Abstract

PLN (Persero) is a state-owned organization owned by the majority of the public that has the capacity as a provider of electricity frameworks spread throughout Indonesia. The most common way to check customer complaints is by using the website in particular to provide information. Where this takes a few minutes to take care of customer complaints more quickly and accurately. So it can contribute with information to utilize websites that make information more coordinated with PCs which makes it easier to track information, process information, and report customer complaints quickly. This exploration provides an outline of the timeliness spent on filing customer complaints by utilizing a website-based framework. With this website-based framework, it will facilitate the process of inputting data for a more accurate information so that it can work in the most common way of finding and providing clearer information and all the data is more accurate, it can be formed according to customer wishes. One of the methods that can be used to measure customer complaints is the servqual method. This method makes a thorough evaluation of customer complaints,. The evaluation is completed in 5 components of administrative quality, namely: Tangibles (direct evidence), Reliability (reliability), Responsiveness (responsiveness), Assurance (assurance), Emphaty (attention). Customer dissatisfaction exists due to an imbalance between customer expectations and perceived service performance.

Abstract

Currently, technology has been present in helping to facilitate human work so that human work is easier and more effective. The role of technology in various aspects of activities can be understood. Technology has penetrated into the financial sector by using intelligent systems. One of the smart system technologies is the DANA application. The DANA application is an abbreviation of Dompet Digital Indonesia which is based on a mobile application. The various conveniences offered, from buying food, topping up credit, and paying bills have made many people use them, especially the younger generation. Sometimes, we want to measure the level of user satisfaction of the DANA application so that we can find out how easy and friendly the DANA application is. For this reason, a research is needed to determine customer satisfaction or the user of the DANA application. The method that can be used to determine the level of customer or user satisfaction is to apply the technology acceptance model (TAM) method. This model is a model of acceptance of information technology systems that will be used by users. This research is expected to provide the optimal solution in analyzing customer satisfaction or DANA application users

Abstract

In companies engaged in advertising, the role of designers is very important for the sustainability of a project, designers must always be able to realize new innovations in every work carried out. The role of a reliable designer in the company is quite large, so that the acceptance of prospective new designers to accompany every job that is done in the company really requires a serious selection. This study discusses the selection of designer candidates who at least match the existing criteria, so that they cannot be accepted by the company, this research was appointed based on the difficulty of the company's personnel in selecting prospective designers manually. Data analysis was carried out so that it could determine the criteria of existing alternatives, and weighted using the ROC method and determining the ranking using the Vikor method. The results of this study are in the form of ranking at the end of the smallest order so that prospective designer candidates are obtained who do not match the criteria required by the company.

Abstract

The presence of the current era of globalization, revolution and industrial technology, we can see with the booming of applications that can facilitate various human activities. Many applications are currently emerging that play a role in almost every area of ​​human life, both in daily life and in the field of human work by offering various superior features, such as the pospay application. The Pospay application is a smartphone application with Android and iOS operating systems that is provided to customers as a digital channel to access Giropos services and other financial transaction services independently. However, until now there has not been an analysis to find out about the assessment of customer satisfaction from the use of the application. The method that can be used in assessing customer satisfaction is the concept of technology acceptance model (TAM) method. Therefore, this research is deemed necessary to find out about the customer satisfaction of the Pospay application using the TAM method.

Abstract

Honorary workers are employees who have not been appointed as permanent employees who receive an honorarium every month from the agency or company where they work. SMK N 1 Balige is one of the schools that still needs honorary teachers. Each school certainly makes policies to create a teaching and learning process between teachers and students that is more conducive and optimal. One of the policies of SMK N 1 Balige is to select the best honorary teachers. This policy can encourage honorary teachers to work more professionally. However, this assessment is still carried out manually so that it affects the results of decisions that are not objective. Then a decision support system is needed by applying two methods, namely the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods to produce accurate decisions and get the best alternative from the input matrix. The ARAS method is used as the ranking for the final results and the ROC method is used for weighting. The application of a decision support system using the ROC method is able to give weight to each criterion that will be used in the ARAS method calculation process. By applying the ARAS method, the best alternative was produced in the name of Donna Napitupulu with alternative code A3 with a result of 0.976 followed by alternative A1 in the name of Anita Teresia Sianipar with a result of 0.929.
