Abstract

The Kelapa Dua West Jakarta is a government agency that has to serve the community every day. In its operational activities, it requires Information Technology (IT) to complete daily operational tasks. Because of this, the west Jakarta sub-district of Kelapa Dua needs an appropriate IT management so that it can serve the community to the fullest. Good IT management is done by assessing the suitability between IT applications and organizational business processes. For this reason, the Luftman method is used to measure the alignment of Business and IT strategies by using six criteria namely Communications, Competency / Value Measurement, Governance, Partnership, Scope & Architecture, Skill. Overall, all the criteria and maturity of information technology strategies and business strategies in the kelurahan are still at level 2 or at the Commited level so that it can be said that there is no alignment between business strategies and IT strategies

Abstract

Abstract-Nonformal education needs of the community will continue to increase. Many factors lead to an increase in the needs of peoples lives. Society changes very quickly lead to the results obtained in school education or formal education, be no longer appropriate or behind the new demands of the world of work. Institute courses are part of the process of nonformal education to improve the quality and productivity of human resources. With the course institution is expected to help the community and this should be in line with the information obtained by the education community. PT. Aretanet Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of education. PT. Aretanet Indonesia practically the course that provides computer training for all kinds of people and all kinds of computer programming.Academic information system design is intended to facilitate participants, lecturers and the institution computer course foreseeing the information long enough, here I facilitate participants, lecturers and the institute of computer courses with academic information system or online, so as to efficiency and effective.Intisari—Kebutuhan masyarakat akan pendidikan nonformal terus mengalami peningkatan. Banyak faktor yang mendorong terjadinya peningkatan kebutuhan dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Perubahan masyarakat yang sangat cepat menyebabkan hasil pendidikan yang diperoleh di sekolah atau pendidikan formal menjadi tidak sesuai lagi atau tertinggal dari tuntutan baru dalam dunia kerja. Lembaga kursus merupakan bagian dari proses pendidikan nonformal untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan produktifitas sumber daya manusia. Dengan adanya lembaga kursus diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dan ini harus sejalan dengan informasi yang diperoleh oleh masyarakat tentang pendidikan tersebut. PT. Aretanet Indonesia adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan. PT. Aretanet Indonesia bisa dibilang tempat kursus yang menyediakan training komputer untuk semua jenis kalangan dan semua jenis pemograman komputer. Perancangan sistem informasi akademik ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah peserta, pengajar dan pihak lembaga kursus komputer yang sebelumnya mengetahui informasi yang cukup lama, disini saya mempermudah peserta, pengajar dan pihak lembaga kursus komputer dengan sistem informasi akademik secara atau online, sehingga dapat mengefisiensi dan efektif.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Akademik, Lembaga Kursus

Abstract

Abstract—Diabetes at this time has increased the number of its patient. Diabetes is a disease that can cause complications even can causes death. In this research made model algorithm Support Vector Machines and model algorithm Support Vector Machines based on Particle Swarm Optimization to get the rule to predict the disease diabetes and give a more accurate value of the accuracy. Because there are still a lot of research using Support Vector Machines in predicting diabetes but the accuracy of the resulting value is still less accurate.. After the testing with two models that Support Vector Machines algorithms and Support Vector Machines based on Particle Swarm Optimization and so test the results are by using Support Vector Machines are get accuracy values 74.21% and AUC values was 0.758, while testing by Support Vector Machines based particle swarm optimization are get value accuracy 77.36 % and value AUC is 0.765 to level diagnose good classification. The two this method having the different levels of accuracy is as much as 3.15 % and the difference in value AUC of 0,017.Intisari—Penyakit diabetes saat ini semakin lama semakin meningkat jumlah penderitanya. Penyakit diabetes adalah salah satu penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi bahkan dapat menyebabkan  kematian. Dalam penelitian ini dibuatkan model algoritma Support  Vector Machines dan model algoritma Suppor Vector Machines berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization untuk mendapatkan rule dalam memprediksi penyakit diabetes dan memberikan nilai akurasi yang lebih akurat. Dikarenakan masih banyak penelitian yang menggunakan metode Support  Vector Machines dalam memprediksi penyakit diabetes tetapi nilai akurasi yang dihasilkan masih kurang akurat.  Setelah dilakukan pengujian dengan dua model yaitu Algoritma Support  Vector Machines dan Support Vector Machines berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization maka hasil yang didapat adalah algoritma sehingga didapat pengujian dengan menggunakan Support Vector Machines dimana didapat nilai accuracy adalah 74.21% dan nilai AUC adalah 0.758, sedangkan pengujian dengan menggunakan Support Vector Machines berbasis Particle Swarm Optimization didapatkan nilai accuracy 77.36% dan nilai AUC adalah 0.765 dengan tingkat diagnosa good classification. Sehingga kedua metode tersebut memiliki perbedaan tingkat akurasi yaitu sebesar 3.15% dan perbedaan nilai AUC sebesar 0,017.Kata Kunci— Diabetes, Particle Swarm Optimization, Support Vector Machine.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the government stopped offline learning and replaced it as distance learning that was done online. This distance learning system is the perfect solution during a pandemic like this time so that permanent teaching and learning activities can be used, well and save students so that they are always at home and minimize the occurrence of Covid-19 transmission. One of these obligations is that the teacher carries out Community Service, this is carried out in relation to the concern of every institution or institution engaged in the field of education, especially Higher Education. Almost all fields are affected by this corona, as well as students and schoolgirls in the Bekasi area, West Java. There are quite a number of students and teachers who have not been able to adapt to the distance learning policy, so this training is held so that teachers and students can make optimal use of the software, especially Google Classroom. At the end of this training, participants can take advantage of and master and know more about online learning with Google Suite, especially the use of Google Classroom. This activity also had a good impact in efforts to increase the penetration of advances in information and communication technology (ICT) for students in Bekasi, this was evident from the positive response they had given during the activity

