Abstract

The more competitors there are in the Hajj and Umrah travel business and as the interest of prospective pilgrims increases in their interest in carrying out the Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage, the quality of service determines the services of the Padang Fatour Travel Office. Implementing a strategy to improve service quality is the key to pilgrim satisfaction and the success of a Hajj and Umrah travel agency in achieving competitiveness. Every company is required to be able to develop and implement a strategy to improve service quality, thereby resulting in satisfaction for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. In running a business, the company's service quality must provide services that are by Islamic law, of course, the services provided are services that are approved by Allah SWT with the values of beauty in service and actions that are by what Allah SWT permits and prohibits in carrying out activities. economy. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach, which is a field survey and is descriptive. The data collection methods used by the author in this research are observation, documentation, and interviews. The research results show that the strategy to improve service quality carried out by the Fatour Travel Office on the satisfaction of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims is the first strategy, the Fatour Travel Office must maximize branch offices by utilizing social media as a promotional tool. Second, forming an alumni organization to attract prospective pilgrims and so that congregations return to be loyal or subscribe to the services of the Fatour Travel office. Third, the Fatour Travel Office must create a new program, namely creating weekly ritual activities at least once a week. Because ritual activities are important or core activities when pilgrims before leaving for the holy land carry out the Hajj and Umrah.

Abstract

Digital transformation is essential for today's growing business world because it can shorten time, money, and reduce funds. However, it can also be a challenge if businesses do not adapt to change. To overcome this, it is important to take an optimistic and proactive stance. Bengkulu City, one of the major cities in Indonesia, has considerable potential for the development of MSMEs (Municipal Unit). However, there are still many MSMEs that have not utilized digital technology optimally, posing a threat to both the local government and MSME players. Factors that influence digitalization include the ease of conducting business transactions online, the need for business expertise, and profitability. To overcome these problems, the business world needs to adapt to the digital era by utilizing information and telecommunications technology in carrying out its business activities. The transition to rapid digitalization requires businesses to adapt and adjust to change. For MSMEs, the digitalization process requires many steps to encourage digitalization and make it easier for them to adapt. The increasing use of digital and the internet is a big challenge for MSMEs if they want to succeed in the business world. Strategies to overcome this include increasing digital literacy among MSME users, promoting digital literacy among MSME users, and promoting digital literacy among MSME users.

Abstract

Administration in a company holds considerable control, coordinating all the interests and objectives of the organization or company that is carried out so that it can be united and can be in line with the same place and time, employee assessments must be compared with the targets and standards that have been set. Competition in the business world or business, you could say that competing in the business world is one of the main things that cannot be avoided, so it should be faced and lived. Competition starts from the world of small businesses and the world of large or broad businesses. One of them, for example, such as competition in the Hajj and Umrah travel agency The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques using observation interviews and documentation as well as informants in this study, namely the filing and equipment section, the data obtained is processed then analyzed comparisons and conclusions This study shows that the performance of the Umrah travel administration is quite tense because it is not only taking care of finances, it turns out that sometimes you have to take care of banners and also browsers for partners, sometimes you also have to take the passports of pilgrims registered by partners.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out how the feasibility of business in the Mischa cracker industry in Islamic economic review in the aspects of marketing and operational management. To find out this, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques and used observation, interview and documentation methods. From the results of research and discussion, it is found that it has met all the criteria for business feasibility in marketing and operational management aspects when viewed based on general economic concepts. When viewed from an Islamic point of view, the marketing aspect still has business information defects, but the business can be said to be Islamically feasible when viewed from operational management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama. Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama. This research is qualitatively based on a case study using the field research method (Field Research). The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this research and discussion show that the performance of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama Bengkulu is good. This can be seen from the quality and quantity of work, attendance and punctuality, responsibility, punctuality, and cooperation of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama Bengkulu employees. The cooperation of employees of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KC Panorama Bengkulu is quite good.
