The study aimed to assess whether the psychological empowerment and the emotional intelligence influenced the protean career attitudes. It, then, researched the clerical employees who worked at ‘Bank Mandiri’ in the area of Bengkulu with some criteria : teller, customer service, general affair and micro loan. Data were collected using a survey questionnaire which was distributed through a link: https://forms.gle/k8DgqoKEUnaNFchq7. One hundred and eighty nine surveys were gathered and the data were analysed employing a multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the psychological empowerment and the emotional intelligence variables together influenced positively and significantly the career attitudes. It means that the higher the psychological empowerment and the emotional intelligence, the more positive the protean career attitudes are. Individually, the psychological empowerment had a positive and significant effect on the protean career attitudes; and the emotional intelligence had also a positive and significant effect on the protean career attitudes. The result reflected that empowering employees in running the bank would shape the employees’ emotional intelligence and then gave the positive attitude to the employees for their career progression. The employees felt that they contributed to the success of the bank trough their work so they would improve their skills and build a positive emotion to make their own decisions. The protean employee is involved in benefiting others. They tend towards learning and development and have the adaptability to accept change that helps them achieve organizational goals. This protean career attitude generates benefits for employees and Bank Mandiri in Bengkulu Area

The objectives of this study are (1) Knowing the implementation of the BPJS Kesehatan participant account auto debit payment policy in an effort to reduce dues arrears in North Bengkulu Regency and (2) Knowing the factors that influence the compliance of BPJS Kesehatan participants in paying dues in North Bengkulu Regency. This research is a type of survey research, namely research that takes a sample from a population using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The type of data used is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. Research respondents were BPJS Kesehatan participants registered at the North Bengkulu Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. The method of taking respondents used is purposive sampling with the same proportion (proportional) consisting of 100 active participants and 100 inactive participants. So, the number of research respondents was 200 people. The sampling method used was a census. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and factor analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is known that: (1) The implementation of the auto-debit account policy for BPJS participants has been quite effective in being selected as one of the modes of payment for BPJS contributions. The autodebet mode can be an alternative that makes it easy for participants to fulfill their obligations; and (2) reduction of the 27 initial factors obtained 8 factors that affect the compliance of BPJS Kesehatan participants in meeting the obligation to pay contributions. These factors are a combination and a combination of the initial factors which are grouped according to the factor rotation. These factors are: Demographic characteristics of BPJS participants, BPJS service administration factors, tariff factors and the ability to pay contributions; participant awareness factor; service trust factor; the factor of the sanction mechanism and law enforcement; factor of quality of medicine and factor of ease of service

This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of Elektronik Manajemen Penyidikan (E-MP) in the Bengkulu Regional Police Narcotics Directorate, and what factors are indicative of personnel using this system, then how the role of supervision (internal) investigation in its optimization. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach and in its presentation the writer used exploratory methods with a population of 30 investigative personnel at the Bengkulu Regional Police's Narcotics Detective Directorate and hopes to be able to describe the object of research as it is. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of Elektronik Manajemen Penyidikan (E-MP) at the Bengkulu Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate has been going very well with adequate facilities support even though it has not been optimal and is still under development. Then related to the personnel indication personnel must use this application, because the E-MP system is an embodiment of the 2015-2019 National Police Strategic Plan intended for investigators/ assistant investigators in the investigation management system as well as a database of criminal cases to realize transparency, and (internal) surveillance of investigations in accordance with Perkap Number 06 of 2019 concerning Criminal Action Investigation. So that the implementation of E-MP can run optimally, it is necessary to maximize the support of infrastructure, improved content on the application so that it can accommodate all Police duties and in the implementation of supervision through the E-MP is not only limited to the quantity but needs to be examined the quality of the product documents produced, then an SOP is made in the implementation of access, input and activities through this application and can immediately be used as a reference in evaluating performance. The limitation of this study is more due to the fact that when the study was conducted there was a change of leadership within the Bengkulu Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate, thereby also affecting respondent responses regarding filling questionnaire and interview as a reference for the results of this study.

The objectives of this research is to test the effect of Intellectual Capital components on the financial performance of Syariah banking, to verify the Intellectual Capital component with the most significant effect on the financial performance of Syariah banking, and also to verify the role of the average growth of Intellectual Capital in the financial performance of Syariah banking in Indonesia. The population of this study were all of Syariah public banking (BUS) which were listed in BEI from 2014-2018. The type of research used in this study was applied research. The sampling type employed was purposive sampling. Through purposive sampling, 10 banking companies were taken as samples with a total of 50 research observations. This study found that Intellectual Capital components did not at all have positive effects on both the financial performance and the increase of financial performance of Syariah banking in the present and future, and the average growth of Intellectual Capital will not all affect the financial performance of Syariah banking in the future.

