Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in the shopping sector have great potential to meet the needs of people in the middle to lower and upper economic categories. How ever, small shopsoften experience problems in managing the supply of goods or materials needed by customers. This can lead to a lack of goods that customers want, and ultimately disappoint them. There fore, inventory control is very important in maintaining customer satisfaction and business continuity small shops. To help overcome this problem, research can be carried out using the Apriori algorithm. This algorithm can help identify the most sold products, so small shops can manage optimal inventory. Thus, small shops can meet customer needs effectively and efficiently, and avoid product shortages that can interfere with customer satisfaction. In research, several variables are used to collect data, such as transaction date,product name, and the amount of sales/purchases. This data can then be analyzed using the Apriori algorithm, so that it can be concluded that final result of the confidence or 2 itemset is that if you buy sugar, you will buy rice and if you buy eggs, will you buy rice

Abstract

Adequate supply of blood is important in health services, especially in emergency situations. In an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the selection process for prospective blood donors, this study aims to apply the K-Means algorithm in clustering patients who are eligible to become blood donors at PMI Medan City. Patient data including age, weight, hemoglobin level and blood pressure were obtained from UDD PMI Medan City. The K-Means algorithm is then applied to the data to form groups based on patient characteristics. The results of the study show that the K-Means algorithm is able to classify patients into groups based on their characteristics efficiently, and can provide guidance to PMI Medan City in selecting potential blood donors and improving the collection and distribution of blood supplies in a more targeted manner

Abstract

SPK is an implementation of decision-making theories that have been introduced by sciences such as operations research and management. However, in DSS itself, a method or basis for a decision is needed which is to be established as a reference for an explanatory formula that is relevant to the running of a decision to be reached. A decision support system (DSS) is a decision support system that can assist in handling or solving problems in a company or in a daily environment, in determining a problem we need data that we will take in a company or in an environment. . In writing this is an example of a problem that is happening with the case study of the Best Market Place Application Selection in the city of Medan, therefore the author uses a method that will be able to find alternative data, therefore the author creates a decision support system that will be able to determine the best market place application assessment process in the city of Medan. This decision support system was created using the TOPSIS method with ROC weighting where this method can be used or can be used as a reference in determining a problem because it aims to find out how many of the Best Market Place Application Names in Medan City are Frequently Used, after being tested try to give a weight value to the criteria and it can be modified which aims to find out how many criteria will be added in each criterion that has its own weight value and after that a ranking is made called the ranking can already determine the best application in the city of Medan, namely ( T4) Shopee with a score of 2,219. So because of this it was confirmed or very easy for the team to select in the decision making and was selected as the Best Market Place Application in the city of Medan.

Abstract

Virtual Private Server (VPS) is a hosting solution where one physical server is divided into several isolated virtual servers. Each virtual server operates independently with the resources assigned to it. VPS uses virtualization technology that allows multiple virtual servers to run on one physical server. The main advantage of VPS is the ability to have complete control over the server without the need to manage complex physical infrastructure. In addition, VPS also offers a higher level of privacy and security compared to share hosting. However, in choosing a VPS, several problems can arise. Too few resources can hurt website or application performance, while too many resources can result in waste and unnecessary costs. Also, issues such as downtime, poor connection speed, or server constraints can cause disruption to the hosted website or application. To choose a VPS that suits user needs, the MOORA method is used as a decision support system. In this case, 9 VPS providers were selected which would be evaluated based on the criteria of CPU, RAM, Storage, Bandwidth and Cost. After applying the MOORA method, alternative A4 with a Yi value of 1,590 was declared the best alternative, and the Exabytes provider was considered the best VPS service provider.

Abstract

The success and sustainability of a company greatly depend on the quality of its employees. However, in the competitive business world, selecting the best employees is not an easy task. To enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the employee selection process, many companies use a Decision Support System (DSS) as a tool. One of the methods used in the DSS is the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) with the weighting method known as the Rank Order Centroid (ROC), due to the limitations and lack of precision in providing weighting values in the WASPAS method, the use of the ROC method is necessary in determining the weight values for criteria and subcriteria. Initially expressed as sentences, the criteria and subcriteria are transformed into numerical values based on the ROC calculation method. This article discusses the implementation of the DSS using the WASPAS method and ROC weighting in the selection of the best employees at CV Family Computer, a company in the information technology industry, this method combines weighting techniques with the ROC method and outlines the implementation steps in selecting the best employees at CV Family Computer. The results obtained after applying the ROC method are used to assign weights and determine the level of importance for each criterion. The WASPAS method is then applied to rank each alternative. Consequently, in this study of selecting the best employees, alternative A7, Danta Panjaitan, is identified with a value of 2.8857.

