Abstract

The implementation of financial report management applications based on Android information technology in mosques has become a significant innovation in the application of Shariah economic law. This research investigates the effectiveness of applying this information technology in managing mosque financial reports. An experimental research method was used involving the development of a specific Android application to record and track financial transactions in accordance with Shariah principles. The results indicate a significant improvement in the accuracy, speed, and reliability of financial reporting after the implementation of this application. Furthermore, the application enhances transparency and accountability in mosque financial management, thereby reinforcing the application of Shariah economic law in the context of mosque finances. Despite some challenges in adopting this technology, such as a lack of technological understanding, the benefits obtained are considerably greater. The implications of this study suggest that the use of information technology, such as the Android application, can enhance efficiency and compliance with Shariah economic principles in mosque financial management. The application of financial report management applications based on Android information technology in mosque financial management specifically focuses on implementing Shariah economic principles. This research explores the effectiveness of Android information technology in aiding the recording, reporting, and management of mosque finances in accordance with Shariah principles. The use of information technology in mosque financial management has significant implications for enhancing compliance with Shariah economic principles. This study highlights that the application of Android software in the context of mosque finances can make a significant contribution to Shariah-compliant fund management, with the potential to improve transparency, compliance, and efficiency in mosque financial management.

Abstract

This research analyzes an Android-based information technology application for managing mosque financial reports in the context of Shariah-compliant transactions. The integration of information technology in mosque financial management aims to enhance transparency, accountability, and adherence to Shariah principles. The study involves surveys, observations, and a comprehensive analysis of the application developed to facilitate financial recording and reporting in accordance with Shariah principles. Accurate and transparent financial record-keeping is an integral part of Shariah-compliant transactions, and this application is designed to simplify the management and reporting of mosque funds. The analysis results indicate that the Android-based mosque financial report management application contributes positively to the implementation of Shariah principles. With features such as income and expenditure recording, donation tracking, and easily accessible financial reports, this application assists mosque administrators in managing funds in accordance with Shariah principles. The application's implementation also yields benefits in terms of time efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting, reducing errors that might occur in manual records. Moreover, enhanced transparency through this technology can reinforce the congregation's trust in the management of mosque funds in line with Shariah principles. The Android-based mosque financial report management application can be an effective tool in supporting the implementation of Shariah principles. However, regular monitoring and evaluation are necessary to ensure the application's compliance with relevant Shariah principles and its maximal adoption by mosque administrators.

Abstract

Inheritance law according to Islamic law is one part of family law (al-Ahwalus Syahsiyah). This science is very important to learn so that in the implementation of the division of inheritance there is no mistake and can be carried out as fairly as possible, because by studying the Islamic inheritance law for Muslims, will be able to fulfill the rights relating to inheritance after being abandoned by Muwarris (heir) and submitted to the heirs who have the right to receive it. Thus, one can avoid sin, namely not eating the property of people who are not their rights, because there is no fulfillment of Islamic law regarding inheritance. The inheritance legal system according to the Civil Code does not distinguish between sons and daughters, between husbands and wives, they have the right to inheritance, and the sons share sons and daughters, the part of a wife or husband is the same as the child. When linked to the hereditary system, the Civil Code adheres to a bilateral descent system, where each person connects himself to the descendants of his father and mother, meaning that heirs are entitled to inherit from the father if the father dies and has the right to inherit from the mother if the mother dies.

Abstract

The management of mosque inventory is one of the crucial responsibilities that mosque administrators must undertake. Efficient inventory management in a mosque aids in understanding the condition of mosque items, identifying their needs, and effectively managing these assets. Presently, Android information technology has rapidly evolved and become an integral part of people's daily lives. This technology can be harnessed to develop an application for managing mosque inventory reports. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of an Android-based information technology application for managing mosque inventory reports on increasing public interest in making donations (infak). This study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach. The research population comprises individuals who have previously made donations in mosques. The research sample consists of 100 randomly selected respondents. Data is collected through a questionnaire. The research findings demonstrate that the Android-based information technology application for managing mosque inventory reports has a positive and significant influence on increasing public interest in donations. This is evidenced by a regression coefficient value of 0.657, which is statistically significant (p < 0.05). Effective management of mosque inventory can enhance public trust in mosque administration. This is because the public gains transparent and accurate insights into the condition and needs of mosque items. Public trust in mosque management can boost interest in donations as people believe their donations will be used for the mosque's benefit. An Android-based information technology application for managing mosque inventory reports provides transparent and accurate information about the condition and requirements of mosque items. Therefore, this application can enhance public trust in mosque administration and further stimulate public interest in making donations.