The purpose of this research to examine the effect of interest in using less cash on the millennial generation in the city of Bengkulu with the Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approaches. This research uses an explanatory quantitative approach and uses a survey method that is distributed to 100 respondents with a self-administered survey through distributing questionnaires online and offline. The results of the analysis show that the variables studied have a significant and positive effect. (1) The perceived ease of use variable has a significant effect on the attitude of using Less Cash, (2) the perceived ease of use variable has a significant effect on the perceived usefulness of the use of Less Cash, (3) the perceived usefulness variable has a significant effect on the attitude of using Less Cash, (4) the perceived usefulness variable has a significant effect on Interest in Less Cash Use, (5) Subjective Norm variable has a significant effect on Interest in Using Less Cash, (6) Perception of Behavioral Control has a significant effect on interest in using Less Cash, and (7) Attitude variable has a significant effect on Interests in using Less Cash. This research can be used as input for the management of cashless service providers in improving cashless services to pay attention to intentions, perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, trustworthiness, and service features in improving the quality of cashless services in accordance with the development and advancement of existing information technology.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of country of origin, product quality, brand familiarity of consumer purchase intention Sharp television. The type of research used is quantitative research. This study is with primary data. Samples in this study as many 150 respondents who are taken from interested and attention communities will make a purchase intention of Sharp television. The sampling technique using snowball sampling methods of collecting data with online questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that the variable of origin country significant 0.000 then effects consumer purchase intention. Product quality value significant level 0,006 then effects consumer purchase intention and brand familiarity value of 0,000 significant level effect consumer purchase intention. This means that the higher purchase intention, the higher country of origin image, product quality and brand familiarity. Therefore, country of origin image, product quality, and brand familiarity have relationship to strengthen the level of purchase intention. the implications of this study will help companies improve purchase intention in sharp television by optimizing country of origin image, product quality, and brand familiarity.

The purpose of this study is aimed to know how influence of emotional intelligence and attitude on employee?s performance of PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu. The subject of this study are employee who have worked on PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu. Data were collected via questionnaires and questionnaire was distributed directly to respondents, namely by giving questionnaires directly to employee of PT Toyota Agung Automall Bengkulu, while respondent amount 84 effective samples were collected to verify the hypotheses of this study. For data analysis and hypotheses testing, multiple linier regresion techique was used. Sampling techinique in this study using census method where census method used data collection is done by investigating one by one the entire population. Pursuant of data analysis obtained results that is emotional intelligence have a positive and significantly effect on organizational citizenship behaviour of employee and attitude have significantly effect on organizational citizenship behaviour of employee.

The purpose of this study to discuss bias overconfidence behavior among top managers and examine its impact to lending decisions and performance Regional Development Banks (BPD) in Indonesia. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification research approaches by looking at the effect of managerial overconfidence on lending decisions and performance BPD in Indonesia in the last 10 years (2009-2018). The results show that managerial overconfidence has no significant effect on lending decisions (NPL-to-loan and loan change) and performance (ROA and ROE) of BPD in Indonesia. However, managerial overconfidence has a positive effect on NPL-to-Equity The effects of lending nploan and loanchange decisions have no positive effect on the performance (ROA and ROE) of BPD in Indonesia.

The general research objective to be achieved from this study is to determine the responsiveness of the Rejang Lebong Resort Police service in handling public complaints on reports of complaints of violence against women and children. Research respondents are people who access complaint services or have reported to the Polres / Polsek in the Rejang Lebong Polres working area, which were taken by using the proportional random sampling technique of 20% of the 8 units of the Rejang Lebong Polres. The number of respondents taken was as many as 64 people. The results show 1) Respond to every community applicant who wants to get service This indicator includes good attitudes and communication from the service providers of the Rejang Lebong Police to the community. 2) Police officer/officers provide good communication to the community and are friendly so that the community feels comfortable. Officers/apparatus perform services quickly. This indicator is the readiness and sincerity of the police officer/apparatus in serving the community. The officers/apparatus who perform services quickly can be seen from their alertness. 3) Regarding the indicator of accuracy in serving. the timeliness of services provided by police officer/officers is still not in accordance with the wishes of the community. Due to several reasons, namely the existence of a system of discrimination by police officers/officers. This makes the community less responsive or unkind. 4) the timeliness of services provided by police officers/officers is still not in accordance with the wishes of the community. Because of several things, namely the existence of a system of discrimination carried out by police officers/officers. Based on this, the Accuracy Indicator of serving is focus, serious and thorough in providing services to the community both in work and in conversation. The study aim to examine was to describe and analyze organizational culture, communication and organizational performance at the Bengkulu Province Youth and Sports Office. The sample in this study were 75 employees at the Youth and Sports Office of Bengkulu Province. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis used quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results of the study prove that the organizational culture at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Province, the dimensions of innovation and risk taking get an average rating on good criteria with a value of 3.69. Organizational culture dimensions of 3.89 in good criteria. The dimension of outcome orientation is 3.84 (Good). Organizational culture has a dimension of orientation with a value of 3.88 (Good). The organizational culture has a team orientation dimension of 4.08 (Good). Organizational culture dimensions of aggressiveness with an average value of 3.88 (Good). The organizational culture a dimension of stability with an average value of 3.98 (Good). Communication of employees at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Bengkulu Province is already good, this can be seen from the average score of 3.90. The results showed that the employee's response to communication the dimension of clarity (Clarity) had gone well with an average value of 3.94. Communication the dimension of accuracy has been going well with an average value of 3.79. Communication context dimension has gone well with an average value of 3.75. Communication flow dimension has been going well with an average value of 3.91. The cultural dimension of communication is 3.20 (Good Enough). The organizational performance at the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Bengkulu Province obtained an average score of 3.96 (Good). The organizational performance of the Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Bengkulu Province in the dimension of the percentage of youth who participate and play an active role in development with an average score of 3.93 (Good). The organizational performance dimension of the percentage of gifted sportsmen education with an average score of 3.93 (Good).
