Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the school's marketing strategy in attracting new students at UPT One Roof Public Middle School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the research and discussion of the school's marketing strategy in attracting new students at UPT One Roof Public Middle School can be concluded that the school always tries to carry out school marketing with the following steps: 1) external marketing, carried out by introducing the school to the community, the school always involving all elements or elements, building good communication with all components of education stakeholders in the community regarding the acceptance of new students at school, 2) internal marketing, carried out by always motivating all teachers, administrative staff and students to always do work with full discipline, professionalism, responsibility, love for the work being done, providing effective and efficient service, friendly with a full sense of kinship towards all prospective new students, students' parents and the community. as for the inhibiting factors in the marketing of Education at UPT One Roof Public Middle Schools are 1). Number of New Institutions Around UPT Institutions of One-Stop Public Middle School 2). Tight competition for facilities, 3). Infrastructure facilities are inadequate 4). The interest of new students while the solutions in empowering existing obstacles are 1). Best service 2). Interesting marketing strategy

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia berperan atas peningkatan standar pendidikan (Studi di MTs Nurul Iman Situbondo) Guna meningkatkan standar pembangunan institusi pendidikan, diantara pendekatan untuk meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia. Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan mekanisme yang dibutuhkan sebagai pengatur dan pengoptimalan berbagai unsur sumber daya manusia, termasuk tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan. Penelitian ini didasari tujuan mengetahui efek lingkungan alam MTs Nurul Iman Situbondo terhadap penerapan manajemen sumber daya manusia terhadap peningkatan standar pendidikan melalui unsur perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan, pengendalian, pengadaan, pengembangan, kompensasi, integrasi, pemeliharaan, disiplin, dan pemecatan. Landasan dari penelitian adalah gagasan bahwa sumber daya manusia mampu berrperan dalam peningkatan standar organisasi dan memberi keunggulan kompetitif. Program pendidikan yang komprehensif dan terarah tidak dapat dicapai tanpa adanya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Penelitian memanfaatkan teknik kualitatif yang nerujuk pada realita dari deskripsi atau bahasa deskriptif. Pengambilan data pada studi ini melalui pengamatan, interviu, dan pengarsipan. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) MTs Nurul Iman berada di bawah naungan yayasan PP Nurul Iman (2) Manajemen sumber daya manusia dari berbagai perspektif; perencanaan tidak menspesifikasikan beberapa kebutuhan tetapi melihat skala yang dibutuhkan, pengorganisasian diterapkan pada partisipasi dalam mengelola organisasi, mengarahkan gambaran tugas atau uraian jabatan yang telah ditentukan, mengontrol proses penentuan di bagian penjaminan mutu, pengadaan perencanaan bagi tenaga pendidik kebutuhan, pelatihan dan pengembangan baik metodologi maupun program, kompensasi yaitu ada kompensasi langsung dan kompensasi tak terpisahkan (3) Mutu pendidikan menggunakan persyaratan proses untuk mencapai standar kompetensi lulusan. (4) Masih ada tantangan pada sistem SDM, dan upaya sistem sedang ditingkatkan. (5) Berurusan dengan majikan adalah solusinya. Guna mencapai standar pendidikan, pertumbuhan sistem sumber daya manusia harus betul-betul memenuhi standar pendidikan yang ada, dan strukturnya juga harus diperiksa.

Abstract

Along with the times and technology that is happening in this era of globalization, it has really changed the way of human perspective and demands various aspects of human life to start their activities in new ways and there are actions that are in accordance with the development of this era, and cannot it is undeniable that the education sector must also do the same thing so that it is not out of date. This journal is entitled Management of human resources in improving the performance of Madrasah Aliyah Nurut Taqwa teachers. This research is motivated by the reduced professionalism of teacher performance in carrying out their duties in school institutions, and teaching staff is the most fatal role in achieving the success of the institution. In this journal, researchers use qualitative methods by means of interview, observation, supporting factors include that the head of the madrasa has met managerial competition, supervision, social, good personality and also the madrasah curriculum has local content that is in accordance with the character area. While the inhibiting factors include, there are still teaching staff who have not met the standards and there are still some who have not completed their bachelor’s degree and few teachers are certified.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of facilities and infrastructure used and describe the process of procuring, maintaining and removing facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Iman Kg. Solo Tambak Timur, Tambak sub-district, this research is case study research that is qualitative in nature, data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation of educational institutions at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Iman, in data analysis techniques this research uses data reduction stages, data presentation and conclusion. planning for facilities and infrastructure is carried out by submitting assistance to the government, procurement of facilities and infrastructure is carried out in accordance with the planning of facilities and infrastructure, use and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure according to the needs of students, inventory according to the provisions of the data every year, deletion of goods is carried out by conditionally based on the condition of the goods, the inhibiting factor for the management of facilities and infrastructure is the lack of funds, while the supporting factor is that the madrasah facilities are adequate, based on the results of this study it is suggested that the madrasah focus more on placing facilities for students, so that users of these facilities feel comfortable.

