Jurnal Teknik Transportasi (Journal of Transportation Engineering) is a scientific periodical publication of the Faculty of Transportation and Logistics Engineering, Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics (Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti). JTT focuses on the field of transportation engineering related to aerospace engineering with airport characteristics, marine engineering with port characteristics and environmental infrastructure engineering with railway characteristics. JTT was published for the first time for Volume 1 No. 1 in April 2020, then the second issue of Vol 2 No. 2 in October 2020. But then it stopped publishing for 2 years and is now being published again with a new design and a new strategy and journal publishing policy while still using EISSN 2722-9599. This new issue begins in May 2023 as Vol 2 No. 1 and will be published next.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) from 2021 is carrying out development planning in the Regional Division III (DIVRE III) South Sumatra to meet the increasing coal transportation projections. This development is carried out to support national logistics distribution with the main commodity coal towards 105 million tons / year. In this study using quantitative descriptive methods, researchers will discuss the analysis of capacity development planning based on the replacement of mechanical signals into electrical signals at the Merapi station using 4 analyses, namely: Analysis of transportation projections, analysis of headway and cross capacity, analysis of plan design, technical economic analysis. Based on the results of the researcher's observation and data collection, the researcher can analyze and conduct a discussion based on the analysis that has been determined. Based on the calculation analysis, it was found that the value of 126% (126 percent) increased coal transportation projections from 2022 – 2032 (10 years). Increased capacity of the Banjarsari – Merapi road plot and the Merapi – Sukacinta road plot, as well as the relationship between the train program that has been prepared in 2021-2026. In the design of the plan, there are several signaling aspects that are added and relocated for these needs and the profit from a coal transportation amounting to Rp.12,491,832,236,400 in 2027-2032, in the sense that it can be profitable in the business aspect

Abstract

Beberapa terakhir ini sering kali terjadi kecelakaan perkeretaapian salah satu faktornya pada sistem persinyalan. Sistem persinyalan merupakan faktor terpenting dalam pengoperasian pelayanan perjalanan kereta. PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) melakukan peningkatan safety salah satunya terkait peningkatan sistem persinyalan dari sistem persinyalan mekanik menjadi elektrik, saat ini perencanaan tersebut dilakukan pada Stasiun Lahat Divisi Regional III Palembang. Pada penelitian ini membahas perancangan interlocking pada Stasiun Lahat dengan metode kualitatif dengan tingkat eksplanasi berjenis deskiptif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perancangan tahapan interlocking dan membandingkan sistem interlocking eksisting dan rencana. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung melalui observasi layout di PT kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) dan wawancara dengan narasumber yang melakukan survei langsung. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan route table interlocking untuk mengetahui pergerakkan kereta yang dapat dibentuk di Stasiun Lahat baik kereta penumpang ataupun kereta barang dan baik kereta melintas ataupun kereta langsiran serta mengetahui conflict route untuk mengetahui rute perjalanan kereta yang menghalangi pergerakkan kereta.

Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) has set a target to increase coal transportation in South Sumatra to 105.2 MTPA. To support this target, improvements in railway operational facilities are required by enhancing the train dispatching coverage area. This enhancement aims to improve operational safety and address blank spots caused by mountainous terrain. This study discusses the improvement of train dispatching signal coverage on the Divre III Palembang line using a qualitative method with a descriptive explanation level. The study aims to plan the addition of base stations. The research results, using the RadioPlanner application for simulation, show that adding base stations can address blank spots and improve communication difficulties.

Abstract

PT. Kerta Api Indonesia (persero) sedang melaksanakan perencanaan pembangunan Stasiun Muaragula Ultimate yang bertjuan untuk mendukung perawatan sarana dan penambahan kapasitas tempat penyimpanan sarana. Untuk mengetahui perbandingan headway dan kapasitas lintas pada kondisi exisiting dan sesudah ada IB (intermediate blok), untuk mengetahui tahapan-tahapan perencanaan sistem perisnyalan, untuk mengetahui tahapan proses instalasi sistem persinyalan. Metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dan juga metode SWOT (Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) berdasarkan hasil observasi peneliti dan pengumpulan data, perhitungan dengan adanya IB (Intermediate blok) dapat peningkatan 50% dalam lintasan Stasiun Penanggiran – Ujanmas, dapat peningkatan lintasan 77% dalam lintasan Stasiun Ujanmas – Muaragula, dan dapat peningkatan 90% dalam lintasan Muaragula – Muaraenim, ada 4 (empat) tahapan perencanaan sistem persinyalan Stasiun Muaragula Ultimate yaitu SLP (signaling layout plan), route tabel, aspek plan dan cable plan. tahapan proses instalisasi sistem perisnyalan terbagi menjadi 2(dua) peralatan dalam yaitu pondasi, pemasangan tiang sinyal, dan head sinyal, peralatan dalam menginstalasi module vital interlocking, dan instalasi vital relay interfacing syestem.

Abstract

The AC (Air Conditioner) system is an important component that must be present on Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) in accordance with the regulations set by the government regarding minimum service standards. Currently, there are trains that experience damage to the AC micro-controller, causing the AC system to malfunction and making the train unfit for operation. Due to various factors and conditions, the AC micro-controller cannot be repaired, so it is necessary to design a new AC microcontroller that can replace the damaged AC microcontroller. This study aims to design the design concept of the AC microcontroller as an AC system controller with a contactor on the 6-door trailer train KRL JR205 Series. The methodology used in this study includes observation, literature study, document study, system design, testing and analysis of test results. The main components used in this microcontroller system include 24V Omron G2R relay, M7 diode, JST cable and socket, WeAct blackpill STM32F401, PC817 optocoupler, J3Y s8050 transistor, resistor, ATHYC 24C08N PU27 IC, capacitor, and female header. The results of this study indicate that the microcontroller design is able to control the operation of the train's AC system according to the given program function.