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan  fasiitas umum yang dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat di segala usia. Buku-buku dan literatur yang tersedia pada perpustakaan daerah diharapkan mampu memperluas wawasan dan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat. Di era digital saat ini peran perpustakaan mulai bergeser dikarenakan harus bersaing dengan buku-buku digital yang dengan mudah didapatkan melalui situs web. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya partisipasi masyarakat untuk membaca buku di perpustakaan daerah sehingga peran perpustakaan sebagai ruang publik untuk pertemuan secara fisik semakin menurun. Penelitian ini dibuat agar dapat menentukan klasifikasi faktor pendukung minat baca serta menentukan tingkat akurasi dengan menggunakan metode klasifikasi algoritma C4.5. Hasil dari pengolahan data minat baca pada perpustakaan daerah  dengan metode klasifikasi pada data mining yaitu algoritma C4.5 berbentuk pohon keputusan, dimana tahapan klasifikasi jenis buku yang diminati berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan kelompok umur pembaca serta guna mengetahui keakuratan metode dilakukan evaluasi dengan K-Fold Cross Validation. Hasil akhir evaluasi dengan 10 K-Fold Cross Validation dengan nilai sebesar 88,03%, hal ini menunjukan hasil penelitian memiliki nilai akurasi yang baik.

Abstract

PT. Marver Maju Sejahtera is a firm engaged in consulting services and AC service services. The current AC service system is ineffective when a customer comes directly to the office to request AC service, which takes quite a long time, so there is a lack of customer interest then the recording of service data still uses paper or handwritten, causing problems such as errors in recording address data or customer residence locations. In that condition, the running system can understand the constraints or problems and be able to provide the right solution. A service information system is a web-based application that makes it easy for customers and the firm to carry out activities. The system development model used is rapid application development (RAD), which is an iterative method, so the design process is carried out according to the developer's version. The result of this system is that it can process information related to AC service services, such as managing customer data, category data, service type data, report data, and service payment transaction processing.   PT. Marver Maju Sejahtera ialah perusahaan bergerak dalam bidang Jasa Konsultan dan Jasa Service AC. Sistem pelayanan jasa servis AC saat ini kurang efektif dimana seorang pelanggan datang langsung ke kantor untuk permintaan servis AC yang makan waktu cukup lama, dengan begitu kurangnya minat pelanggan, berikutnya pencatatan data servis masih menggunakan kertas atau tulis tangan sehingga menimbulkan permasalahan seperti kesalahan pencatatan data alamat atau lokasi tinggal pelanggan. Untuk sistem yang berlangsung agar dapat memahami kendala atau permasalahan dan dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat. Sistem informasi jasa servis AC merupakan suatu aplikasi berbasis web, yang memberikan kemudahan untuk pelanggan dan pihak perusahaan dalam melakukan kegiatan. Model sistem pengembang yang digunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang Merupakan salah satu metode berulang, sehingga proses desain dilakukan sesuai versi developer. Hasil sistem ini ialah bisa memproses informasi berkaitan dengan jasa servis AC, seperti: mengelola data pelanggan, data kategori, data jenis jasa, data laporan, proses transaksi pembayaran servis.

