survei kepuasan pelanggan melalui link atau scan QR Code. Selain itu, responden nantinya dapat mengisi formulir secara online, baik melalui link atau scan QR Code. Kata Kunci : Sistem Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan, QR Code, Survei Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

Education is one of the things that is very important and very influential in building the nation and country, both formal and informal education. In addition, through education it can create and develop various kinds of technology. Of course, this technology can be used in the field of education to help an effective learning process, not only that, technology is also often used in the fields of business, health, communication, and transportation. One of the technologies that are currently being developed and used as a medium for learning is Augmented Reality. Augmented Reality is a technology that combines or adds computer-generated virtual content with realworld objects. Augmented Reality has 2 methods, namely marker-based augmented reality and marker-less augmented reality. This study provides an overview of how Augmented Reality can be used as a medium for Sunday school learning. The method used to conduct research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). The RAD method has a sequence of processes, namely requirements planning, user design, construction, and cutover. The data for this study were obtained through interviews with Sunday school teachers. The result of this research is AR technology that can produce 3D objects in the form of animals when the scan button on the smartphone screen is clicked. Users also do not need to prepare marker prints because researchers created the application using the marker-less augmented reality method so that it is more efficient. The application of research results is expected to assist Sunday school teachers in teaching stories so that learning is more effective and easy to understand. This is because the application is equipped with 3D animation. In addition, using applications is also very easy just by using an android smartphone. Abstract

As more and more levels of the technology that can help us on any side, we must use this advantage as good as possible. This led us to produce more applications to make a better living for human races. So is the growth of the football fans community. But on the otherhand, there are no application that exclusively provides information systems with location specific services for football fans to do match screening.To establish a Decision Support System with location-based services, the author uses a variety of theories used as areferences. Theories are information systems, databases, SQL, Java programming languages, PHP Programming languages, Android Operating System, Decision Making and Location Based Service. The application is developed with the Java-based Java programming language that can be easily accessed and run through the internet. In this research, data collection is done by doing direct observation with the culture of match screening. The system development is done using object-oriented analysis and design that can be described with Unified Modeling Language (UML).The results of this research is a Decision Making application that can be used by anyone, especially for those who are fans of football clubs and cafe owners with the match screening facility . With its uniqueness, this is can be an attraction for cafe owners who want to promote their cafe. The conclusion of this research is the application of decision making can be used as media to publish cafe with match screening facility and information of match that aired, so it can facilitate the spectators of soccer sport in order to funnel their hobby. Abstract

The role of information systems in the business world in Indonesia has grown and reached a fairly rapid stage of progress, due to information systems in the business world, which can provide fast, accurate, and available information studies wherever needed, for example with the development of a marketplace business in Indonesia. Marketplace competition to attract potential consumers is getting tougher, therefore every marketplace company needs to maintain their user satisfaction so that they continue to use the marketplace services. The factors used to measure the level of application user satisfaction include system quality, information quality, design display quality, security, system user satisfaction. The object of this study is Tokopedia with the level of user satisfaction of the application as the variable of this study. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with the C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm technique. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to Tokopedia application users and has been filled out by 114 respondents. The quality of information has the most significant influence on the level of satisfaction of the Tokopedia application users, besides the quality of the design display also has a significant influence on the level of satisfaction of the Tokopedia application users. This study shows that the level of user satisfaction with the Tokopedia application is good. The conclusion of this study is that the level of user satisfaction of the Tokopedia application isstrongly influenced by the value ofsystem quality, information quality, design display quality,security,system and service user satisfaction of the Tokopedia application. Abstract

