Abstract

Perusahaan mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan yang tercermin dari harga saham. Pajak merupakan suatu kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi sesuai dengan aturan perundang-undangan. Pajak merupakan biaya yang dapat mengurangi pendapatan atau laba bersih suatu perusahaan. Peningkatan rasio profitabilitas dan perencanaan pajak dapat dilakukan jika mempunyai tata kelola yang baik atau yang disebut GCG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, perencanaan pajak dan GCG terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan juga GCG apakah mampu memoderasi profitabilitas dan perencanaan pajak terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil uji menunjukkan profitabilitas dan perencanaan pajak tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, GCG berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan GCG tidak mampu memoderasi profitabilitas dan perencanaan pajak terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik tata cara wudhu dan shalat siswa di SD Palasari 3 Bandung melalui pendekatan edukasi interaktif. Mengingat pentingnya wudhu dan shalat sebagai sarana pembentukan karakter religius, kegiatan ini menggunakan berbagai metode kreatif seperti video, demonstrasi langsung, tepukan, lagu, dan permainan edukatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan yang melibatkan siswa kelas III dan VI sebagai subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode interaktif berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam melakukan wudhu dan shalat, serta menumbuhkan sikap disiplin, kekhusyukan, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan keterlibatan yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran, terutama melalui pendekatan yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa pendidikan agama yang variatif dan menarik dapat berkontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter religius siswa secara signifikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the communication management process of PT. PELNI LOGISTISCS in providing logistics services and customer feedback regarding the services received. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews. This research lasted for approximately 1 month and is located on Jl. General Sudirman No. 38 Makassar. The informants in this study were operational and administrative staff, general manager and terminal manager who used to serve customers and two of the customers of PT. PELNI LOGISTISCS which is able to provide information related to research. The results of the study, it can be concluded that the communication management process has 4 stages, namely, the first is careful planning, neat and good organization, the implementation goes according to a predetermined plan and the last is controlling or evaluating what has been done which is certainly supported by the staff. already experienced in their respective fields so that customers get comfort and satisfaction with the services they get and of course it will have an impact on the good image of the company.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to describe the communication strategy of TVRI South Sulawesi in increasing its existence as a public broadcasting institution in the digital era. To find out the opportunities and challenges of TVRI South Sulawesi in improving its existence as a public broadcasting institution. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. There were five informants in this study. This research lasted for one month and was located at the TVRI office in South Sulawesi. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the communication strategy in increasing its existence as a public broadcasting institution is to create programs that attract viewers and publish content on social media. As for the opportunities and challenges from TVRI South Sulawesi, the opportunities are wide open because TVRI has a lot of transmitters and a wide range. Meanwhile, the challenge is to change people's mindset. There are some mindsets that still think TVRI is old school television. However, TVRI will prove that this station will become a recognized part of the Indonesian television world. Trust in existing capabilities and resources.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: (1) To determine the effectiveness of Makassar City Tourism Office Communications in Developing Banana Epe Culinary Tourism. (2) To find out the success of the Makassar City Tourism Office in promoting culinary tourism on banana epe social media, the losari beach pavilion. This research lasted for one month and was located in Makassar City, precisely at the Makassar City Tourism Office and Losari Beach Pavilion with as many as (6) six informants, where they are people who understand the development of banana culinary tourism in the Losati beach pavilion. The research method used is a qualitative research method, with data collection techniques carried out in two ways, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection method is by conducting observations, interviews, documentation, literature studies and phenomenological methods. The results showed that promoting culinary tourism through banana epe social media could be said to be quite effective.

Abstract

Media is a means of information for the community, where the media becomes a liaison or intermediary in providing information and conducting a communication. In the media is also very essential for society where the media and society are closely related and the media is the most important part in society. And without us realizing that the media provides positive and negative energy that has an impact on people's patterns and behavior. PangkepTV media as one of the media providing information to the Pangkep Community, makes researchers interested in knowing the level of community satisfaction in accessing the media. Based on that this research focuses on how the influence of PangkepTV on community satisfaction in the district. Labakkang, Pangkep Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the PangkepTV.pangkepkab.go.id portal in disseminating information and the influence of the information dissemination of the PangkepTV.pangkepkab.go.id portal on community satisfaction in the Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency. This research was conducted in Pangkep City, Labakkang District. The time of this research starts from May 2022. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive research type. Using questionnaire data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the influence of the PangkepTV portal on the dissemination of information on public satisfaction can be concluded as follows, based on the results of a partial hypothesis test that the PangkepTV media variable has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Kanaungan sub-village, Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency and the PangkepTV media also has an effect on performance. government in disseminating information to the public so that people are satisfied in receiving information.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication process of fishery instructors in community empowerment and the development of the farmer community in Paria Village, Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Descriptive qualitative technique is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively. Data collection is the technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in answering the formulation of the problem discussed in this study, the communication of fishery instructors in empowering the farmer community in Paria village, Patampanua subdistrict was able to make a major contribution to the farmer community, namely by providing assistance with tools/materials in order to support the success of the harvest. Through the provision of tools, seed assistance, as well as the training provided can improve good cultivation skills for the farmer community.

Abstract

This type of research aims to be used is qualitative descriptive research. The primary and secondary data sources where primary data are data sources obtained directly using observation and interview methods, polls from individuals or a group while secondary are data sources obtained through media intermediaries or indirectly in the form of books. the methods used are observation, interview, and document methods. Based on the results of research on marketing communication strategies conducted by @Astwear.id consisting of product, price, place, promotion, people, process, packaging and payment. Through the promotion element @Astwear.id take advantage of Instagram features such as Follow, Post, Automatic Direct Massage, create creative content, apply give away, then do ads with using endorsement and paid promotion services.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to identify what organizational communication efforts are being done to improve the performance of ASN in the Makassar City Governance section, and to find out how the role of organizational communication in improving ASN performance in the Makassar City Governance section is. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of research used is the field type (Field Research). This research lasted for one month and was located at the Makassar City Hall office with 4 informants. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the efforts on the part of Governance in improving the performance of the State Civil Apparatus are by giving rewards and punishments, if the employee's performance is good, they will be rewarded, and if the employee's performance is not good, they will be punished. The role of communication carried out by the Makassar city government is vertical and horizontal communication, where superiors provide motivation to subordinates, and subordinates provide input or solutions to superiors and fellow employees in the governance section
