Abstract

The general research objective to be achieved from this study is to determine the responsiveness of the Rejang Lebong Resort Police service in handling public complaints on reports of complaints of violence against women and children. Research respondents are people who access complaint services or have reported to the Polres / Polsek in the Rejang Lebong Polres working area, which were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique of 20% of the 8 units of the Rejang Lebong Polres. The number of respondents taken was as many as 64 people. The results show 1) Respond to every community applicant who wants to get service This indicator includes good attitudes and communication from the service providers of the Rejang Lebong Police to the community. 2) Police officer/officers provide good communication to the community and are friendly so that the community feels comfortable. Officers/apparatus perform services quickly. This indicator is the readiness and sincerity of the police officer/apparatus in serving the community. The officers/apparatus who perform services quickly can be seen from their alertness. 3) Regarding the indicator of accuracy in serving. the timeliness of services provided by police officer/officers is still not in accordance with the wishes of the community. Due to several reasons, namely the existence of a system of discrimination by police officers/officers. This makes the community less responsive or unkind. 4) the timeliness of services provided by police officers/officers is still not in accordance with the wishes of the community. Because of several things, namely the existence of a system of discrimination carried out by police officers/officers. Based on this, the Accuracy Indicator of serving is focus, serious and thorough in providing services to the community both in work and in conversation. Regarding the indicators of accuracy in serving, Rejang Lebong Police have carried out their services carefully and in accordance with what is expected by the community as service recipients at the police station.Keywords: Responsiveness, Public Service, Public Complaints

Abstract

The study aim to examine was to describe and analyze organizational culture, communication and organizational performance at the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Office. The sample in this study were 75 employees at the Youth and Sports Office of Bengkulu Province. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study prove that the organizational culture at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Province, the dimensions of innovation and risk taking get an average rating on good criteria with a value of 3.69. Organizational culture dimensions of 3.89 in good criteria. The dimension of outcome orientation is 3.84 (Good). Organizational culture has a dimension of orientation with a value of 3.88 (Good). The organizational culture has a team orientation dimension of 4.08 (Good). Organizational culture dimensions of aggressiveness with an average value of 3.88 (Good). The organizational culture a dimension of stability with an average value of 3.98 (Good). Communication of employees at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga  Bengkulu Province is already good, this can be seen from the average score of 3.90. The results showed that the employee's response to communication the dimension of clarity (Clarity) had gone well with an average value of 3.94. Communication  the dimension of accuracy has been going well with an average value of 3.79. Communication context dimension has gone well with an average value of 3.75. Communication flow dimension has been going well with an average value of 3.91. The cultural dimension of communication is 3.20 (Good Enough). The organizational performance at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga  Bengkulu Province obtained an average score of 3.96 (Good). The organizational performance of the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga  Bengkulu Province in the dimension of the percentage of youth who participate and play an active role in development with an average score of 3.93 (Good). The organizational performance dimension of the percentage of gifted sportsmen education with an average score of 3.93 (Good). Abstract

The research objectives were (1) to analyze the influence of servant leadership on employee job satisfaction, (2) to analyze the influence of leadership on employee innovative work behavior, (3) to analyze the influence of innovative work behavior on employee job satisfaction (4) to analyze the role of work behavior. innovative leadership in servant leadership of employee job satisfaction.  This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The respondents were 82 employees at the Regional Development Planning and Research and Development Agency, Kaur Regency. They, namely employees and honorary. Data collection using online surveys and data analysis using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that servant leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Servant leadership is positive for innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive effect on job satisfaction. Innovative work behavior does not mediate the effect of servant leadership on job satisfaction of Bappeda and R & D employees of Kaur Regency. Keywords: Servant Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Innovative Work Behavior

Abstract

This study is to analyze how the influence of intrinsic motivation and authentic leadership on the performance (study on state and private university) laboratory assistants in Bengkulu. Motivation is very important in order to improve employee performance, especially intrinsic motivation. In addition to authentic leadership motivation, it is also studied with the results that there is an influence on performance. Methods this study was conducted with descriptive quantitative. As much as  87 respondents from 90 respondents gave a response. The tools used in this study is questionnaires, questionnaires distributed with offline. Sampling was carried out by nonprobability sampling with a total sampling technique or saturated sampling. The objective of this reseach is : (1). Intrinsic motivation has an effect on performance with a value of 0.012% (2). Authentic leadership has an effect on performance with a value of 0.02%. (3) Analyze influenze of work, intrinsic motivation and authentic leadership on the performance by partial. The research results were processed with SPSS version 16.0 for windows to test the validity and reliability using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Methods this study using multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained 0.186 this shows that the predictor variabels of independent variables have an impact of 18,6% to dependent variable.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to know the influence of ASN management and good governance on the Local Government performance at the Bengkulu Province. The primary data obtained through questionnaire to the apparatus at the Central Bengkulu Regency, Kepahiang Regency and Seluma Regency. The total sample used in the research is 319 respondents. The data analysis method is statistic descriptive and regression analysis. The result that: (1) the apparatus management have an influence on Local Government performance at the Bengkulu Province. It means that if the apparatus management is better, the Local Government Board performance is also getting better and (2) the public good governance has an influence on Local Government performance at the Bengkulu Province. It means that if the good governance is better, the Local Government performance is also getting better.

Abstract

The research objectives were (1) to determine the effect of personality on nurses 'caring behavior (2) to determine the effect of work motivation on nurses' caring behavior. This type of research is quantitative research, the population is all nurses in Kaur Hospital, amounting to 54 people, the sample was taken by the census method as many as a total of a population of 54 people. The data were collected using an online questionnaire survey and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, determination test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that personality had a positive and significant effect on the caring behavior of nurses at Kaur District Hospital. This means that the better the nurse's personality, the higher the caring behavior. Conversely, the worse the nurse's personality, the lower the caring behavior. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the caring behavior of nurses at the Kaur District Hospital. This means that the higher the nurse's motivation, the higher the caring behavior. Conversely, the lower the nurse's motivation, the lower the caring behavior. The suggestion of this research is that the Kaur District Regional Hospital can hold soft skill training for all nurses at the Kaur Regency Regional Hospital on an ongoing basis. The training is expected to grow and improve the positive personality of nurses so that they are skilled in applying care Then increase the motivation of nurses through a reward system, for example displaying photos of beautiful nurses per month, providing rewards in the form of materials, training and so on, so that these driving factors can further increase the motivation of nurses to behave caring.
