Abstract

This study aims to find out how the supervision carried out by the head of the Department of Highways and Construction of Lampung Province in carrying out  routine road maintenance activities in the city of Bandar Lampung in the Covid 19 era. This research uses a qualitative research type with descriptive research methods. The theory used is supervision. From the results obtained, routine road  maintenance activities are still prioritized to be carried out in order to create good infrastructure for road users. However, there has been a decrease in the number of workers due to the Covid-19 condition. The inhibiting factors in supervising routine road maintenance activities are field conditions such as road access that is difficult to take for road supervision and repair, local communities who are less concerned with the rules applied during work, and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) who often carry out job intimidation. However, on the other hand there are also supporting factors in supervising routine road maintenance activities such as the budget provided by the government has started to return to normal and is sufficient, adequate human resources (HR), the health of staff who routinely checks the health of each employee before the process. working hours, and road conditions that should be regularly maintained.

Abstract

Ini penelitian tentang Analisis Motivasi Pegawai Dalam Penanggulangan Kebakaran Selama Masa Pandemi di Kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Bandar Lampung. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi pegawai di kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Bandar Lampung dalam menangani kebakaran di masa pandemi. Analisis penelitian menggunakan teori motivasi menurut Winardi (2016) bahwa motivasi adalah suatu dorongan yang terjadi dari internal dan eksternal. Kedua konsep tersebut digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengukur motivasi/kinerja pegawai di kantor Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Kota Bandar Lampung pada masa pandemi dalam menangani kebakaran. Kualitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan analisis deskriptif. Dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi langsung dari informan di lapangan maka diperoleh data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian . Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja karyawan belum sepenuhnya optimal. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya fasilitas yang menunjang kinerja pegawai, seperti ruang kerja yang tidak memberikan kenyamanan yang lengkap, internet kantor yang lambat, dan mobil pemadam kebakaran yang tidak memadai. Dari sisi sumber daya manusia, masih perlu penambahan jumlah pegawai serta pelatihan khusus bagi pegawai yang lebih masif.

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini yang dianalisis adalah efektivitas yang berkaitan dengan kinerja pegawai pada Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Lampung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Lampung, apakah kinerjanya sudah maksimal atau tidak dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teori efektivitas menurut Richard M. Steers (Sitti 2016) meliputi kemampuan beradaptasi, prestasi kerja, kepuasan kerja. Kedua konsep tersebut digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Lampung. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Semua data diperoleh dari informan dengan menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Efektivitas Kinerja Pegawai Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Provinsi Lampung sudah cukup baik dan lamaran pekerjaan dapat dikatakan sudah berhasil namun masih ada hal-hal yang perlu ditingkatkan sehingga yang dikatakan tidak sepenuhnya efektif. Hal ini dikarenakan adanya faktor penghambat.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Artikel atau tulisan ini bertujuan untuk tujuan mengetahui penerapan prinsip manajemen dapat diterapkan dalam upaya pencegahan prevelensi stunting di wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung. Masalah difokuskan pada masalah balita pendek atau stunting tidak hanya dihadapi Indonesia, tetapi juga menjadi masalah yang dihadapi dunia. Stunting disebabkan beberapa faktor diantaranya praktik pengasuhan gizi kurang baik termasuk kurangnya pengetahuan ibu tentang kesehatan dan gizi anak. Guna mendekati masalah ini dipergunakan acuan teori dari POSDCORB (Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting dan budgeting). Data-data dikumpulkan melalui teknik menganalisis reduksi, penyajian data dan verifikasi dan dianalisis secara kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan pada dinas terkait di Kota Bandar Lampung relevan terhadap pelaksanaan kovergensi kebijakan pencegahan stunting. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penurunan prevalensi stunting di Kota Bandar Lampung telah berjalan sebagaimana mestinya. Melalui program dalaupaya penurunan prevalensi stunting dapat mengurangi dan mencegah terjadinya stunting menyerang balita dan masa 1.000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Policy for Distribution of Social Assistance Programs to the Community Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City, the type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative research, where data collection techniques are obtained with primary and secondary data in the form of articles, journals, news, and other literature studies related to this research. Based on the results of research related to the policy of distributing social assistance programs to the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City through the role of the sub-district government in collaboration with their staff including RT, RW and youth organizations and public order has been running very well and on target.

