"هناك اختلاف بين الأفراد في الحديث والقراءة والكتابة حتى في حالة انتمائهم لوسط اجتماعي واحد. وللطلبة كفائاة لغوية مختلفة، فلا بد للمدرس من اختيار واستخدام الطريقة أو الاستراتيجية التعليمية المناسبة لهم. وينبغي على المدرس تقديم التشجيع في كل لقاء من اللقاءات التعليمية، ولا يمل في تقديمها لأن الطلبة يحتاجون إلى تشجيع مستمر."

Abstract

Public relations, or PR, is the art of creating better understanding among the public so that it can increase public trust in certain individuals or institutions. In the context of educational institutions, public relations are a part of management related to interactions between educational institutions and the community. The purpose of the discussion is to find out the implementation of strategic management in educational institutions and public relations management in Islamic educational institutions. This discussion uses literature using the literature study method. data collection techniques, namely documentation such as books, journals, magazines, and others. Results of the discussion: 1) In implementing school public relations strategies, there needs to be an appropriate strategy to achieve educational goals, especially in increasing parent participation. One way to increase the participation of parents of students is to build a good relationship between the school and parents. 2) Humanitarian management in educational institutions itself is defined as a process of planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, mobilizing, communicating, and evaluating that involves all stakeholders in the school environment to achieve educational goals effectively and efficiently. The essence of implementing public relations management in Islamic boarding schools is almost the same as that of other Islamic public relations institutions, namely designing public relations activities based on the values of Al-Qur’an and Al-Hadith.

Abstract

Keterampilan berbicara termasuk keterampilan yang tidak mudah dan sederhana, baik untuk guru atau untuk siswa.Ada beberapa kesulitan dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran berbicara.Berdasarkan pengalaman dan pengamatan pada penelitian terdahulu dalam kegiatan kelas, peneliti menemukan beberapa masalah.Di antaranya adalah siswa merasa takut dan gugup ketika mereka ingin berbicara atau berkomunikasi di depan teman sekelas mereka. Selain itu, para siswa tidak memiliki ide atau inisiatif untuk berbicara kecuali jika dia bertanya kepada mereka, atau ketika mereka memiliki ide, mereka tidak tahu bagaimana mengekspresikan ide. Itu karena kurangan kosakata, kurangnya pemahaman pola gramatikal, dan kurangnya latihan berbicara.penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah storytelling memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kreativitas dan kemampuanberbicara pada anak sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Lampihong. peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu metode eksperimental, metode ini dipilih untuk menguji hipotesis yang diberikan, penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelompok; kelompok pertama akan menjadi kelompok kontrol dan kelompok kedua akan menjadi kelompok eksperimen. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berdasarkan hasil analisa kuantitatif, maka diketahui bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan berbicara pada anak yang awalnya nilai mean 377,15 dan SD 34,459 pada kelompok eksperimen menjadi mean 446,45 dan SD 45,367. Begitupun pada kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapat perlakuan juga mengalami peningkatan namun tidak setinggi hasil yang dicapai oleh kelompok eksperimen. Media storytelling atau bercerita cukup efektif digunakan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara pada siswa dengan tingkat signifikan p 0,000 yang berarti sangat signifikan.

Abstract

The Abbasid Daulah or what we know as the Bani Abbasids was the third Islamic caliphate after the Umayyahds, the Abbasids ruled between 750-1258 AD, apart from being the longest caliphate in Islam, namely five centuries. The Abbasids also succeeded in making Islam the center of world knowledge. During this period, Islam achieved glory in various fields, including science. Progress in this field began with translating foreign manuscripts or books, especially Greek, into Arabic. The founding of the Abbasid Daula was motivated by chaos within the Umayyad Daula caused by the caliphs, including: Abdullah Al-Saffah ibn Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Abdullah ibn Al-Abbas, Abu Ja’far with the title Al-Mansur. Al-Qubbah Al-Khadhra’, Al-Saffah was the first caliphthe Abbasids, whose descendants were Abdullah ibn Al-Abbas, who was a friend of the prophet, were also transmitters of hadith.

