Abstract

This report aims to understand effects of climate organization and foundation satisfaction leadership to work impact on the organization commitment on PASIAD foundation .This research is explanative quantitative .The population research is employees foundation PASIAD totaling 125 the and those used about 125 respondents , using sampling census .The methodology this used is path analysis. The result showed that the results of research using analysis the show that the climate the organization have an influence upon satisfaction PASIAD foundation in JAKARTA .Leadership foundation have had a positive impact on work satisfaction .This really shows you thing with a culture of the organization that have been carried out by the company to give satisfaction teacher at PASIAD foundation .Testing on variable influence climate organization against the commitment of the results that the climate organization had an influence on the commitment of the organization .The results of the study show that the foundation PASIAD leadership have had a positive impact on the commitment of the organization .With leadership applied by the foundation, it would impact on improving the commitment an organization of employees. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find the influence of customer relationship management and experiential marketing to customer satisfaction and its impact on customer loyalty PT Maddunia Wisata in Jakarta. Technique the sample collection the research uses judgment of sampling with the sample of the 225 consumers. Technique analysis the research uses sem-pls with software smartpls .The results of the study showed that customer relationship management significant to customer satisfaction to PT Maddunia Wisata, which means had been more effectively customer relationship management applied so will produce customer satisfaction higher. Variable experience marketing significant against customer satisfaction in PT Maddunia Wisata, which means been more effectively experience marketing applied will produce customer satisfaction higher.The findings showed that customer relationship management having influence positive and significantly to high low customer loyalty which means been more effectively customer relationship management applied will produce customer loyalty higher. Variable experience marketing having influence positive and significantly to high low customer loyalty in PT Maddunia Wisata, which means been more effectively experience marketing applied will produce customer loyalty higher. Based on the results of the analysis verifikatif, showed that customer satisfaction significant to customer loyalty This means the higher the level of satisfaction so will increase customer loyalty to PT Maddunia Wisata. Based on this fact, PT Maddunia Wisata can build strategy more effective relations, so that satisfaction will increase, which in turn would increase customer loyalty to companies and customer prospective other.

Abstract

This research is aimed to get an empirical proof of the effect locus of control and auditor’s performance have in regards to dysfunctional audit behavior with time budget pressure as moderator. The research was held at Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) DKI Jakarta located in East Jakarta. The sampling method used in this research is snowballing sampling. This research is a Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This research shows that locus of control has no effect on dysfunctional audit behavior because of the variety of auditor’s culture existing in BPKP DKI Jakarta, time budget pressure strengthens the effect of locus of control on dysfunctional audit behavior because time budget pressure motivates self-control in auditors employed by BPKP DKI Jakarta, auditor performance is negatively significant in relations to dysfunctional audit behavior because they work professionally, and time budget pressure weakens the effect of auditor performance on dysfunctional audit behavior because the our community is trenched in the Eastern tradition of not being able to handle pressures.

Abstract

Earnings management is the actions taken by management to affecting earnings report for a particular purpose. Earnings management practices are influenced by conflicts of interest between management and owners when all parties are trying to reach and maintain the desired level of prosperity. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence earnings management. The independent variables used were firm size, leverage, and profitability. The dependent variable used is earnings management. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with secondary data sourced from Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The samples used in this study were 50 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2014. The results of this study showed that the firm size have a significant positive influences on earnings management, but leverage and profitability didn’t have influence on earnings management.

Abstract

Audit delay the completion of the audit that the length of time is measured from the date of closing of the financial year until the issuance of the audit report signed by the auditor . Benefits of the financial statements will be reduced if the report is not available on time . This study examines the factors that affect audit delay including the audit committee , board of commissioners , and the external auditors . This study sampled banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange , with a sample of 90 for 3 years. This study was measured by using a multiple linear regression model . These results indicate that simultaneous audit committee , board of commissioners , and external auditors have a significant effect on audit delay . Partially , the audit committee , board of commissioners , and the external auditors have a significant effect on audit delay in banking companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange .

Abstract

This research is to test a theoretical model about the impact of the organizational climate as a result of servant leadership and conflict management towards organizational citizenship behavior with as mediator; the organizational commitment of PT Pegadaican (Pesero). The total number of respondents was 213 consisting of employees of the Central Office, the Jakarta I Area Office and the Jakarta II Area Office. To collect the data, the instrument utilized was a Linkert Technique scale questionnaire, after which the data was processed using a Lisrel 8.72 software version deploying applicative statistics using The Sructural Equation Model (SEM), and for analysis Confimatory Factor Analys Confimatory and Factor Analys technique was used. As the result it could be concluded that the hypothesis of the research is in accordance with the theoretical model about the impact of servant leadership, and conflict management on organizational citizenship behavior with as mediator the organizational commitment of the PT. Pegadaian (Pesero); the data did support this accordance and could be accepted. The same was the case for the structural equation hypotheses, and in general it could be concluded that the organizational climate created by servant leadership had a direct, positive and significant impact on organizational citizen behavior, and that conflict management had an direct positive but insignificant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the organizational climate, servant leadership and conflict management had direct and positive impact on organizational commitment and the organizational climate, servant leadership and conflict management had an indirect, positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior through the mediator of organizational commitment.