Abstract

Tourism villages in the process of tourism development in Bengkulu province present a more dynamic type of tourism expressed through the spirit of "tourism as a means of absorbing rural labor, as a driving force to promote promote regional economic growth and as a means of poverty alleviation". However, the development of tourist villages in this province can be called pilot tourist villages. Therefore, there are still some strategic steps to be taken if we want villages with tourism potential to develop into independent tourist villages. Analysis of situations and conditions is one entry, followed by their respective contributions. one. Strength is a condition that is the strength of an area. something that belongs to a region and works well. b. Weaknesses are situations where no support (not going well) or something has been identified but not yet or not in the field. compare to An opportunity is a positive factor or condition that arises from the environment and provides the program with an opportunity to capitalize on and develop it. It can be valuable in terms of both potential and possibly added value compared to other areas. D. Threat (threat) is an element of threat that creates obstacles to the development of a program.

Abstract

Abstract

Pengembangan sumber daya pendidik tingkat dasar kecamatan Kota Manna Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan ( Studi di SDN 01, SDN 02, SDN 05, dan SDN 13 Kota Manna Bengkulu Selatan). Peningkatan mutu pendidikan khususya di sekolah dasar merupakan focus perhatian dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Itulah sebabnya, pendidikan senantiasa memerlukan upaya perbaikan dan peningkatan sejalan dengan semakin tingginya kebutuhan dan tuntutan kehidupan masyarakat. Salah satu komponen penting yang paling berperan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas para pendidik, dalam hal ini guru dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan akan semakin pesatnya komunikasi dan informasi. Mencermati berbagai kemajuan itulah pemerintah membentuk beberapa organisasi penjamin mutu pendidikan dan lembaga-lembaga pembinaan dan professional guru melalui proyek PEQIP (Primary Education Quality Improvement Project) atau yang disebut dengan proyek peningkatan mutu pendidikan sekolah dasar yang meliputi; (a). Kelompok kerja guru(KKG), (b). Kelompok kerja kepala sekolah (KKKS). Keberadaan kegiatan KKG dan KKKS merupakan bagian integral dari perwujudan sistem pembinaan kompetensi guru, yang di dalamnya terdapat serangkaian kegiatan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, dan kemampuan professional guru. Kelompok kerja guru (KKG) merupakan suatu wadah dalam pembinaan kemampuan professional guru, pelatihan dan tukar menukar informasi, dalam suatu mata pelajaran tertentu sesuai dengan tuntutan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Kelompok kerja Kepala Sekolah merupakan suatu wadah dalam pembinaan peningkatan keterampilan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah melalui administrasi pendidikan

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of consumptive behavior on skincare purchasing decisions, (2) the influence of lifestyle on skincare purchasing decisions, (3) the influence of consumptive behavior and lifestyle on skincare purchasing decisions. The method used is causal associative research using a descriptive quantitative approach. While determining the sample using the determination of the number of samples from the population based on the theory of Isaac and Michael, with formulas and tables for determining the number of samples from the population with an error rate of 10%. So, obtained a sample of 122 respondents. The results showed (1) consumptive behavior (X1) had a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) for skincare at STIA Setih Setio Muara Bungo female students of 4.375. (2) Lifestyle (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) skincare at STIA Setih Setio Muara Bungo female student of 1.889. (3) Consumptive behavior (X1) and lifestyle (X2) simultaneously have a low influence contribution, which is 0.363 or (36.30%) on the purchasing decision variable (Y) skincare.
