Abstract

Administration in a company holds considerable control, coordinating all the interests and objectives of the organization or company that is carried out so that it can be united and can be in line with the same place and time, employee assessments must be compared with the targets and standards that have been set. Competition in the business world or business, you could say that competing in the business world is one of the main things that cannot be avoided, so it should be faced and lived. Competition starts from the world of small businesses and the world of large or broad businesses. One of them, for example, such as competition in the Hajj and Umrah travel agency The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques using observation interviews and documentation as well as informants in this study, namely the filing and equipment section, the data obtained is processed then analyzed comparisons and conclusions This study shows that the performance of the Umrah travel administration is quite tense because it is not only taking care of finances, it turns out that sometimes you have to take care of banners and also browsers for partners, sometimes you also have to take the passports of pilgrims registered by partners.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Baai Island, Malay Village, Bengkulu City. The purpose of this study was to determine the Significance of the Development of the Salted Fish Industry for the Growth of the Community Economy in the Perspective of Islamic Economics. This research is qualitative. Data collection methods through interviews with sellers, workers, and buyers of salted fish in the baai island area. Based on the formulation of the problem in this study, namely: How is the development of the Baai Island salted fish processing industry and how is the impact of the development of the Baai Island salted fish industry on the economy of the community in the perspective of Islamic Economics? The research findings show that the business development carried out is through 2 methods online and in person. The impact of the development of this industry itself is the increased income of the community, the welfare of the Baai Island community, and the fulfilled needs of life.

Abstract

Traders or entrepreneurs are required to have a good and reliable marketing strategy so that it does not only sell well in the market but is also able to compete. The purpose of this study is to find out what sharia marketing strategies are and what are the obstacles to sharia marketing and their solutions. This research method uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The marketing concept at adzkia stores is in accordance with the four characteristics of marketing in Islam, namely: Theistic (rabbaniyyah), Ethical (akhlaqiyyah), realistic (al-waqiyyah), humanistic (insaniyyah). Obstacles and solutions, serving consumers the solution by providing enthusiasm and motivation, closing the shop at prayer times the solution is sticking paper in front of the store as a form of notification, price competition solutions explaining to consumers that price is in accordance with quality, there is still a lack of interest in Muslim fashion the solution is selling contemporary products.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of pawning rice fields and to determine the impact of implementing pawning rice fields on the welfare of farmers from research method used is qualitative. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Research results: 1) Implementation of pawning rice fields, namely: First, the pillars and conditions of pawning where in the implementation they have been fulfilled, but in implementing the contract the community does not bring witnesses and only produces written evidence based on trust between both parties. Second, the Rights and Obligations of the Pledge Giver and Pledge Recipient, where in practice the rights of the pledge recipient have been fulfilled but the obligations of the pledge recipient have not been because the pledge recipient is still using the pawned goods for his own benefit. Meanwhile, the rights and obligations of the pledgor have been fulfilled. Third, the use of pawned goods, in practice the pawned goods are used by the pawn recipient. 2) The impact of pawning on farmer’s welfare from an Islamic economic perspective, namely: Dharuriyat, Hajiyat and Tahsiniyat. Where the implementation of this pawn is still far from prosperous, especially for the farmer (pawn giver), because by using the pawned goods by the pawn recipient, the pawn recipient can get multiple profits while the pawn giver lacks a lot of income which makes it difficult to meet his living needs, and it becomes increasingly difficult to pay off debts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the global recession will affect stock price movements in Indonesia in 2023. The research method used is quantitative with secondary data collection techniques in the form of inflation, exchange rate and interest rate data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of the research show that the variables inflation, interest rates and exchange rates influence stock price movements by 17.9%. First, there is no significant influence of inflation (X1) on JII share price movements, second, there is a negative influence of interest rates (X2) on JII share price movements, third, there is no influence of the exchange rate on JII share price movements. while the rest is influenced by other variables not studied.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian dalam penulisan skripsi ini, yaitu (1) untuk mengetahui implementasi program gerobak usaha BAZNAS Provinsi Bengkulu, (2) untuk mengetahui dampak program gerobak usaha BAZNAS Provinsi Bengkulu. Peneliti menggunakan metode Deskriptif Kualittatif untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan tersebut secara mendalam dan menyeluruh, yang bermanfaat untuk memberi informasi, fakta dan data tentang program gerobak usaha di BAZNAS Provinsi Bengkulu dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik di kota Bengkulu dengan melakukan wawancara secara langsung kepada pegawai BAZNAS Provinsi Bengkulu dan mustahik yang menerima bantuan program gerobak usaha. Dari hasil penelitian : (1) implementasi program bantuan gerobak usaha BAZNAS Provinsi Bengkulu sudah terlaksana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan SOP BAZNAS akan tetapi berdasarkan fakta di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar dari mustahik yang menerima bantuan program ini sudah bisa dikatakan sejahterah, dan sebagian kecil dari mustahik yang menerima bantuan program gerobak usaha ini masih ada yng belum sejahterah karena pendapatan mustahik hanya cukup untuk memutas modal.(2) dampak pelaksaan program bantuan gerobak dan modal usaha BAZNAS Provinsi Bengkulu terkait dengan pendapatan mustahik setelah mendapatkan bantuan program gerobak usaha, pendapatan mustahik sebagian menjadi tetap dan sebagian kecil meningkat.