Penelitian tracer study terhadap lulusan program studi Sistem Informasi (SI) dan Teknik Informatika (TI) bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara jelas kondisi terakhir terkait posisi bidang kerja, lama waktu tunggu alumni sejak lulus dan kesesuaian antara bidang ilmu yang didapat dengan profesi saat terakhir. Alumni dapat memberikan masukan kritis dan membangun kepada almamaternya, sehingga dari masukan tersebut dapat diketahui prosentase kesesuaian antara kurikulum pendidikan yang didapatkan saat kuliah dengan kebutuhan dunia industri. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif (qualitative research) melalui pendekatan survei mencakup tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, analisis dan evaluasi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari alumni melalui kuesioner yang terstruktur. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online melalui link google form dan penyebaran secara langsung kepada alumni. Penyebaraan dan pengumpulan data dimulai sejak Januari s/d Juli 2022. Target sasaran adalah mahasiswa lulusan tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021 khusus program studi SI dan TI. Dari hasil penelusuran didapat respon alumni yang memberikan jawaban hasil Tracer Study masih dibawah 50%, maka secara berkelanjutan proses Tracer Study harus terus dilakukan karena sangatlah penting memotret profil alumni dan sekaligus antisipasi pemenuhan syarat akreditasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar alumni Program Studi SI dan TI mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan masa tunggu kurang dari 1 bulan yaitu sebanyak 41% mahasiswa. Sedangkan waktu tunggu 1 bulan sebanyak 18% alumni. Dan secara berturut turut waktu tunggu 2 bulan adalah 8%, 3 bulan 5% dan diatas 4bulan adalah 28%. Tingkat kesesuaian profesi alumni terhadap bidang kerja yang ditangani adalah 73% dari sejumlah responden yang memberikan jawaban. Dan terdapat 27% alumni bekerja tidak sesuai dengan bidang kerja (Non Infokom). Kata Kunci: Tracer Study, Waktu Tunggu, Kesesuaian Bidang Kerja

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the rapid flow of information that takes place along with the development of information and technology. Information technology was developed in order to facilitate and improve human performance in daily life. One form of  data that is widely used by us is text data. Text data is more difficult to process because of its unstructured form. Text processing is a part of data mining which consists of the process of extracting data in a very large number to retrieve important information and interesting patterns in it. In this study, text processing is done to obtain data on the patterns and the trends of data that often appears in a web. Data source obtained by the author from direct observation in the web page. Data taken consists of article title, posting date, tags, and link each article. The data collected together for further reprocessed using text processing and displayed through the Graphical User Interface display, better known by the term GUI for easily understood data by users. The result from this study is the tabular report that describes the trend of the discussion of each month from January to June, the trending topics for six months based on the number of documents and the total appearance, as well as the graphs showing the development trend of topics over time. Abstract

Technology development in Indonesia is very fast. There are many benefits of technology, one of which is for entertainment needs. Playing online games is a form of entertainment need. Apart from having benefits, online games also have a negative impact on life, namely that a person can become addicted. To ensure that someone has an addiction, that person must go to an expert, namely a psychologist. However, to do counseling requires a lot of money, so this early detection system is made for people who like to self-diagnose themselves addicted to online games. Expert system is a form of Artificial Intelligence. Implementation of an expert system can be collaborated with the forward chaining method. This research uses the waterfall development method. The data taken for this study were obtained through questionnaires and interviews. The data will be used in the form of a knowledge base which contains 6 aspects consisting of 40 lists of symptoms along with their indicators and 5 solutions obtained from interviews with a human expert. Decision making in an expert system will be processed using a formula that has been given by human experts. The results of this study are the percentage of potential addictions to online games and solutions obtained by answering knowledge base statements. The expert system produced by this researcher can be used as an initial assessment that makes it easier for psychologists to make diagnoses. Abstract

The influence of technology has been very attached to life and everyday life in every way. The development of this technology has brought many changes to society. most people have switched from conventional systems to digital systems, even automation. Now all sales data, purchases, transactions, and other things in a business are very easy to manage and access. In the process of making this web-based payroll system, researchers are looking for, and studying theories related to websites and payroll systems. This research was conducted using the agile method. The design of the system made includes use cases, activity diagrams, class diagrams, interface designs, and implementation of the system whose purpose is to describe the workings of the payroll system. From the research conducted, it can be said that with this payroll system, it can make it easier to calculate the distribution of profits between owners, investors, and employees. In addition, financial administration has also become clearer and well-organized. In addition, employees feel benefited by this system so that employee performance can increase and restaurant income can increase rapidly.
