Abstract

This study will discuss how the formulation and implementation of Village Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which was held in Kota Bani Village, Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu Regency. In this study using a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and documents. The main focus of this research is the extent to which the formulation and implementation of Village Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, which was held in Kota Bani Village, Putri Hijau District, North Bengkulu Regency. Based on this research, the results of the study showed that the formulation and implementation of Village Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages which was held in Kota Bani Village, Putri Hijau Subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency has been running very well as evidenced by the inclusion of Kota Bani Village, Putri Hijau Subdistrict, North Bengkulu Regency, which was ranked 6th out of the 100 best villages in Indonesia. However, it is undeniable that this achievement is influenced by both supporting and inhibiting factors, where the supporting factors are influenced by good village government cooperation and good village fund budget management, and the inhibiting factors include the low community participation and the lazy culture of the community to be actively involved in advance the village.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the standard operating procedure for making a driver's license. The implementation of standard operating procedures in public services is one way to realize good governance in public services. As well as the importance of order and smooth traffic in order to avoid traffic accidents that can result in death, injury or damage and loss of property. So Law no. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation that everyone who owns a motorized vehicle is required to have a driving license in accordance with the type of motorized vehicle being driven as a legitimacy of the driver's competence. This research method is a qualitative research method with descriptive analysis techniques. Techniques Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Determination of informants based on purposive technique. For the aspect of completion time is less than the standard time set. The standard service completion time is two hours, but the implementation is less than two hours because there are several processes that are not carried out such as written tests and practical tests. The cost aspect of making a driving license is greater than the provisions stipulated in PP no. 50 of 2010 concerning PNBP. This is because of the system for making a Shooting Driver's License. For the aspect of competence of service providers as well as aspects of the completeness of facilities and infrastructure are sufficient.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the Regional Government Policy of Bengkulu Province for 2016-2021 through Renja to Improve Tourism. This research uses descriptive analysis methods. The data collection technique in this study uses the documentation method. The data used is secondary data sourced from books, literature, journals, reports and official information from state institutions as well as accessed via the internet. Based on research, it is known that the Bengkulu Provincial Government's policy in the work plan of the Bengkulu Province tourism office for 2016-2021, if we look at the progress each year through the planned programs, has been achieved and is right on target, even though there are also some programs that have not been achieved, overall they have been achieved very well. . In 2016-2017 the existing programs included increasing destination development, increasing ease of investment and professionalism of human resources, as well as increasing new creative economic actors in developing the creative economy, then in 2018-2019 the programs achieved were improvements to the follow-up program from the previous year including development tourism marketing, development of tourism products and services, development of tourist destinations and development of the creative economy, then in 2020-2021 we will know that the Indonesian nation, even on an international scale, is experiencing an outbreak of the Covid-19 virus, therefore the regional government of Bengkulu Province is focused on dealing with recovery from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Social media has an influence on the larger community that is both beneficial and harmful. They help the process in real life by providing quick and comprehensive information. Additionally, owing to technical advancements that affect how simple it is to utilize social media as a communication tool, their negative consequence will be to abuse social media through crimes, fraud, and defamation. In order to help the community utilize social media responsibly, this community service aims to contribute perspective, knowledge, and understanding. This community service project is conducted in the form of socialization utilizing the lecture-based approach of information exchange, which is followed by a Q&A session or conversation between presenters and participants.The outcomes of this community service demonstrate that the community's intense use of social media must be consistent with knowledge of safe and responsible use. Through this community service project, it is intended that more individuals will learn how to use social media responsibly, enabling them to make the most of it while minimizing its negative consequences on real-world interactions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Policy for Distribution of Social Assistance Programs to the Community Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City, the type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative research, where data collection techniques are obtained with primary and secondary data in the form of articles, journals, news, and other literature studies related to this research. Based on the results of research related to the policy of distributing social assistance programs to the community due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the Panorama Village, Bengkulu City through the role of the sub-district government in collaboration with their staff including RT, RW and youth organizations and public order has been running very well and on target.