Abstract

The Arabic Language curriculum at the Junior High School level plays a central role in developing students' abilities to understand and use the language. Analyzing the curriculum at this level becomes important to evaluate the extent to which the materials, approaches, and teaching methods can meet the needs and abilities of students. The implementation of the Arabic language curriculum can vary depending on the context, learning objectives, and characteristics of the learners, making it important to have a flexible curriculum that can be adapted to the needs of the students according to the developments and challenges perceived by the teachers. SMP Darul Hijrah Putri is part of Pondok Pesantren Darul Hijrah Putri where the educators are alumni of Pondok Modern Gontor, thus the curriculum adopted is also the Gontor curriculum, namely KMI (Kulliyatul Mualimin Al-Islamiyah).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola konflik di sekolah. Metode yang digunakan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah dan Bunda PAUD IT Quratul A`yun. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: sumber-sumber konflik berasal dari manusia, jenis-jenis konflik berasal dari 1) diri sendiri dengan kelompok, 2) sendiri dengan kelompok. 3) konflik antara dua individu atau lebih (konflik interpersonal). Peran kepala sekolah dalam penanganan konflik Paud IT Quratul A`yun yaitu dengan cara perubahan struktur organisasi antara lain dengan penjabaran memakai strategi 1). Mediation penanganan konfik pertama, 2) Mediation penanganan konflik kedua, 3) tawar- menawar (Kompromi) penanganan konflik ketiga.

Abstract

In this era of modernization, many Muslims tend to overlook the rich history of Islamic civilization, particularly during the leadership of the Khulafaur Rasyidin. This period, which took place after the death of Prophet Muhammad, is of great significance and holds valuable lessons for Muslims to learn from and apply in their lives. Thus, this article aims to shed light on the civilization of the Khulafaur Rasyidin, specifically Abu Bakar ash-Shiddiq, Umar, Utsman, and Ali, and their dedication to Islamic civilization at that time. Through literature review and various references, qualitative research has been conducted to highlight the main points of this article. Firstly, the Khulafaur Rasyidin were Islamic scholars who took over the responsibilities of the Prophet in governing the state. Their leadership styles and contributions to the Islamic society differed. Abu Bakar's leadership was centralized, Umar's was democratic, Utsman's achievements included infrastructure development, and Ali's government faced challenges due to internal conflicts. It is important to understand and learn from the leadership styles and political structures of the Khulafaur Rasyidin, as it contributed to the advancement of Islamic civilization during their 30-year reign. This knowledge will allow Muslims to draw inspiration and guidance for contemporary times.

Abstract

اللغة والمجتمع هما شيئان لا يمكن فصلهما منذ تطوير اللغة مبكرا ، إنَ وجود اللغة نفسها من جزء خلق النبي آدم عليه السلام. وطوال الحياة البشرية نفسها لا يوجد فراغ في استخدام اللغة، أنَ اللغة هي أداة لتبادل الأفكار بين الأفراد والقبائل والبلدان والقارات. اللغة هي أداة للتعبير عن المشاعر (العواطف) ، والأفكار أو الآراء ، ومنظور بعض الناس لبعض الأشخاص الآخرين. لذلك ، يقول علماء اللغة في علم اللغة الاجتماعي: إن هذه اللغة هي جزء من ظاهرة المجتمع، وبسبب هذه الظاهرة، فإن التقسيم للمجتمع هو العامل الخارج الذي يؤثر اللغة لشخص بآثر كبير، أمَا من مرحلة التعليم أو مرحلة الاقتصاد أو مرحلة الجنسية أو مرحلة العمر أو مرحلة البيئة. يتعلم علماء اللغة لغات مع المناهج العلمية أخرى مثل علم الاجتماع وعلم النفس والسياسة والاقتصاد وغيرها. ثم تطوَر علم اللغة و علوم الأخرى، بحيث أصبحت تُعرف الآن باسم علم اللغة النفسي وعلم اللغة الاجتماعي وغيرها من العلوم التي تدعم تطبيق تعليم اللغة الثانية للطلبة اليوم.

Abstract

An effective staff development model in Islamic education\al institutions is crucial to improving the quality of education and achieving institutional goals. In this article, we will examine the key elements of creating an effective staff development model. Factors such as identification of training needs, improvement of pedagogical skills, and engagement in professional development activities were integral to the design of the model. Integrating Islamic values and an in-depth understanding of the context of Islamic education are important points in designing this model. Apart from that, leadership support, performance evaluation, and career development are also taken into account. It is hoped that this model can provide a solid foundation for developing quality staff in Islamic educational institutions so that they are able to make a positive contribution to the overall education of Muslims.

Abstract

A teacher's creativity is important for the teaching and learning process to run well. Teacher creativity is also important in achieving student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine teacher creativity in efforts to increase student motivation when learning. This research is a qualitative descriptive research in which data collection was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. From the results of this research, the author can conclude that teacher creativity in increasing student learning motivation is effective in increasing student motivation, this is proven by the increase in student learning outcomes at the end of the semester by getting grades above the average. Other evidence can be seen from the students' activeness when participating in the teaching and learning process even though there is a lack of school facilities.
