Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and bornout on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive survey research. The research design is a causal research design. The population of this study were 185 respondents in the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Rembang Regency. Proportional Random Sampling technique. The sample size was 126 respondents. The data collection method used a questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results and implications of this study are the workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, that is, the lower the workload, the more it increases the employee's performance. Burnout has a significant negative effect on performance, namely the lower the burnout, the better the performance. Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Burnout has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja dan bornout terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan penelitian survei deskriptif. Desain penelitian adalah desain penelitian kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 185 responden di Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa Kabupaten Rembang. Teknik Proportional Random Sampling. Besar sampel adalah 126 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil dan implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, yaitu semakin rendah beban kerja maka semakin meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja, yaitu semakin rendah burnout maka semakin baik kinerjanya. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Burnout berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The performance of regional governments can be influenced by various factors, including internal control systems, regional financial management and organizational commitment. The study aims to analyze the effect of internal control systems on organizational commitment, regional financial management on organizational commitment, internal control systems on local government performance, regional financial management on performance, organizational commitment to performance, the effect of internal control systems on local government performance through organizational commitment, the influence of regional financial management on the performance of local governments through organizational commitment to employees in Jepara District, Jepara Regency.This research is explanatory research. The research subjects were all employees at the village and village offices in Jepara sub-district, Jepara Regency with a total sample of 152 employees. The instrument for collecting data was a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing is analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).The results of the study stated that the system of internal control and regional financial management affects the performance of local governments. The internal control system and regional financial management influence the organizational commitment. Organizational commitment influences the performance of local government. Internal control systems and regional financial management affect the performance of local governments through organizational commitment.Keywords: internal control system, regional financial management, organizational commitment, local government performance.Kinerja pemerintah daerah dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya yaitu sistem pengendalian intern, pengelolaan keuangan daerah dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern terhadap komitmen organisasi, pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap komitmen organisasi, sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah, pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap terhadap kinerja,  komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja,  pengaruh sistem pengendalian intern terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasi, pengaruh pengelolaan keuangan daerah terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasi pada pegawai di Kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara.Penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Subyek penelitian adalah semua pegawai pada kantor kelurahan dan desa di kecamatan Jepara Kabupaten Jepara dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 152 pegawai. Instrumen proses pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis dianalisis menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah. Sistem pengendalian intern dan pengelolaan keuangan daerah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah daerah melalui komitmen organisasional

Abstract

 This research has the purpose of examining the implementation of Total Quality Management and Teamwork through organization culture in improving managerial performance in the neighborhood of Sunan Kalijaga District of Demak. The research population is 276 employees. Sample of 220 respondents. Data types and resources use primary data and secondary data. Test instruments using validity tests, reliability tests. Data analysis using SEM AMOS version 23. Based on the results of the study concluded that Total Quality Management, Team Work directly influence positive and significant of organizational culture and managerial performance. Indirectly the organizational culture variables are able to provide added value or become a mediation variable between Total Quality Management, Team Work to managerial performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan meneliti Implementasi Total Quality Management dan Teamwork  melalui Budaya Organisasi dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Manajerial  di Lingkungan RSUD Sunan Kalijaga Kabupaten Demak. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 276 pegawai. Sampel sebanyak 220 responden. Jenis dan sumber data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan SEM AMOS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Total Quality Management, Team Work berpengaruh secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi dan kinerja manajerial. Secara tidak langsung variabel budaya organisasi mampu memberikan nilai tambah atau menjadi variabel mediasi antara Total Quality Management, Team Work terhadap Kinerja Manajerial.

Abstract

 This study aims to analyze OCB employees of PDAM Tirta Bening Kabupaten Pati. Exogenous variables consist of work environment, material compensation, and servant leadership, while endogenous variables consist of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. In this study a proportional random sampling method was used, 150 employees as research respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire instrument, while data analysis techniques used the SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) method. The results showed that the work environment had no effect on organizational commitment, material compensation had no effect on organizational commitment, the servant leadership had a significant effect on organizational commitment, the work environment had no effect on OCB, material compensation had no effect on OCB, the servant leadership had no effect on OCB, and organizational commitment has no effect on OCB.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis OCB pegawai PDAM Tirta Bening Kabupaten Pati. Variabel eksogen terdiri dari lingkungan kerja, kompensasi materil, dan the servant leadership, sedangkan variabel endogen terdiri dari komitmen organisasional dan organizational citizenship behavior. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode proportional random sampling, 150 pegawai sebagai responden penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan metode SEM (Structure Equation Modelling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, kompensasi materil tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional, the servant leadership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, kompensasi materil tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, the servant leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB, dan komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap OCB

Abstract

This research has the purpose of analyzing the communication, Self Esteem Self Efficacy to the job satisfaction and the impact on the performance of nurses in the ' Aisyiyah Kudus Hospital. The research population is 146 nurses. Sample research of 120 respondents, sampling techniques using proportional sampling. Test the data instrument using validity and reliability tests. Analytical techniques used in AMOS SEM. Based on the results of the analysis shows that communication, self esteem and self efficacy to job satisfaction as well as to the performance of the nurse has a significant positive direct influence. That job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between communication to nurse performance. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self esteem on the performance of nurses. Job satisfaction is able to increase or reinforce the direct influence between self efficacy to performance.Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan menganalisis Komunikasi, Self Esteem Self Efficacyterhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Dampaknya Terhadap Kinerja Perawat di Rumah SakitAisyiyah Kudus. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 146 perawat. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 responden, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional sampling. Uji instrument data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan menggunakan AMOS SEM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi self esteem dan self efficacy terhadap kepuasan kerja maupun terhadap kinerja perawat mempunyai pengaruh langsung yang positif signifikan. bahwa kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara komunikasi terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self esteem terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepuasan kerja mampu menambah atau memperkuat pengaruh langsung antara self efficacy terhadap kinerja.