Abstract

Abstract. Hacord Gallery is a central shop for souvenirs in Depok. The product that is marketed is the production of the Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) of Depok city, already has permits, proper packaging, and the best quality products. More than 50 SMEs market their products such as types of fashion, crafts, souvenirs, craft, frozen food, food, beverages, and herbal medicines. The problem is marketing activities using conventional systems. By recording, both sales and purchase transactions in a book, promotion using brochures, financial management using a calculator and the quality of human resources is still low in education. Limited access to information and low competitiveness due to lack of information technology support and expensive internet access. Solutions to deal with problems are built by e-commerce marketplace applications. E-Commerce a website makes Hacord Gallery a center for souvenirs in the city of Depok and known by the public. The method in this service is a learning by doing method, starting from field surveys to evaluating training results. The training was conducted by giving information on the use of e-commerce applications to increase sales and income, mentoring was carried out using the application process while discussions were carried out by the service team and partners. The results of this activity in the form of e-commerce marketplace applications provide goods buying and selling services so as to create business opportunities for SMEs in marketing their products. To ensure the success of this program, an evaluation will be carried out at each stage of program development. Abstrak.Hacord Gallery merupakan toko pusat oleh-oleh kota Depok. Produk yang dipasarkan adalah produksi Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) kota Depok, sudah memiliki izin, kemasan layak dan kualitas produk terbaik. Lebih dari 50 UKM memasarkan produknya seperti jenis fashion, kerajinan, souvenir, craft, frozen food, makanan, minuman, dan jamu herbal. Permasalahannya adalah kegiatan pemasaran menggunakan sistem konvensional. Dengan melakukan pencatatan, baik transaksi penjualan ataupun pembelian ke dalam sebuah buku, promosi menggunakan brosur, pengelolaan keuangan menggunakan kalkulator dan kualitas sumber daya manusia masih rendah pendidikannya. Terbatasnya akses informasi dan rendahnya daya saing disebabkan kurangnya dukungan teknologi informasi dan mahal akses internet. Solusi untuk menangani permasalahan maka dibangun aplikasi marketplace e-commerce. E-Commerce sebuah website menjadikan Hacord Gallery sebagai pusat oleh-oleh dikota Depok dan dikenal masyarakat. Metode dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode learning by doing, di mulai dari survei lapangan sampai pada evaluasi hasil pelatihan. Pelatihan dilakukan dengan memberi informasi penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan pendapatan, pendampingan dilakukan proses penggunaan aplikasi sedangkan diskusi dilakukan tim pengabdian dan mitra. Hasil kegiatan ini berupa aplikasi marketplace e-commerce menyediakan layanan jual beli barang sehingga menciptakan peluang bisnis para UKM dalam memasarkan produknya. Untuk menjamin keberhasilan program ini maka akan dilakukan evaluasi pada setiap tahapan perkembangan program.

Abstract

The use of information and communication technology has had an impact on the use of information and communication technology in various fields related to administration. The use of technology is increasingly common among today's society, including the use of computers, tablets and smartphones. Technological advances have also made it easier to use information and communication technology in administrative work, especially with internet access becoming more easily accessible. Like Fatayat NU, the Islamic Women's Organization also has religious, social and familial aspects. This organization still has many problems that are not yet understood in implementing their activities using information technology, especially in terms of management. Fatayat NU Ciledug is facing several obstacles in managing the creation of attendance forms or participants taking part in competitions for its activities, including a lack of understanding of Google Forms and forms that are not filled out completely. One step to solve this problem is to carry out community service to help provide an understanding of (1) the use of Google Forms and (2) the creation of Google Forms. The service method used consists of four steps, namely: (1) Planning step; (2) preparatory steps; (3) implementation steps and (4) evaluation steps. The result of this community service activity is an increase in the ability of female Fatayat NU Ciledug members in creating forms using Google Forms, as well as developing their knowledge and skills. Apart from that, this activity was published in the editorial media of a national journal.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta Province is an attraction for immigrants. If the population increases, if it cannot be resolved and managed well, it will result in bad things such as increasing the number of unemployed and affecting economic growth. Population data is used to help group regions based on population density in DKI Jakarta Province in 2019-2022 using the K-Means clustering method. From the results of the research, it provides a solution for the government to pay attention to population groups with the aim of preventing population density because it causes bad effects, so that community welfare is more guaranteed, so grouping (clustering) of provinces in DKI Jakarta is needed to provide information for people who wish to live in the Province DKI Jakarta. The research proves that the test results carried out clustering iterations of population density data were obtained in three iterations. For the results obtained by calculations using the K-Means method and using the rapidminer application, the results obtained were of the same value, namely the cluster with the highest population density of three districts/cities, namely South Jakarta, East Jakarta and West Jakarta whose population density continues to increase.
