Menara Tebuireng (Jurnal Studi Islam) adalah publikasi ilmiah yang berusaha memfasilitasi artikel akademis dan tulisan ilmiah dari sejumlah studi penelitian empiris dalam bidang Studi Islam. Menara Tebuireng terbuka bagi akademisi, mahasiswa, peneliti, dan praktisi yang berminat untuk berkontribusi dengan pemikiran mereka, terutama dalam bidang Studi Islam. Fokus utama jurnal Menara Tebuireng adalah pada eksplorasi hukum Islam, dinamika penyebaran dakwah dalam penyebaran Islam, studi ilmu sosial, Pendidikan Islam, dan pengembangan pengetahuan Islam kontemporer dalam ranah teoretis maupun praktis, khususnya dalam lingkup lokal, nasional, dan global. Subtema dan cakupan dalam publikasi ilmiah Menara Tebuireng meliputi: Dakwah dan penyebaran Islam: a. Studi dalam ilmu dakwah, seperti sejarah dakwah, filsafat dakwah, dan metodologi dakwah, termasuk dalam aspek budaya, ekonomi, dan politik. b. Manajemen dakwah yang terkait dengan perencanaan dan strategi penyebaran Islam, pariwisata global Islam, dan manajemen Islam serta pariwisata keagamaan. c. Abstract

In this study, there are two problem formulations, namely: (1) What is the communication pattern of fostering students with ODGJ through Islamic values in Padepokan Tahfidhul Qur'an Ibn Rusydi? (2) What are the aspects that support and hinder the communication process in fostering ODGJ students in Padepokan Tahfidhul Qur'an Ibn Rusydi? To answer the two formulations of the problem. The researcher adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive type in this study. The results of this study can be concluded that the communication pattern of ODGJ students at Padepokan Tahfidhul Qur'an Ibn Rusydi between caregivers, administrators, and ODGJ students uses verbal and nonverbal interactions to teach and provide an understanding of Islamic values to ODGJ students. That way, ODGJ students will be encouraged to think critically and adapt well in the social environment. Supporting factors such as an open attitude and active interaction accelerate the coaching process. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors such as ODGJ students who have difficulty communicating can hinder the understanding and application of Islamic values. Effective social interaction is the key to achieving the vision and mission of making students noble individuals. Keyword: Communication Patterns, Santri, Mental Disorders, Islamic Values

Abstract

There are 3 (three) focuses of this research, namely (1) How is the implementation of hadrah art as a religious motivation medium for children of Parimono Hamlet, Jombang Regency? (2) How does the community of Parimono Hamlet respond to the implementation of hadrah art as a medium to increase religious motivation for children? (3) What is the role of hadrah art as a medium to increase religious motivation for children of Parimono Hamlet, Jombang Regency? To answer this problem, the method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of hadrah art is very effective for early childhood through hadrah art activities, children can learn about religious values, traditions, and religious practices through interesting art. The community's response to the art of hadrah is very positive, with the existence of the art of hadrah the community is very helpful in educating their children in learning and applying religious teachings practically. The role of hadrah art plays a role as a means of encouraging children in Parimono Hamlet to be more actively involved in religious practices.   Keyword: Hadrah Art, Religious Motivation, Children

Abstract

Abstract— In this study, there are 2 (two) questions that will be answered. These questions: 1). The Da'wah Method of Majlis Dhikr in instilling the value of monotheism and 2). The impact of the practice of dhikr for pilgrims. This study uses qualitative research, with the type of approach used is a case study. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique. The results of the study show that the dhikr da'wah method of the Rohmatan Lil'alamin Assembly can be answered, that the application of dhikr is the key to the success of da'wah among the congregation, through several preliminary stages, implementation stages, and closing stages, as well as follow-up stages. These steps have been implemented well and felt by the congregation, such as feelings of calm, serenity, not stress, and feeling at home in the learning of the dhikr assembly. Abstract

