<![CDATA[Performance appraisal applies a measurement process in achieving predetermined goals. Performance appraisal can also be interpreted as a periodic determination of the operational effectiveness of an organization based on the vision and mission, organizational standards that have been previously determined. Organizations are basically operated on human resources so performance appraisal is actually apply assessment of human behavior in carrying out roles. The solution to the problem above is to build a Decision Support System to assist in determining employee performance assessments at PT Media Perfect Nusantara. The method chosen to support solving the problem above is the Copras method, namely by giving weight to each alternative option available. This research produces a Decision Support System that can recommend employee performance assessments at PT Media Perfect Nusantara using the Copras method. A trial was carried out by entering a data sample of 10 employee names. With the Decision Support System, it can provide recommendations for determining employee performance assessments based on rankings, employee performance assessments based on the largest ranking, namely: Alternative 9 (Lia Zannah) with a score of 100, Alternative 8 (Sinta Anggraini) with a score of 92.59 and Alternative 10 (Suratman ) with a value of 90.89]]>

<![CDATA[Employees are one of the most important assets for a company to be able to survive, develop, compete and earn profits. In an increasingly competitive business world, competition drives companies to work harder to improve their quality. And it takes maximum effort to improve employee performance. One of them is to choose the best employees in hopes of improving their performance. The difficulty in making decisions made by the HRD department in determining the best employees is due to the large amount of employee data and the selection process that still uses manual methods, causing a long processing time in decision making. Decision Support System selection of the best employees is carried out using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of the criteria, as well as the use of the Preference Ranking Organization Method Of Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) method to find the overall order/ranking. Based on the results of the process of applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and Preference Ranking Organization Method Of Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) to determine the best employee performance evaluation goes to the employee with the name effendi with a score of 0.8426 where the value of each attendance criterion is 80%, “Very Good” skills, “Very Good” Teamwork, “Good” Discipline, “Good Enough” Ethics.]]>

<![CDATA[Football coaches are people who are fully trained and guide players in carrying out training. Therefore in determining the feasibility of a trainer is very important. In the world of football, many football club management are not optimal in choosing coaches, as is currently experienced by the PSMS Medan football club, which is experiencing a decline in performance due to coaches who are less able to cultivate bad tactics or strategies so that at this time they are relegated. to the 2nd Caste of the Indonesian League which was previously in the 1st (Main) Indonesian League of Caste. In fact, so far in the process of selecting football coaches, especially at PSMS Medan, it is still being implemented in the form of direct appointments because this method does not sound objective, causing injustice to other candidates who may be better. Therefore, a system is needed to solve this, namely a Decision Support System to make it easier for football club management to determine football coaches and avoid system data calculation errors quickly and more accurately by using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and the combination method. The group most vulnerable to contracting this disease are infants and children who have never received measles immunization. This disease is also one of the causes of high morbidity and mortality rates in infants and children. <![CDATA[The problem of storage space requirements in compressed record database applications is one of the main problems that can affect the performance of the compressed record database application itself. This is due to the large number of data records stored in the database. One solution that can be done to overcome this problem is to compress the database file. The compression process in this study was carried out based on the Additive Code algorithm by building a desktop-based database record compression application. The initial process carried out to implement this method is to prepare the SQL file to be compressed, the compression process takes place when the SQL file has finished uploading, then pressing the compression button on the database record compression application and the decompression process takes place when downloading the compressed SQL file and pressing the decompress button. on database record compression applications. Based on the results of the tests carried out, it was obtained that the Ratio of Compression (RC) was 1.33, the Compression Ratio (Cr) was reduced by 75%, Redundancy (Rd) was reduced by 25% and Space Saving (Ss) was reduced by 25%. <![CDATA[The selection of the best employee is the company's appreciation for the performance of its employees. This can motivate employees to be more motivated at work. To get the names of the best employees, a system is needed that performs the expected selection process and can produce objective and transparent information. In finding the best employees, the company does this by appointing without a reliable enough assessment. Therefore, a decision support system is needed in evaluating employee performance. This research uses the multi-attribute utility theory method. The data processed for this evaluation are 10 samples from CV Aurelia Weida Prima Medan. The evaluation is based on several criteria and weights given. There are 6 data criteria to assess employee performance, namely service (30% weight), integrity (20% weight), commitment (15% weight), discipline (20% weight), cooperation (13% weight), and employee performance (12% weight). From the calculation results, the employee who has the highest score is obtained. Therefore, the maximum value is obtained at A9 = 15.746, and the minimum value is obtained at A1 = 1.410. Will be considered for CV later. Aurelia Weida Prima Medan evaluates its employees over a while. It turns out that choosing the best employee performance helps CV. Aurelia Weida Prima Medan.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, application users use information more and more commonly. However, there is a problem that is often encountered, namely the need for large data so that less storage space is needed. Apart from that, the small amount of storage space also affects the speed of sending data. One of the data that is often used is PDF format files. The solution to this problem is to compress the PDF file. Compression is a process of changing a collection of data into a form of code to save on data storage requirements so that the data used is not too large. The Arithemtic Coding algorithm is a data compression algorithm that can be used, by knowing the results of the compression ratio and redundancy process. In applying the Arithmetic Coding algorithm in this research, it can provide compression results which initially have a large size which can be compressed very well in PDF files and the compression results show a compression ratio of 2.15 while the Compression ratio is 46% and Redundancy 54% will be beneficial in sending and moving PDF files will be even easier]]>

<![CDATA[Hypoparathyroidism is a disease in which the paratiroid gland in the body only emits a slight amount of the paratiroid hormone. Each person has four parathyroid glands located in the neck, near the thyroid. The paratiroid gland secretes the hormone paratiroid (PTH). In the human body the paratiroid hormone ACTS to maintain a balance of two minerals, calcium and phosphate. Calcium is needed to ensure the smooth operation of the nerves, muscles, and heart. Phosphate is needed in bone formation and teeth. As a result of the hypoparthyroid, the body will develop electrolytic dislytes of low levels of calcium (hypokalsemia) and high levels of phosphate (hyperphosphate). If found in the early stages, the disease is not a serious condition, although sufferers will need doctors' care and supervision throughout their life. In this study the authors wish to diagnose symptoms of hypoparatiroid disease by using systems of experts. The system of experts is a branch of computer-based artificial intelligence that employs specialized knowledge, facts and reasoning techniques in solving the problem of a particular expert in the field to solve a particular problem. In the system experts there is the Certainty Factor method that can prove whether a fact is certain or uncertain that is meant to diagnose the hypoparathyroid disease on the basis of its symptoms.]]>

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze basic food assistance that has an influence on the survival of underprivileged communities.
