PRODUKTIF: Jurnal Kepegawaian dan Organisasi (JKO) is a scientific journal managed by Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Pustek with the scope of studying human resource management and organizational behavior. The first edition was published in June 2022 (Volume 1, Number 1) with ISSN number 2964-4321. Every year, the JKO journal publishes twice (June and December) through an editing and review process. The JKO Journal accepts all forms of scientific articles which are the result of research/scientific studies from various elements of society (National, International) with study specifications; Work Productivity, Performance Management and Work Achievement, HR Development, Industrial Relations and Communication, Social and Industrial Psychology.

The economy controlled by the capitalist system is increasingly peaking, and it still survives to this day, unfortunately there are still very many existing cooperatives that have not been able to progress and develop in accordance with the expectations and goals of the law. This study aims to explain the problems that arise in the development of cooperatives. Then this study discusses things that can improve human resources and promote cooperatives. Qualitative methods with case studies have been used in this study using interviews, observation and analysis of factors that can advance cooperatives in particular in the field of human resources to answer research objectives. Interviews, observations have been carried out in the wrong one sharia cooperative which is the research target. The study that the researchers did was in the form of giving how to increase the competence of human resources in cooperatives. This research finds out how to advance cooperatives through strategies to increase the competence of human resources in cooperatives. In the end, this research provides recommendations on how to advance and develop cooperatives through strategies to increase human resource competence.

The development model is the basis and main which is very important in an educational institution. Therefore in determining the development model must be right on target. The aim of this research is to find out the right model of human resource development in improving the quality of teaching and educational staff at the Ar-Rachmat Foundation. The research method used and data processing is qualitative in nature, to obtain qualitative data it is carried out using FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with the SWOT analysis method. The results of the SWOT analysis are the strategic model of human resource development in increasing teaching and educational staff, namely using the Offensive Growth Strategy. The growth of an offensive strategy is a strategy that continues to develop and find existing opportunities which will later become a source of strength in utilizing competitors in achieving goals.

To be able to manage an organization properly, a clear understanding and attention to organizational culture is required, in accordance with the context of empowering human resources, in order to produce professional employees with high integrity. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies to improve HR performance based on organizational culture at PT. Box Design Megahindo South Jakarta. This research uses qualitative method. Employee work discipline is able to improve performance related to the sense of responsibility of employees in carrying out their duties effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially or simultaneously between Competence, Work Discipline and Workload on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency for the City of South Tangerang. This research method is an associative research type. The population and sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents, using a saturated sampling technique. Technique Analysis data using Analysis simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a Simultaneous Positive and Significant Influence between Competences (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Workload (X3) Against Performance (Y).

Good performance support from each employee through work attitudes and behavior will be able to produce productivity high, so that the goals of the company will be more easily achieved and well realized. This study aims to examine the effect of competence, discipline, organizational culture and work environment on the work productivity of PT. Armaz Insan Mandiri. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive statistical methods by distributing questionnaires, analyzing and processing them with statistical methods using SPSS version 26. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Armaz Insan Mandiri, totaling 140 people and taking research samples by means of simple random sampling to employees aged between 21-40 years as many as 104 respondents. The results of the study simultaneously related to the influence of competency, discipline, organizational culture and work environment variables on the work productivity of employees of PT. Armaz Insan Mandiri concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of competency, work discipline and organizational culture simultaneously on work productivity

Success in improving performance and productivity must involve employees because employees are not only the main force in realizing change, but also increasingly actively participating in planning for change. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of work motivation and burnout on employee performance at PT.Vinilon Building. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study is convenience sampling. Total respondents used in this study were 52 employee respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. As for the results of this study, namely the variables of work motivation and burnout variables have a significant impact on employee performance variables.

Human resources are also very important things to pay attention to. If the human resources are good, it will also be good for the continuity of these business activities or vice versa. Basically, in a business world, it is said that the performance of a company is very dependent on the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of self-efficacy, work environment and compensation on motivation that has an impact on the performance of PT Alia Jaya Anugerah Bekasi employees. This research is descriptive quantitative, statistical calculations used in the form of simple linear regression and continued with multiple linear regression. The samples taken were employees of PT Alia Jaya Anugerah Bekasi as many as 92 respondents and used a saturated sampling method. The analytical techniques in this study are descriptive, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and finally is a hypothesis test. The results of data analysis show that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 1.952 + 0.649 (X1) + 0.120 (X2) + 0.148 (X3) with an Adjusted R Square determination coefficient of 0.460 or 46% where the meaning is that self-efficacy (X1), work environment (X2) and compensation (X3) have a contribution effect of 46%. Meanwhile, the remaining 54% is influenced by other factors.

Education personnel are valuable assets or capital in addition to other capital, in carrying out their duties, of course, education personnel will carry out in accordance with the SOP that has been set. The purpose of this study is to analyze and test the effect of workload and work environment on work motivation that has an impact on the performance of education personnel both partially and simultaneously. The method in this study is with a descriptive and quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents and used saturated sampling techniques. The analysis tool uses linear regression analysis. The result of this study is that there is a partial positive and significant influence between workload on work motivation shown by tcalculate > ttable (5.553 > 0.1873), with a significant value (0.000 < 0.0.5). There is a partial positive and significant influence between the work environment on work motivation, which is shown by the tcalculate > table (7.559 > 0.1873) with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05)

Without good HR management, growth, progress, and achievement of company goals will be difficult to achieve, so companies are required to manage HR appropriately considering the large role of HR in a company and because HR will determine a lot related to company productivity. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of standard operating procedures, work environment and communication together on work productivity at PT. Pesonna Optima Jasa in Central Jakarta. This research was designed using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 131 employees at PT. Pesonna Optima Jasa in Central Jakarta. The sampling technique was saturated, so samples were taken as many as 131 employees. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between Standard Operating Procedures, Work Environment and Communication on Work Productivity. This can be proven by the magnitude of Fcalculate (44.863 > 2.44) with significant (0.000 < 0.05). The magnitude of the contribution of the influence of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Environment and Communication together on Work Productivity (Y) is 51.5%.

Many educational institutions realize that the success or failure of an educational institution by increasing the productivity and efficiency of the institution does not only depend on supporting equipment, adequate infrastructure. This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, work environment, work commitment and competence on employee productivity, sampling method with saturated sample method. In this study the population amounted to 146 people, and the sample was randomly selected, the sample in this study was 107 people. The results of the Competency variable have a calculation of 2.694 < ttable 1.984, where the significance value is 0.389 > 0.008, so it can be concluded that simultaneously the Adjusted R Square value of Work Motivation, Work Environment, Work Commitment and Competency together affects 36.9% on the Employee Productivity variable, while the remaining 63.1% is influenced by other variables, which are not contained in this study.
