Abstract

Tourism is one of the main sectors in increasing state income in Indonesia. Indonesia, which is an archipelagic country, has abundant natural wealth with a variety of cultures, customs, and religions where these natural wealth can be utilized in the field of tourism as a commodity sector that is very good for the economy and as a foreign exchange earner of the country second only to petroleum and natural gas. This study aims to find out the strategy of promoting tea garden agrotourism destinations and to find out what the role of the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office is in awakening tea garden agrotourism destinations. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with the location of the first research, the Gowa District Tourism and Culture Office and the second, Malino Highlands Tea Garden located in Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. Data collection is by means of data collection, reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the promotion strategy carried out by the Malino Tea Garden Agrotourism Destination in Increasing Regional Original Income is to collaborate with travel agency agents, banners, spreading through social media such as Websites, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, installation of tourist locations on goggle maps, and from some information conveyed by customers who have come to the Malino Tea Garden Agrotourism location to potential customers through word of mouth. The role of the Gowa Regency Tourism and Culture Office in Awakening The Agrotourism of Malino Tea Garden includes development and promotion, facilities and infrastructure, and environmental management strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the performance of employees in providing land certificate services at the Makassar City Land Service so that efforts to fulfill the needs and requirements for satisfaction are realized in accordance with applicable regulations. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method, namely research that aims to provide an overview of Employee Performance in Land Certificate Services at the Makassar City Land Office. The results of this study indicate that the performance of employees in providing land certificate services at the Makassar City Land Service is in accordance with performance indicators, namely, work quality, timing, initiative, ability and communication. However, in its implementation there are supporting factors where employees have carried out their duties and functions to the maximum extent possible seen from the quality and quantity of employee work achievements. while the inhibiting factor is the lack of facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the relationship between the intensity of gadget media use and speech delay in children under five in the Pannampu sub-district, Makassar City. (2) To determine the level of speech delay in children under five aged 2-5 years in Pannampu Makassar Village. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. And this type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all children aged 2-5 years.. This research lasted for one month and was located in Pannampu village. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and KPSP. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of gadget use on speech delays based on research from fifty respondents, most of whom are male, namely 34 people with a percentage of 68%, and based on age the highest is 25 people at the age of 4-5 years with a percentage 50%, and based on the intensity of the use of gadgets on speech delay in toddlers where there are 28% of toddlers who experience speech delay under study, this is from the results of the chi square test analysis obtained that the value of p = 0.000 < value a = 0.05 which means that there is a relationship between the intensity of media use gadgets against speech delay in toddlers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in the home renovation allocation program to improve the image of the company PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep, and determine the implementation of CSR to improve the image of a company. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Using Interview, Observation, and Documentation methods. This research lasted for approximately one month located at PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep. The research informants from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) unit and staff of PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep and also the people who received assistance from the house renovation program. The results of this study indicate that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in the home renovation program is to improve the image of the PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep company, namely using Bottom Up through LCO or village forums by providing proposals to the company to be approved by the company. And the impact of the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is a positive impact on the companys image through the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of social relations among students of the Faculty of Letters, Universitas Muslim Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to describe the shift in social relations due to communication technology during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research lasted for one month with 6 (six) informants where they were active students of the literature faculty of the Indonesian Muslim University. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative phenomenological research. The sources of data obtained using observation and interview methods, and documentation as supporting material for data collection. In this study, the author wants to see how the shift in social relations of students whose scope of life is in contact with communication technology on a regular basis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Social relations are part of human needs that come from the interaction process carried out. In this pandemic period, especially students, who are faced with a situation where structurally and processally experiencing changes that have an impact on the pattern of life. The Covid-19 Virus Pandemic is actually able to shift the lives of students who affect social interactions and social processes by utilizing and developing communication technology (gadgets) during the Covid-19 pandemic so that sometimes they forget their essence as social beings, namely beings who need other people.

The Effect of Online Learning Communication on the Quality of Student Learning at MAN 3 Bone During the Covid-19 Pandemic (supervised by Andi Muttaqim Mustari and Sitti Rahmawati) Communication Studies Thesis, Faculty of Letters, Indonesian Muslim University.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of online learning communication on the learning quality of students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone. Bones. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis quantitative method with the data collection process using a survey in the form of a questionnaire, and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. This thesis discusses online learning communication on the quality of learning for students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MAN 3 Bone school forced online learning, so that it affected the communication between students and teachers. Good communication in the learning process is needed to maintain the quality of student learning.The results of the study using the t test with the results of the t value = 18,716 greater than t table = 1,990 (18,716 > 1,990) then there is an effect. And if it is seen from the significance value = 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then there is also the influence of online learning communication on the learning quality of students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone. The indicators that influence online learning communication on the quality of learning for students in class X IPA 4 and X IPA 5 at MAN 3 Bone are the characteristics of students in learning materials, learning media, learning facilities, learning environment, internet network factors, higher laziness. The theory used in this research is S-O-R (Stimulus-Organism-Response) theory and behavioristic learning theory.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of an industrial relations strategy program as an effort to increase employee motivation and to determine the condition of the organizational communication climate that exists between management and employees at PT. Main Initiative Esaputlii. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama has succeeded in carrying out the industrial relations program because it has received a fairly good response from employees as well as employees who are quite satisfactory through programs, special events programs, award programs, and internal communication media programs. Likewise with the organizational communication climate applied by PT. Esaputlii Prakarsa Utama with behavior that shows to the core, warm but still responsible.

Abstract

Media is a means of information for the community, where the media becomes a liaison or intermediary in providing information and conducting a communication. In the media is also very essential for society where the media and society are closely related and the media is the most important part in society. And without us realizing that the media provides positive and negative energy that has an impact on people's patterns and behavior. PangkepTV media as one of the media providing information to the Pangkep Community, makes researchers interested in knowing the level of community satisfaction in accessing the media. Based on that this research focuses on how the influence of PangkepTV on community satisfaction in the district. Labakkang, Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the PangkepTV.pangkepkab.go.id portal in disseminating information and the influence of the information dissemination of the PangkepTV.pangkepkab.go.id portal on community satisfaction in the Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted in Pangkep City, Labakkang District. The time of this research starts from May 2022. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Using questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the PangkepTV portal on the dissemination of information on public satisfaction can be concluded as follows, based on the results of a partial hypothesis test that the PangkepTV media variable has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Kanaungan sub-village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency and the PangkepTV media also has an effect on performance. government in disseminating information to the public so that people are satisfied in receiving information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ongoing communication audit process and the influence of the communication audit on the effectiveness of the Krasida Program (Installment Credit System Pawn) at PT. Pawnshop Regional Office VI Makassar. This research uses quantitative method. The results showed that the Communication Audit Process Communication Audit Process that took place at PT. Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar is going well, because employees can provide accurate and clear information to customers using the media and customers receive and understand the information conveyed well. Delivery of messages from PT. Pegadaian Kanwil VI Makassar to customers has a significant influence and communication between employees and customers runs effectively. Communication audits can make communication between people i an organization effective so that goals will be achieved and get maximum results an organization effective so that goals will be achieved and get maximum results.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication process of fishery instructors in community empowerment and the development of the farmer community in Paria Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative technique is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Data collection is the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in answering the formulation of the problem discussed in this study, the communication of fishery instructors in empowering the farmer community in Paria village, Patampanua subdistrict was able to make a major contribution to the farmer community, namely by providing assistance with tools/materials in order to support the success of the harvest. Through the provision of tools, seed assistance, as well as the training provided can improve good cultivation skills for the farmer community.