Abstract

This study was conducted to understand the meaning process of bullying on teen’s bully. Subjects in this study consisted of adolescents aged 16-18 years who had committed bullying behavior on peers or friends of the school. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews. Data analysis was conducted using driven theory of thematic analysis.Based on the results of research could be concluded that bullying behaviors such as hitting and disturbing the victim, at low levels meaning, as the self-satisfaction and self-pleasure, it was derived from one of the sources of meaning that was personal relationships. Bullying behavior such as hitting and ridiculing or mocking the victim were bullying at the high level meaning, interpreted by the teen’s bully as a step to be “rulers” and the process of searching identity which was obtained from combining and integrating resources meaning, such as to meet basic needs, personal relationships, and pleasure activities.

Abstract

Payment of sharia insurance premiums is one of the important instruments in the transformation and development of Islamic economics in the global economic competition community. This is because the payment of sharia insurance premiums can be a source of funds for sharia insurance companies to provide protection and benefits to their participants. In addition, the payment of sharia insurance premiums can also increase the liquidity of the sharia financial market and boost Islamic economic growth. Islamic economics is an economic system based on the principles of Islamic sharia. Islamic economics aims to achieve social welfare in a just and equitable manner. One of the important instruments in Islamic economics is sharia insurance. Sharia insurance is a sharia financial institution that provides protection and benefits to its participants based on the principles of Islamic sharia. The payment of sharia insurance premiums is one of the important activities in sharia insurance. The payment of sharia insurance premiums is a source of funds for sharia insurance companies to provide protection and benefits to their participants. The payment of sharia insurance premiums can also increase the liquidity of the sharia financial market and boost Islamic economic growth. Abstract

Rational pragmatism in the context of smallholder plantation, especially in the palm oil industry, is highly relevant in enhancing community income through an Islamic economic approach. The Mudarabah model, an Islamic economic concept where capital is jointly managed between investors and entrepreneurs with profit-sharing, can serve as the foundation to support income growth in this sector. The application of Mudarabah principles allows small farmers or plantations to partner with core entities or investors. Farmers provide land and labor, while the core company supplies capital in the form of technology, seedlings, and technical guidance. The profit from the harvest is then shared as agreed upon, with the profit distribution based on previously agreed-upon proportions. This enables small farmers or plantations to gain access to capital, technology, and a broader market through partnerships with core companies. As a result, they can improve production yields and the quality of palm oil. The profits obtained from increased production will be shared between both parties according to the Mudarabah agreement. Beyond income enhancement, this approach also encourages risk-sharing between both parties. With mutually beneficial advantages, this model strengthens economic inclusion, empowers farmers, and supports Sharia-compliant economic principles without burdening them with high debt. With a pragmatic and rational approach underlying the Mudarabah model in the palm oil plantation, it can serve as a strong foundation to support fair and sustainable community income enhancement within the framework of Islamic economics.

Abstract

Management of mosque finances is an essential aspect because the mosque is a social institution responsible for managing the community's funds. An Information Technology (IT) cloud-based application for managing mosque financial reports can be a solution to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial management in mosques. This application has several advantages, including ease of. use, accessibility from anywhere, and ensured security features. This research aims to analyze the impact of IT cloud-based mosque financial report management applications on the implementation of Sharia-compliant transactions (muamalah) in mosques. The study employs a quantitative method using a survey approach. The research sample comprises mosque administrators managing mosque finances using IT cloud-based financial report management applications. Data is collected through questionnaires. The research findings indicate that the IT cloud-based mosque financial report management application significantly and positively influences the implementation of Sharia-compliant transactions in mosques. This suggests that the application can assist mosque administrators in applying Sharia-compliant principles in mosque financial management.

Abstract

Based on Islamic economic principles, the purpose of this study is to evaluate non-cash gold purchase transactions. The examination technique utilized is subjective unmistakable exploration using a writing survey approach. An inductive method was used to analyze the data. The discoveries show that non-cash exchanges in gold buys don't line up with Sharia standards in Islamic financial aspects. In view of Sharia texts managing exchanges including wares like gold, there is no unequivocal preclusion referenced, making it trying to reach direct determinations. Be that as it may, a legitimate condition in gold exchanges requires the synchronous trade of merchandise in a solitary social occasion. According to Islamic economic principles, therefore, the transaction would be deemed invalid if the parties have separated and the exchange of goods has not occurred simultaneously in a single meeting.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and understand the phenomenon of surrogacy from the point of view of applicable law in Indonesia, especially according to the compilation of civil law and Islamic law. This type of research is normative, based on a statutory law approach and a qualitative descriptive approach using content analysis of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal sources. The results of the study were obtained by analyzing diverse and complex legal opinions in the perspective of civil law and the compilation of Islamic law. The amount is more than 1/3 of the legal inheritance, but according to KHI, she can only inherit from her mother's lineage.
