Abstract

Perkembangan restoran atau cafe yang sangat pesat di kota Medan membuat beberapa pencinta kopi dan makanan berbondong-bondong mencari tempat yang nyaman dan sesuai dengan selera. Beberapa pemilik cafe berlomba memberikan pelayanan yang mangkus dan terbaik untuk menarik pelanggan setianya. Pada beberapa situasi pemilik cafe terkadang memiliki kesulitan dalam menentukan menu makanan yang sesuai untuk dijadikan menu andalan cafe tersebut. Dengan melihat kemajuan dibidang teknologi komputer tentunya dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi suatu kebutuhan yang dapat menjadi sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan menu terbaik. Oleh sebab itu akan dilakukan riset pada cafe Ateku sebagai mitra riset. Setelah dilakukan ujicoba dari 15 menu yang tersedia dengan menggunakan AHP dengan nilai perangkingan tertinggi adalah sebesar 0,0420 dengan menu Hotplate Fried Rice sedangkan ujicoba menggunakan WP memiliki nilai paling tinggi sebesar 0,087016 dengan menu Combo Burger Ayam Crispy. Walaupun hasil yang diperoleh berbeda namun dalam pendukung keputusan yang ada dinyatakan cukup akurat.

Abstract

One of the regencies in North Sumatra, specifically the Serdang Bedagai Regency, has many exciting beach attractions for the public to visit. Each beach attraction offers its own excellence. In this circumstance, it could be a hesitation which to decide on, considering that there are a great number of beaches lying in the Serdang Bedagai Regency. This research uses five criteria such as facilities, security, hygiene, road access, and price. As well as the alternatives of several beach attractions such as Pondok Indah beach, Mutiara beach, Klang beach, Cermin beach, Romantic beach, Gudang Garam beach, Sri Mersing beach, Bali Lestari beach, Wong Rame beach, and Cemara Kembar beach. Therefore, a system is built to be used for the public in deciding on beach attractions by applying a recommendation system for selecting any beach attractions. According to the calculations in table 3.3 with the RPI as the reference value. The highest RPI value among beach attractions is the Bali Lestari beach with an RPI value of 1, the second is Romantic beach with an RPI value of 0.462, and Cermin beach with an RPI value of 0.462

Abstract

As you know, every woman really wants beauty or beauty in something, especially beauty in herself. In general, everyone already knows that what can make a woman physically beautiful is cosmetics. Sales of cosmetic tools such as lipstick, powder, or other tools. Items like this are often purchased by women in general. Tools in cosmetics can change the appearance of an ordinary woman in general to be extraordinary. Many items or cosmetic equipment purchased by women cannot be separated from the calculation of data on each sale of cosmetic equipment. Here we will find out how to calculate sales of cosmetic equipment data. The right way to find out the calculation of cosmetic tools is by using the Hash Based Algorithm. In this Hash Based Algorithm there is a minimum support value, minimum confidence value and amount of data. By using the Hash Based Algorithm we can find out the calculation or amount of data on cosmetic sales correctly. After 3 iterations, 1 address remains in the hash table with 3-itemset. Obtained frequent itemset for 3-itemset, namely (Face Cleanser, Nail Polish, Eyeshadow) with support count = 2

