Abstract

Because of their status as relatively helpless members of the family system, children are most at risk of being subjected to the aggressive behavior of their parents or other older family members. As Tedeschi and Felson (1994, p. 287) have noted, "those who very rarely use force against others consider their children to be a delightful business." In this section we will examine the prevalence and consequences of four main forms of child abuse, namely physical abuse, sexual violence, and inappropriate verbal and mental psychological abuse.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the role of Islamic religious instructors in fostering harmony between Islamic community organizations in Kepahiang District. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive-analytical method. The formal object of this research is role analysis, while the material object is Islamic religious instructors in fostering harmony between Islamic community organizations in Kepahiang District. The results and discussion of this study include the objective conditions of harmony between Islamic religious instructors and Islamic community organizations in Kepahiang district, the steps taken by Islamic religious instructors, and the obstacles experienced by Islamic religious instructors in fostering harmony between Islamic religious instructors and Islamic community organizations in Kepahiang. This research is a relatively new research, so it is hoped that a more in-depth research will be conducted with a holistic approach.

Abstract

This research discusses "The Role of Religious Counselors in Improving Religious Understanding for the Community of RT 3 Company Bengkulu City". The purpose of this research is to obtain an objective picture of the role of religious instructors in improving religious understanding for the community. This research uses field research method (field research), which is a method used by conducting research on the object under study by interviewing, observing and documenting. The data source in this research is the religious counselor employees of RT 3 Company Bengkulu City. The data that has been collected from the results of the research was analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that, 1) The role of religious extension workers (Ustadz) Singaran Pati Subdistrict in increasing religious understanding for the community by educating, straightening, reforming and unifying in providing religious understanding. 2) The method used by religious instructors (Ustadz) RT 3 Company Bengkulu City in increasing religious understanding by conducting direct, individual, group and indirect communication in providing religious understanding for the community. 3) Religious instructors (Ustadz) RT 3 Company Bengkulu City in increasing religious understanding for the community is by providing religious understanding of Akidah, Sharia, and Ahklak.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the duties and roles of religious counselors in improving the religious integrity of adolescents. This research was conducted in Bengkulu City, where in this area there is still a lack of religious integrity among teenagers. The data collection technique was carried out using the literature review research method. The author looked for data and materials, references from journals and articles, as well as references from books to serve as a strong basis for the content and arguments.The aim of this research is to determine the duties and roles of religious counselors in improving the religious integrity of adolescents. Abstract

The character of caring for the environment must be taught in elementary schools, one of which is through children's character education lessons. The aim of this research is to form environmentally caring character in elementary school students through children's character education learning. Children's environmentally caring character is not formed by itself but must be stimulated repeatedly. The right way to Developing environmentally caring character is through the habituation method. Indicators of the environmentally caring character of elementary school children are keeping the environment clean, being responsible for the environment, and caring for/preserving the environment. Based on observations made by researchers in class 1 of SDN 74 Kota Bengkulu, children were still found whose environmentally caring character had not yet developed, this was because the habits carried out by the teachers there had not been carried out optimally. The data collection tools used were observation, interviews and documentation methods. With data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of this research, the author can conclude that in the teacher's process of developing children's environmentally caring character through the habituation method there are still habituation steps that have not been carried out by the teacher, namely the teacher still has not reminded children who have forgotten to carry out positive habits in caring for the environment. Therefore, the teacher's process in developing children's environmentally caring character must be carried out through a habituation method that is carried out repeatedly.