Abstract— The biggest challenge in the 21st century learning era is how educators can face challenges and adapt to the development of this era. The success of students in learning is also influenced by the professional competence of teachers. Therefore, the role of the Principal is very important in efforts to improve the professional competence of teachers to survive in the current globalisation and advance the school they lead. This study aims to analyse and describe how the role of the Principal's strategy in improving the professional competence of teachers in the 21st century learning era as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving the professional competence of teachers at SMK Pusat Excellence Al-Azhar Menganti. While the type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach conducted at SMK Pusat Keunggulan Al-Azhar Menganti Gresik intensively, in detail and in depth about certain events and phenomena in order to obtain valid information. The results showed 1) The role of the Principal as a manager, (educator) educator, and as a motivator as a way to improve the professional competence of teachers; 2) The strategic role of the Principal is to provide training programmes, workshops, and in house training as an effort to digitally improve the professional competence of teachers in facing the demands and challenges of 21st century learning, assisting teachers in improving the quality of their performance and a means of integrating the curriculum applied in schools with the needs of the Industrial World; 3) Supporting factors are competent Human Resources (HR), strong teacher responsibility. Willingness to continue learning, and high motivation to create and innovate. While the inhibiting factors are the inability to manage personal problems, lack of time management skills, cost factors, location, family and limited infrastructure facilities. Abstract

Abstract— Educational institutions prioritize quality. With the emergence of competing schools, it becomes very important to identify schools that meet quality standards. The TQM integrated quality control system combines the efforts of developing, maintaining, and improving quality from all levels in an organizational group to increase productivity levels. To become a learner at an educational institution (madrasah), there must be registration of new learners, first a search process is carried out, then a recruitment process is carried out to identify prospective new learners and capture these prospective learners. The purpose of this research has been adjusted to the focus of the research, so that it is an effort to provide a comprehensive explanation and description: 1) To analyze the selection process of new student admissions at MBI Amanatul Ummah. 2) To analyze the implications of the selection process of new student admissions at MBI Amanatul Ummah. This research is a field study with a qualitative approach applied. In this study, various data collection techniques were used by researchers through the Observation method, Interview Method, Documentation Method. The results showed the results that 1) PPDb program planning at MBI Amanatul Ummah in its implementation, MBI leaders wait for direction from the foundation. 2) The PPDb committee is taken from the Functionalists, TU Staff, and Head of Class. The information media used are social media and the school website. 3) The tests tested in the written test path are academic potential tests and psychological tests. The achievement path is opened only for those who have a minimum certificate of district level champion, the test tested is an interview related to the certificate attached. Abstract

Abstract— The Hadith is the second source after the Qur'an, with scholars of Hadith defining it as the sayings, actions, approvals, and all things related to the Prophet Muhammad. Historically, during the time of the Prophet, his Companions would always ask him about rulings, worship, social transactions, and all matters. However, this was no longer possible after the Prophet's death, leading to the compilation of Hadith by the Companions. In some cases, certain Hadiths reported from the Prophet cannot be immediately understood, as their texts often contain symbolic language that requires special interpretation to grasp their meaning. This research is categorized as library research. Sudaryanto outlines three stages of the research process. The first is data collection: after identifying various problems, objects, and major themes in the study, the researcher will present the data collection, including books and journals related to the research. Like other linguistic research methods, language research can follow two phases: conversation or observation. Second, data analysis is the process of organizing the data, categorizing it, and arranging it into patterns. Sudaryanto explains that analysis is the researcher’s effort to directly address the issues found in the data. Similar to data collection, data analysis can be conducted using two methods: the comparative method and the distributive method. Third, data presentation: after the data is collected and analyzed, the next step is presenting the findings. In this study, the data is presented informally, as the researcher explains the types of language used in Hadith and its relation to the historical background of the emergence of the Hadith text, using everyday language. The findings of this study conclude that the Hadith regarding the Black Stone being from paradise carries a metaphorical meaning. "From paradise" refers to the blessings from Allah associated with the stone. Some people suggest that the Black Stone is a meteor with high radiation and serves as an entrance to the synergy of the Ka’bah. The stone is considered special because it was carried by Prophets Ibrahim and Ismail. Kata kunci: Hadith, Linguistic, Histories
