Abstract

PT. Marver Maju Sejahtera is a firm engaged in consulting services and AC service services. The current AC service system is ineffective when a customer comes directly to the office to request AC service, which takes quite a long time, so there is a lack of customer interest then the recording of service data still uses paper or handwritten, causing problems such as errors in recording address data or customer residence locations. In that condition, the running system can understand the constraints or problems and be able to provide the right solution. A service information system is a web-based application that makes it easy for customers and the firm to carry out activities. The system development model used is rapid application development (RAD), which is an iterative method, so the design process is carried out according to the developer's version. The result of this system is that it can process information related to AC service services, such as managing customer data, category data, service type data, report data, and service payment transaction processing.   PT. Marver Maju Sejahtera ialah perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang Jasa Konsultan dan Jasa Service AC. Sistem pelayanan jasa servis AC saat ini kurang efektif dimana seorang pelanggan datang langsung ke kantor untuk permintaan servis AC yang makan waktu cukup lama, dengan begitu kurangnya minat pelanggan, berikutnya pencatatan data servis masih menggunakan kertas atau tulis tangan sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan data alamat atau lokasi tinggal pelanggan. Untuk sistem yang berlangsung agar dapat memahami kendala atau permasalahan dan dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat. Sistem informasi jasa servis AC merupakan suatu aplikasi berbasis web, yang memberikan kemudahan untuk pelanggan dan pihak perusahaan dalam melakukan kegiatan. Model sistem pengembang yang digunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang Merupakan salah satu metode berulang, sehingga proses desain dilakukan sesuai versi developer. Hasil sistem ini ialah bisa memproses informasi berkaitan dengan jasa servis AC, seperti: mengelola data pelanggan, data kategori, data jenis jasa, data laporan, proses transaksi pembayaran servis.

Abstract

Usability has 5 quality dependent variables, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction. With usability testing, it will be assessed whether the user interface and user experience of the website are ready to be implemented or not. One application that can be used is Figma, which is a web-based application. In this study using qualitative research with validation tests, reliability tests, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This qualitative research is supported by the usability testing method as a system development model. This usability testing method is used to find out how easy it is to learn about the website to support the company profile, the ease of use of the website, user/customer satisfaction, and the efficiency of the Dwisetia Garuda Metalindo Sejahtera company website. Usability comes from English, namely usable which refers to the ability to use well. This study tested the validity by calculating the relationship between scores using the SPSS program. In this study, the number of respondents consisting of three categories of respondents namely employees, customers, and the general public was 51 respondents. The data was taken using a questionnaire/questionnaire which was distributed directly via the questionnaire/questionnaire link. Based on the research, it can be concluded from the redesigning of Dwisetia Garuda Metalindo Sejahtera's company website as a support for the company profile.   Usability terdapat 5 variabel terikat (dependent) yang berkualitas yaitu learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, dan satisfaction. Dengan usability testing, akan dapat dinilai apakah user interface dan user experience dari website sudah siap untuk diterapkan atau belum. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah Figma, yang merupakan aplikasi berbasis web. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan uji validasi, uji reliabilitas, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian kualitatif ini di dukung oleh metode usability testing sebagai model pengembangan sistem. Metode usability testing ini digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemudahan dalam mempelajari website guna menunjang company profile, kemudahan website untuk digunakan, kepuasan pengguna/pelanggan, dan efisiensi dari website PT Dwisetia Garuda Metalindo Sejahtera. Usability berasal dari Bahasa Inggris yaitu usable yang mengacu pada kemampuan penggunaan yang baik. Penelitian ini melakukan uji validitas dengan menghitung hubungan antar skor menggunakan program SPSS. Dalam penelitian ini, jumlah responden yang terdiri dari tiga (3) kategori responden yaitu karyawan, customer, dan masyarakat umum sebanyak 51 responden. Data tersebut diambil menggunakan angket/kuesioner yang disebar secara langsung melalui link angket/kuesioner tersebut. Berdasarkan dari penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan dari pembuatan redesain website PT Dwisetia Garuda Metalindo Sejahtera sebagai penunjang company profile.