Abstract

Religious harmony is an important part of every society in Indonesia and if you ignore this issue, it will have fatal consequences for human survival. Humans must uphold the values of religious diversity in Indonesia, because by living in harmony it has maintained the good name of the nation and state. As a Muslim community, it must maintain an attitude towards adherents of other religions, and vice versa, non-Muslim adherents must maintain an attitude with Muslim adherents. So that inter-religious harmony will be created, by taking care of each other and helping each other for the continuity of worship, it is also necessary to know that the Indonesian state consists of various tribes, languages, customs, and religions, so that the Indonesian nation is a pluralistic society. In the community of Air Petai Village with these various religions living side by side, of course there are problems that occur, both small and large. This feeling of suspicion is caused by an unnatural, prejudiced view of other groups that has been ingrained. Suspicion is also caused by a feeling of determinism that only the views of one's own group are correct and other groups are basically bad, so there is no place for an attitude that animates tolerance.

Abstract

Marketing literature is still limited to studies conducted on Islamic higher education services. There is still a gap in research that tests Service Dominant logic on marketing performance in Islamic higher education. This study empirically tests the influence of student co-creation activities, student co-creation values, and trust in lecturers, their influence on student satisfaction with lecturers, and their impact on loyalty to the study program. Data collection in the field was carried out in the Islamic Higher Education Management Study Program in Indonesia, namely Bengkulu, Lampung, and Bogor. The next stage is the data processing stage using Structural Equation Model Analysis (SEM) to obtain answers to research questions. The results found that student co-creation activities - in the form of providing feedback, getting information, helping and carrying out obligations - have a positive effect on student satisfaction with lecturers, and then this satisfaction has a positive effect on student loyalty. Student co-creation values ​​and trust partially mediate the relationship between student co-creation activities and satisfaction with lecturers in the context of higher education services. With these results, it means that the influence of co-creation activities carried out by students in their daily lives can directly affect student satisfaction with lecturers, or can indirectly affect students through the role of co-creation values ​​obtained by students and student trust in lecturers.

Abstract

Advances in digital technology, especially in payment systems, have provided convenience for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). One innovation that plays a major role in this convenience is QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard), which enables non-cash transactions practically and efficiently. However, in Sumber Arum Village, Sukaraja District, Seluma Regency, although some MSMEs already know about QRIS, the understanding and application of this technology in daily business activities is still relatively low. As a form of community service activity, the implementing team held socialization and training on the use of QRIS for local MSMEs. This activity lasted for one day and was attended by 13 out of 15 invited participants, with a participation rate of 86.67%. In this training, participants were given material presentations and direct practice on how to create a QRIS account and its use in transactions. Based on the evaluation results, all participants (100%) showed an increase in understanding regarding QRIS. Of the number of participants, 5 people succeeded in creating a QRIS account, and 3 of them had started using QRIS in their business transactions. This finding proves that even though the training was conducted in a short time, the right educational approach was able to increase digital literacy and encourage the implementation of technology among MSMEs in rural areas.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of online shopping on consumption habits and financial management of Islamic Economics students at UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu.The method used is quantitative with primary data through questionnaires distributed to 155 respondents. The results of path analysis show that online shopping has a significant effect on consumption habits with a coefficient of 0.39 and a significance of 0.000. but it has no significant effect on financial management with a coefficient of 0.027 and a significance of 0.807. Meanwhile, consumption habits have a significant effect on financial management with a coefficient of 0.493 and a significance of 0.000. So the Sobel test shows that consumption habits mediate the influence of online shopping on financial management with a z value of 2.052, which is greater than 1.96.