Abstract

An analytical approach called teacher performance appraisal is used to provide better teaching instruction. At SD Negeri 101778, the teacher assessment method is less detailed. It is feared that the assessment, which is still insignificant and based on personal interests, will be subjective and cause social jealousy among teachers who have not yet received a recommendation. Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment). In the process of ranking the performance of the best teachers, you can use the WASPAS method with predetermined criteria. The final results of this study show that alternative data A2 gets the highest score with a score of 1,962, so Alternative A2 has the best teacher performance

Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a decision support system that can help in handling or solving problems in a company or in the daily environment, in determining a problem we need data that we will take in a company or in the environment. In writing this is an example of a problem that is currently happening with the case study of the Selection of the Best BPN Employees in the City of Medan, therefore the author uses a method that will be able to find the best employee data, therefore the author creates a decision support system that will be able to determine the best BPN employee assessment process in the city of Medan. Where this system is a system that has a very important role in decision making. The system is DSS, where DSS is one of the systems that can assist in solving each problem by requiring data and methods contained in the DSS in order to obtain more relevant information and support in making each decision. In completing this research, the writer has to find the weight value of the criterion data where the writer uses the ROC method to produce the weight value and after that the writer also searches for the ranking value using the MOORA method. And where to produce ranking values in the MOORA method, the author must work according to predetermined steps in order to obtain precise and accurate reference values. The ROC and MOORA methods really help writers in generating values accurately.This decision support system was made using the MOORA method with ROC weighting where this method can be used or can be used as a reference in determining a problem because it aims to find out how many employees are Top Talent (Best Employee), after testing it is given a weight value on criteria and can be modified which aims to find out how many criteria will be added in each criterion which has its own weight value and after that a ranking is made in which the ranking can already determine the best BPN employee in the city of Medan, namely (T3) Anggi Alfarissi HSB with a score of 1,157. So because of this it was confirmed or very easy for the team to select in decision-making and were selected as the best BPN employees in the city of Medan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems faced by Estomih Hospital, Medan City, which is a container strategy in forming a way to process data or news for elements of a decision support system in handling or evaluating about how to service a job for the best employee at the Estomihi Hospital, Medan City and how to apply the method (WASPAS) in the sense of the word Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment for making decisions to assess the best employee performance. To overcome the problem of evaluating employee performance processes at Estomihi Hospital, Medan City, it can be solved using the WASPAS method. Research was conducted to identify the best employees. This can be an accurate data in the selection of the best employees because it is categorized as one of the right ways for government agencies to evaluate employee performance. So as to produce a more stable and stronger value, therefore it is also necessary to update a system or designer in order to determine the maximum value of criteria and weight, the advantage of this method is that it is very easy and fast to overcome therefore this stage can be carried out so that it is easy to compare the criteria for very good employees or Top Telelent in such a way that employees who are rewarded attract the interest of managers. The calculation results show that the recipient of the award is ranked 1 by A5 on behalf of Bawardi Nimas with a score of 843,750. The advantage of the results of this study is the application of the best employee performance design because research uses the stages of designing a system which is said to be the WASPAS method, therefore the results provide an effective and efficient evaluation and facilitate management in evaluating employee performance, and exceeding expectations from. Indeed, employee performance appraisal can increase employee motivation to improve the quality of their performance.

Abstract

The culinary business has been a promising business from the past until now, there are many kinds of businesses that are in demand, namely heavy food to light food. One of the promising businesses currently is the bakery and cake shop business. The large amount of sales competition makes the owner enthusiastic about competing to create delicious flavors and have characteristics that are different from other businesses. Mawar Bakery and Cake shop is a culinary business shop made from flour and has many branches in North Sumatra. The many delicious products created can attract the attention of customers, but every month the management must record the products that are sold a lot and the lack of interest. This is done to anticipate losses that occur every month. Therefore, the author created clustering data mining to group bakery and cake sales that were sold a lot and those that were not. The K-Medoids method is able to become an algorithm that is able to carry out the process of collecting data on Mawar bakery and cake sales because the algorithm is practical and efficient in grouping data. The results of data from sales that have been grouped can be concluded that cluster 2 is the best-selling because it gets the highest score

Abstract

The distribution of digital images in the current digital era is very rapid. The distribution of digital images has become a habit for every person every day, some are for public consumption and some are confidential. We can see the distribution of digital images in the use of social media, online shops, offices and government. Of course, everyone who distributes digital images does not want to lose the meaning of the digital image because people do bad work, or the digital image is misused by parties who do not have authority over the image, so it needs to be secured. Security issues have been an issue that has been discussed endlessly since the past until now. Information that is confidential, sensitive or of high value is kept secure so that it cannot be accessed by people who do not have authority over the information. Likewise with digital images, they must be safe from people who do not have authority over the image. Digital images can be secured using cryptographic algorithms. This research discusses how to modify the Vigenere cipher with a CSPRNG key generator based on the RSA algorithm. The Vigenere cipher is a classic cryptographic algorithm that utilizes key length as a strength to secure data and information. The longer the key applied, the more secure the encryption, and long keys must be random and unique. In this research, the key that will be used is a CSPRNG random number generator based on the RSA algorithm. The random numbers generated by this algorithm are believed to be very difficult for attackers to compute. By applying this algorithm to encrypt digital images, it is believed to be able to secure digital images, the pixel pattern in the image will be as random as possible. The transmitted digital image will be distributed in a random pixel pattern and will appear useless to attackers. The application of this algorithm is believed to be able to maintain digital image security.