Abstract

The tremendous rise of data and information and the increase in computer processing in e-governments has significantly changed how the government makes decisions relying on advanced technologies.  This number will grow dramatically, and there is a prominent direction that institutions are considering the use of advanced technology to assist in delivering services and making daily decisions. The use of developed technologies, such as Machine Learning (ML), is believed appropriate in an effort to turn the massive amount of information in this extend of data into a meaningful one, and ease of analysis.  Machine Learning is a technology that can handle huge data and classification for statistics or even more complex purposes, such as data analysis and decision making. The applications of ML are being used to improve the current state of e-government services by reducing processing times, lowering costs, and increasing citizen satisfaction. However, this technology still confronts a number of obstacles that obstruct its use in e-government applications, both for improving e-government systems and for increasing e-government-citizen interactions. This paper aims to address and analyse the impact of the use of ML in e-government, and also to see the feasibility of this technology in the e-services provision in developing countries, the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI) in particular. In addition, it highlights the challenges that impact the integration of advanced technology with e-government and discourses on future trends. The main contribution of this paper is that it helps organizations better understand their approaches to machine learning, allowing them to make more informed decisions about how to employ developed technology in the e-government system.   Peningkatan data dan informasi yang luar biasa dan peningkatan pemrosesan komputer di e-government telah secara signifikan mengubah cara pemerintah membuat keputusan dengan mengandalkan teknologi canggih. Machine Learning (ML) adalah teknologi yang dapat menangani data besar dan klasifikasi untuk statistik atau bahkan tujuan yang lebih kompleks, seperti analisis data dan pengambilan keputusan. Aplikasi ML digunakan untuk meningkatkan status layanan e-government saat ini dengan mengurangi waktu pemrosesan, menurunkan biaya, dan meningkatkan kepuasan warga. Namun, teknologi ini masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala yang menghambat penggunaannya dalam aplikasi e-government, baik untuk meningkatkan sistem e-government maupun untuk meningkatkan interaksi e-government-citizen. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi dan menganalisis dampak penggunaan ML dalam e-government, dan juga untuk melihat kelayakan teknologi ini dalam penyediaan layanan elektronik di negara-negara berkembang, Wilayah Kurdistan Irak (KRI) pada khususnya. Selain itu, menyoroti tantangan yang berdampak pada integrasi teknologi canggih dengan e-government dan wacana tentang tren masa depan. Kontribusi utama dari makalah ini adalah membantu organisasi lebih memahami pendekatan mereka terhadap pembelajaran mesin, memungkinkan mereka untuk membuat keputusan yang lebih tepat tentang bagaimana menggunakan teknologi yang dikembangkan dalam sistem e-government.

Abstract

Fish feeding is one of the most important things for the fish farming business in ponds and aquariums. Currently, feeding generally still depends on manual human resources. Therefore, a tool is designed to provide fish feed that can work automatically based on time and schedule. Ornamental Fish Feeder. In Automatic Aquarium is an intelligent system that aims to facilitate feeding so that when fish keepers have a fairly dense activity and find it difficult when going to leave the house for a long time, the fish will remain awake in the process of feeding. The system designed has 5 hardware parts, namely microcontrollers using RTC (Real Time Clock) time parameters,  Arduino as a process, DC motor (Direct Current) as output condition and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) as user interface and monitoring, Desktop 9v as a voltage source. By using the components of the tool above and some software that supports the running of the tool, the automatic feeding of fish can work according to a schedule that can be set automatically. Scheduling fish feed is given at 13.30-13.35; the Servo Motor will dispense fish feed 2 times using 3 grams of pellets.   Pemberian pakan ikan merupakan salah hal yang sangat penting untuk usaha budidaya ikan di kolam dan aquarium. Saat ini pemberian pakan umumnya masih tergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang bersifat manual, oleh karena itu dirancang alat untuk memberikan pakan ikan yang dapat bekerja secara otomatis berdasarkan waktu dan jadwal. Pemberi Pakan Ikan Hias Di Aquarium Secara Otomatis merupakan sistem cerdas yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah dalam pemberian pakannya, sehingga ketika pemelihara ikan memiliki kesibukan yang cukup padat dan merasa kesulitan ketika akan pergi meninggalkan rumah dalam waktu yang cukup lama, maka ikan akan tetap terjaga dalam proses pemberian pakannya.sistem yang dirancang ada 5 bagian hardware yaitu mikrokontroler menggunakan parameter waktu RTC (Real Time Clock), arduino sebagai proses, motor DC (Direct Current) sebagai kondisi output dan LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) sebagai user interface dan monitoring, Desktop 9v sebagai sumber tegangan. Dengan menggunakan komponen-komponen alat diatas serta beberapa software yang mendukung berjalannya alat, maka pemberian pakan ikan secara otomatis dapat bekerja sesuai dengan penjadwalan yang bisa diatur dengan secara otomatis. Penjadwalan pakan ikan di berikan waktu jam 13.30-13.35, Motor Servo akan mengeluarkan 2 kali pakan ikan dengan menggunakan 3 gram pellet.

Abstract

This research examines the application of the C4.5 algorithm in analyzing land plot sales data at PT Piliruma Rosa Land. Using data from two main projects, namely Harmoni Farm House and Nuansa Alam Agroewisata and Luxury, this study aims to build a decision tree model that is effective in predicting consumer interest. The analysis was conducted by evaluating the contribution of various sales attributes, specifically Sold Area and Number of Sold Lots, which proved to have a significant impact on the classification of buyer interest. The results of the model showed an accuracy rate of 91.18%, signifying the effectiveness of the C4.5 algorithm in assisting strategic decision-making in the property sector. The findings provide important insights for real estate developers in optimizing marketing and sales strategies, while offering a reliable analytical method for similar sectors.   Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan algoritma C4.5 dalam menganalisis data penjualan tanah kavling pada PT Piliruma Rosa Land. Melalui data dari dua proyek utama, yaitu Harmoni Farm House dan Nuansa Alam Agroewisata dan Luxury, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model pohon keputusan yang efektif dalam memprediksi minat konsumen. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi kontribusi dari berbagai atribut penjualan, khususnya luas terjual dan jumlah kavling terjual, yang terbukti memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap klasifikasi minat pembeli. Hasil dari model ini menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 91.18%, menandakan efektivitas algoritma C4.5 dalam membantu pengambilan keputusan strategis di sektor properti. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembang real estat dalam mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan, sekaligus menawarkan metode analitis yang bisa diandalkan untuk sektor serupa.
