Abstract

This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto, which is located on Jl. Jaya Negara no. 2 Gatul, banjaragung, kec. Puri, district. Mojokerto, Supervision is a process of mentoring educators carried out by school principals with the aim of improving the professional abilities of educators in order to improve the quality of learning and maximum student learning outcomes. This study used qualitative research methods. The resource persons in this study were the principal, vice principal, and educators. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Puri Mojokerto. The subjects in this study were principals, vice principals, and educators. researchers conducted data collection using observations, interviews, and documentation of data analysis used by data triangulation. Researchers have a goal to find out the role and strategy of the principal at SMA Negeri 1 Puri Mojoker so that it can meet the needs of students. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Academic supervision is able to respond to the needs of students through teacher professionalism which is continuously improved and evaluated based on the results of supervision carried out by the principal. 2) The results of academic supervision are followed up in four ways, namely by giving examples, discussions, and training. The evaluation aspect of teachers has also been carried out in four ways, namely preparation, implementation, learning evaluation, and follow-up plans. Specifically, the follow-up plan will be adjusted to the teacher continuous competency development program (PKB), which will also be evaluated for PKG in 2021/2022.

Abstract

Riset Pendidikan Bahasa Arab telah mengkaji banyak aspek pembelajaran di tingkat SD, SMP, dan SMA yang sebagian besar menyajikan teori teori dan praktik pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bentuk penerapan teori pendidikan bahasa Arab pada pendidikan anak usia dini, strategi yang digunakan guru atau sekolah dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi awal pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa strategi yang digunakan anak pada awal pembelajaran bahasa Arab adalah penggunaan strategi leksikal. Faktor pendukung utama penerapan strategi ini adalah penggunaan metode yang sesuai dengan situasi keseharian siswa, sedangkan faktor penghambat penerapan strategi ini adalah rendahnya motivasi orang tua siswa.

Abstract

The value of education with a multicultural perspective contained in the Sakai Sambayan culture, is used as a reference to develop the norms of life for the people of Lampung Pepadun in educating the nation's character and creating an attitude of tolerance. This is because of the rapid development of social media or mass media which is almost felt by all groups by providing its own pampering and having an effect on the emergence of a negative culture, lifestyle, individualistic attitude, and a low sense of help. So the Sakai Sambayan culture must be instilled in the minds of every community to form a society that is social and tolerant. This study shows that the values ​​of multicultural education in the Sakai Sambayan culture in developing a tolerance attitude of the people of Lampung Pepadun are: 1) Can increase a sense of unity and integrity, 2) Can strengthen brotherhood ties, 3) Able to create voluntary attitudes, help, and togetherness among community members, 4) Able to ease and accelerate work in the community, and 5) Establish and maintain social relations and harmony among community members. The implications or application of the Sakai Sambayan culture in developing the tolerance attitude of the people of Lampung Pepadun are with the following activities: 1) Hioh sumbay activities, 2) Deliberations to reach consensus, 3) Mutual cooperation activities in the agricultural sector, 4) Activities at weddings, and 5) Activities community (building places of worship and cleaning Tiyuh).

Abstract

Moral decadence among Indonesia's younger generation must and urgently be overcome. One of them is by providing Islamic education to the younger generation since attending elementary school. From this background, there are two main study focuses, namely the application of Islamic education at MI Nurut Taqwa Bondowoso and the role of Islamic education in building the character of students at MI Nurut Taqwa Bondowoso. This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive pattern case study approach. This study also uses the theoretical framework of Islamic education and the theory of student character formation. This research came to the conclusion that 1) the implementation of Islamic education at MI Nurut Taqwa Bondowoso has been carried out according to the basic philosophy of Islamic education 2) The role of Islamic education is very crucial and determinant in shaping the character of students as well as building the character of the nation.

Abstract

There are many ways to make Islamic education efforts for students. Various theories and approaches in education aim to make the educational process a success, one of which is behavioral theory and approaches. This research wants to prove how behavior theory is implemented at MA An Nawari. The research method used in this research is field qualitative with a case study approach. This research concludes that the environment built in the educational process at MA An Nawari is Islamic values ​​with spiritual, moral, cleanliness, discipline and courage (self-confidence). In its implementation, the five Islamic values ​​are carried out well using theory and behavioral approaches.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of pesantren as a primary pillar in the development of Islamic civilization in Indonesia. Pesantren is a traditional educational institution that has played a crucial role in shaping and preserving Islamic civilization amidst the changing times. This research aims to analyze the contributions of pesantren in building Islamic civilization and the factors that influence the role of pesantren in the Indonesian context. The research methodology used in this study is literature review, collecting data from various reliable sources such as books, journal articles, and related research reports. In its analysis, this article identifies several key factors that make pesantren a pillar in the development of Islamic civilization in Indonesia. These factors include an educational curriculum based on Islamic values, the role of kyai (religious educators) as spiritual and intellectual leaders, and the social bonds and solidarity within the pesantren community. The results of the study indicate that pesantren plays a significant role in the development of Islamic civilization in Indonesia. Pesantren not only focuses on religious aspects but also provides holistic education involving academic, social, and moral dimensions. Pesantren serves as a place where students, known as santri, can develop their Islamic personalities and gain a deep understanding of Islamic teachings
