The focus discussion of the journal is highlighting aspects related to Islamic Education and Religious. The journal is published biannually in June and December. This journal is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge for the user or his/her institution, and allowing anyone to submit research results in the form of articles directly. Abstract

Askes hukum Islam agar dapat menjawab berbagai permasalahan zaman yang sangat maju dan modern, berbagai persoalan hukum dibidang kesehatan seperti transpalantasi secara proposional belum seluruhnya dibicarakan oleh fuqaha terlebih dahulu, sebagai penerapan dari MAQASID SYARI”AH dengan mengambil contoh transpalantasi yang dilakukan oleh para dokter ahli dengan tujuan tertentu untuk menyelamatkan seseorang serta terdapat kemaslahatan bersamanya, sehingga diadakan transpalantasi untuk menyelamatkan jiwa misalnya, namun hal tersebut dengan ketentuan-ketentuan yang berlaku dalam syariat
