Abstract

One way to improve programs and training is through evaluation. In this case the purpose of the evaluation activity is to know more about how to apply basic values in the educational process based on the vision and mission of education. SMA Labschool views entrepreneurship science as very interesting to be applied to students, therefore the entrepreneurship program can be used as a forum for creativity and innovation. The CIPP model is used in the evaluation of e-commerce-based entrepreneurial programs at SMA Labschool Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative data is subjective because in this study it uses individual interpretation of existing phenomena by conducting field observations, interviews, and documentation. This program has been running well according to its goals since 2020 until now under the name CEBICOMM (The Class of Entrepreneurship Building and Innovative E-Commerce). Research findings show the CEBICOMM program is well managed by an entrepreneurial management team led by the curriculum waka. The obstacles so far are only about time. Student product marketing media usually uses E-Commerce and social media such as Whatsapp and Instagram. The social impact that is expected by this activity is that students have an entrepreneurial spirit. So making students not only have soft skills in the academic field but also have soft skills in the field of entrepreneurship as well. The products produced by students so far are mostly food and beverage products. The hope is that there will be P5 in this independent curriculum, the products produced and developed will not only be foods such as tempeh batik and other raw materials.

Abstract

Education policy is an important matter in the process of achieving national education goals so that an understanding of the basic concepts of education policy is needed in order to produce educational policies that are proactive and problem solving. The purpose of writing this article is to study the scope of education policy which consists of the definition of education policy, components of education policy, implementation of education policy and objectives of education policy. This writing methodology uses a literature study methodology. This article was written by reviewing 12 journals related to education policy. The results of the study found that educational policy is a policy related to the field of education in the process of elaborating the vision and mission of education to achieve educational goals through strategic steps in implementing education. The education policy has the character of its own goals which include having instructive goals, having a proper point of view, having operational ideas, being made by experts, being able to be assessed clearly, and having a systematic approach. pecifically to carry out intending to achieve something

Abstract

This article discusses rebranding in Islamic schools as a strategy to build a positive and modern image in society. Common issues faced by Islamic schools include negative perceptions and limited appeal to parents and prospective students. In the background, this article identifies the need for a change and transformation of the image to enhance the competitiveness and relevance of Islamic schools in an increasingly competitive educational landscape. The research method employed in this article is a literature review, involving the collection and analysis of various reference sources related to rebranding and marketing strategies in the context of Islamic education. The research objective is to provide practical guidance for Islamic schools in designing effective and successful rebranding initiatives. The results of this study indicate that key elements supporting the success of rebranding in Islamic schools include the development of relevant curricula, the integration of technology in teaching and learning, active community involvement, and appropriate communication approaches. By implementing effective rebranding, Islamic schools can create a positive and modern image, attract the interest of parents and prospective students, and enhance the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Evaluation of Islamic Education is an integral approach to assessing, measuring and ensuring the success and quality of education based on Islamic values. This article explores various aspects of evaluation in the context of Islamic education, involving assessments of academic achievement, character development, and the quality of teaching and curriculum. Evaluation is not only interpreted as a mere measurement process, but rather as a dynamic tool that provides constructive feedback. By focusing on evaluation principles, Islamic education can continue to be developed to achieve the main goal: forming individuals with noble character and deep religious knowledge. This article also underlines the important role of evaluation in creating education that is relevant, inspiring and in line with the demands of the times, and emphasizes the need for the involvement of all stakeholders in the evaluation process. With a holistic and continuous approach, evaluation of Islamic education becomes the basis for continuous improvement and positive contribution to society.

Abstract

The student selection policy relates to the use of the basics of student management. So that someone is accepted as a student at a school, prospective students must meet the requirements as determined. Based on the research context above, the researcher's focus that will be studied in this research is how to implement the madrasah principal's policy in recruiting new students at MA Hasan Jufri. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the implementation of the madrasa head's policy was carried out in collaboration with MTS Hasan Jufri by conducting outreach in the form of distributing questionnaires to find out who MTS Hasan Jufri alumni were who would continue to MA Hasan Jufri. Apart from that, it provides scholarships to new students who meet the requirements according to provisions such as tahfidz Qur'an.