Abstract

This article is the result of field research at UPT One Roof State Junior High School schools. The focus of the research being studied is on school financial planning and school financial management at UPT One-Roof Public Middle Schools. This study aims to find out how financial planning and management is done at UPT SMP Negeri One Roof schools. The research method used is a qualitative method. This primary data collection method was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation with the school treasurer. while the secondary data in this study used books, journals, and sources from the internet as a support. The results of this study indicate that the source of school funds comes from BOS and APBD funds and that financial planning follows the arches and financial management through planning which is the responsibility of the school principal.

Abstract

One way to improve programs and training is through evaluation. In this case the purpose of the evaluation activity is to know more about how to apply basic values in the educational process based on the vision and mission of education. SMA Labschool views entrepreneurship science as very interesting to be applied to students, therefore the entrepreneurship program can be used as a forum for creativity and innovation. The CIPP model is used in the evaluation of e-commerce-based entrepreneurial programs at SMA Labschool Surabaya. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative data is subjective because in this study it uses individual interpretation of existing phenomena by conducting field observations, interviews, and documentation. This program has been running well according to its goals since 2020 until now under the name CEBICOMM (The Class of Entrepreneurship Building and Innovative E-Commerce). Research findings show the CEBICOMM program is well managed by an entrepreneurial management team led by the curriculum waka. The obstacles so far are only about time. Student product marketing media usually uses E-Commerce and social media such as Whatsapp and Instagram. The social impact that is expected by this activity is that students have an entrepreneurial spirit. So making students not only have soft skills in the academic field but also have soft skills in the field of entrepreneurship as well. The products produced by students so far are mostly food and beverage products. The hope is that there will be P5 in this independent curriculum, the products produced and developed will not only be foods such as tempeh batik and other raw materials.

Abstract

Education policy is an important matter in the process of achieving national education goals so that an understanding of the basic concepts of education policy is needed in order to produce educational policies that are proactive and problem solving. The purpose of writing this article is to study the scope of education policy which consists of the definition of education policy, components of education policy, implementation of education policy and objectives of education policy. This writing methodology uses a literature study methodology. This article was written by reviewing 12 journals related to education policy. The results of the study found that educational policy is a policy related to the field of education in the process of elaborating the vision and mission of education to achieve educational goals through strategic steps in implementing education. Abstract

This article discusses rebranding in Islamic schools as a strategy to build a positive and modern image in society. Common issues faced by Islamic schools include negative perceptions and limited appeal to parents and prospective students. In the background, this article identifies the need for a change and transformation of the image to enhance the competitiveness and relevance of Islamic schools in an increasingly competitive educational landscape. The research method employed in this article is a literature review, involving the collection and analysis of various reference sources related to rebranding and marketing strategies in the context of Islamic education. The research objective is to provide practical guidance for Islamic schools in designing effective and successful rebranding initiatives. The results of this study indicate that key elements supporting the success of rebranding in Islamic schools include the development of relevant curricula, the integration of technology in teaching and learning, active community involvement, and appropriate communication approaches. By implementing effective rebranding, Islamic schools can create a positive and modern image, attract the interest of parents and prospective students, and enhance the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Evaluation of Islamic Education is an integral approach to assessing, measuring and ensuring the success and quality of education based on Islamic values. This article explores various aspects of evaluation in the context of Islamic education, involving assessments of academic achievement, character development, and the quality of teaching and curriculum. Evaluation is not only interpreted as a mere measurement process, but rather as a dynamic tool that provides constructive feedback. By focusing on evaluation principles, Islamic education can continue to be developed to achieve the main goal: forming individuals with noble character and deep religious knowledge. This article also underlines the important role of evaluation in creating education that is relevant, inspiring and in line with the demands of the times, and emphasizes the need for the involvement of all stakeholders in the evaluation process. With a holistic and continuous approach, evaluation of Islamic education becomes the basis for continuous improvement and positive contribution to society.

Abstract

The student selection policy relates to the use of the basics of student management. So that someone is accepted as a student at a school, prospective students must meet the requirements as determined. Based on the research context above, the researcher's focus that will be studied in this research is how to implement the madrasah principal's policy in recruiting new students at MA Hasan Jufri. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach and data collection techniques used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research show that the implementation of the madrasa head's policy was carried out in collaboration with MTS Hasan Jufri by conducting outreach in the form of distributing questionnaires to find out who MTS Hasan Jufri alumni were who would continue to MA Hasan Jufri. Apart from that, it provides scholarships to new students who meet the requirements according to provisions such as tahfidz Qur'an.