Abstract

Di kecamatan Pondok Kelapa juga masih terdapat remaja yang menikah pada usia di bawah umur. Hal-hal tersebut dipengaruhi beberapa faktor dan juga memiliki bebrapa dampak negatif bagi pelaku perkawinan usia dini. Maka dengan demikian instansi terkait seperti kantor urusan agama memiliki peran dalam upaya penanganan perkawinan usia dini dengan strategi-strategi atau kegiatan yang selama ini dianggap sebagai upaya pencegahan perkawinan usia dini di kecamatan Pondok Kelapa kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah.Penelitian yang dilakukan di kecamatan Pondok Kelapa khusus nya pada kantor urusan agama kecamatan Pondok Kelapa serta memilih beberapa desa yang ada dikecamatan Pondok Kelapa untuk menjawab rumusan masalah yang mana faktor-faktor dan dampak perkawinan usia dini. Dengan memilih beberapa informan sebagai narasumber yang akan dimintai informasi dan data.Dalam skripsi ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian secara kualitatif deskriptif yang mana peneliti dalam pengumpulan data melakukan. kegiatan observasi,wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang kemudian ketika data sudah di dapatkan maka peneliti mulai menganalisis data dengan kegiatan mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta menarik kesimpulan dari semua data yang diperoleh

Abstract

This community service program aims to enhance community capacity, independence, and welfare through the utilization of coffee grounds waste and cloves as an environmentally friendly and economically valuable mosquito-repellent aromatherapy product. The main problems faced by the community include high dependence on chemical-based mosquito repellents, which may pose negative impacts on health, and the low utilization of household waste that is often considered to have no value. The implementation method employs a community empowerment approach through several stages, including problem identification, socialization, product manufacturing training, and continuous assistance. This activity involves active community participation in a practice-based learning process, ranging from processing coffee grounds, mixing clove ingredients, to packaging aromatherapy products. Evaluation was conducted through pre-tests and post-tests, as well as observation of changes in participants’ knowledge and skills. The results show an increase in community knowledge by approximately 85% and improved skills in independently producing aromatherapy products. In addition, a small business group based on natural resource utilization was established, which has the potential to be developed as an additional source of income. This program not only contributes to improving environmental health through the use of natural materials but also strengthens the economic and social empowerment of the community. Therefore, this community service activity can serve as a sustainable model of community empowerment innovation based on local potential.

Abstract

BUMDES merupakan badan usaha yang seluruh atau sebagian modalnya berasal dari desa. Berharap modal yang tidak terpakai nantinya dapat digunakan untuk menambah pendapatan awal desa, yang akan membantu menciptakan lapangan kerja atau meningkatkan pelayanan masyarakat yang baik. Akar penyebab banyak kegagalan BUMD dalam implementasi dan operasionalnya tidak berhasil karena faktor SDM yang tidak berat dalam implementasinya. Langkah kegiatan amal yang akan dilakukan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui penguatan kelembagaan BUMDes dan SDM, serta pelatihan aspek hukum, ekonomi dan administrasi di Desa Padang Kuas Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Desa Padang Kuas Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu dapat disimpulkan bahwa: a) Dalam jangka panjang pengabdian ini memperkuat masyarakat dengan penguatan kelembagaan dan SDM BUMDes melalui pelatihan aspek hukum, keuangan dan administrasi di Desa Padang Kuas Kecamatan Sukaraja Kabupaten Seluma Provinsi Bengkulu. Pembenahan pengelolaan BUMDes membutuhkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang benar-benar memahami seluk beluk pengelolaan dan mampu memasarkan produk yang dikelola BUMDes. b) Mesin desa sebagai sasaran program terbantu dan mereka bangga dengan kinerja PKM. Dalam hal ini, para kepala BUMDes mengharapkan bantuan tambahan terkait industri kreatif yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan asli kota. c) Mesin desa sebagai sasaran program perlu bantuan tambahan untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMD) dan agar nantinya menyusun laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan secara tepat dan benar sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip keuangan yang berlaku umum, d) diperlukan. BUMDes Dalam Pendampingan Pengelolaan PKM ini untuk meningkatkan proses pengelolaan program BUMDes serta pengelolaan badan hukum, pengelolaan administrasi dan jawaban keuangan untuk pertanggungjawaban. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Free Nutritious Meal Program (Makan Bergizi Gratis/MBG) on traders’ income at Panorama Market, Bengkulu City. The MBG program is a government policy that not only focuses on improving students’ nutritional status but also has the potential to generate economic impacts through increased demand for local food commodities. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive method. The sample consists of 50 food traders selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that the MBG program has a positive and significant effect on traders’ income. This is evidenced by the regression equation Y = 2.03 + 2.12X, a t-value of 4.71 which is greater than the t-table value of 2.01, and an R² value of 0.75, indicating that 75% of the variation in traders’ income is explained by the MBG program. The most significant impact is experienced by traders of essential food commodities such as vegetables, eggs, and meat. In conclusion, the MBG program not only contributes to social welfare through improved nutrition but also acts as a driver of local economic activity by increasing trade activities in traditional markets, Bengkulu City.