Abstract

Koperasi Unit Desa Hemat in collaboration with PT. Sago Nauli to process the results of oil palm plantations owned by local residents with a plasma oil palm plantation system, namely oil palm plantations owned by residents whose maintenance and development are carried out by PT. Sago Nauli through the mediation of Koperasi Unit Desa Hemat. manages 684 plots of land or the equivalent of 1368 hectares of oil palm land, and has 762 active members. The remaining Production Results (SHP) are always distributed to members of the oil palm land owners regularly in the middle of the month. Each member has a book that is used as evidence as well as a book to write down the distribution of SHP data. The writing in the book still uses a manual method so it is prone to errors or data falsification. Therefore a computer-based system is needed to minimize errors or falsification of data. Another obstacle faced is the unstable supply of electricity and frequent blackouts, making the use of electrically sourced electronic goods vulnerable to damage. Therefore, a reliable information system is needed that can be used to overcome errors that occur and can withstand unstable and frequent power outages. The implementation of this training program lasted for 2 days, due to the limited time of the participants in this community service activity. the implementation of activities is carried out at the Savings Village Unit Office. The training program is carried out by explaining as well as simulating the use of the SHP payment information system. By knowing and understanding the steps for using the Remaining Production Payment Information System (SHP), the management of the Cahaya Village Cooperative Unit no longer needs to record transactions manually to book members, printing member books can be done through the system that has been built.

Abstract

The author examines the Smart Pure Vocational School, because the school has problems in assessing the performance of the best honorary teachers. Where the presence of a large number of teachers, of course, affects the speed of the assessment process and the accuracy in assessing the performance of the best honorary teachers. So the researchers created a decision support system that could assist the school in the process of evaluating honorary teacher performance. In a decision support system that is carried out using the MAUT method with Entropy weighting, where Entopy weighting is used to determine the criterion weight value of each predetermined criterion while the MAUT method is used to produce ranking results based on the alternatives and criteria that have been determined. So the results obtained from the decision support system that has been built using the MAUT calculation method with Entropy weighting, are very aimed at facilitating the Smart Pure Vocational School in the process of evaluating the performance of the best honorary teachers objectively, quickly and precisely. So as to produce results with a value of 0.9611 from alternative A12 on behalf of Siti Maimunah.

Abstract

Honorary workers are employees who have not been appointed as permanent employees who receive an honorarium every month from the agency or company where they work. SMK N 1 Balige is one of the schools that still needs honorary teachers. Each school certainly makes policies to create a teaching and learning process between teachers and students that is more conducive and optimal. One of the policies of SMK N 1 Balige is to select the best honorary teachers. This policy can encourage honorary teachers to work more professionally. However, this assessment is still carried out manually so that it affects the results of decisions that are not objective. Then a decision support system is needed by applying two methods, namely the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) and Rank Order Centroid (ROC) methods to produce accurate decisions and get the best alternative from the input matrix. The ARAS method is used as the ranking for the final results and the ROC method is used for weighting. The application of a decision support system using the ROC method is able to give weight to each criterion that will be used in the ARAS method calculation process. By applying the ARAS method, the best alternative was produced in the name of Donna Napitupulu with alternative code A3 with a result of 0.976 followed by alternative A1 in the name of Anita Teresia Sianipar with a result of 0.929.

Abstract

Online and offline buying and selling transactions require evaluation so that they can continue to grow. Products that have been sold have various categories, so the turnover of each product is different. This becomes the basis for evaluating future business strategies. However, turnover information for each product that is still processed manually will result in various risks such as inaccurate data, inaccurate calculation of category criteria, and inefficient time. The MAUT method is used in this research process because the calculation of the best-selling product category based on sales requires an appropriate and appropriate method. The criteria used in the calculation include price, sales, returns, and product evaluation. The results of the research on the MAUT method with 10 sample data on pillowcase products based on the color and pattern of the fabric that match the criteria can help calculate the highest turnover and produce alternative best-selling products. The product alternative with the highest final utility value, namely 0.308, is categorized as the best-selling product and has the highest sales turnover within 1 year. The calculation system is capable of processing the maximum amount of product data efficiently and quickly, so there are no obstacles such as manual calculations

Abstract

Data and information in the development of digital technology have an important role. Every activity or activity that uses digital technology is related to data and information, so information security and data confidentiality are very important. To maintain information security and data confidentiality, protection with cryptographic techniques is needed. Cryptographic techniques are related to encryption, which is where the process of scrambling data is carried out and hiding data with a key system, while decryption is the process of changing the condition of the data to its original form so that it is easy to understand. There are obstacles and problems ini digital communication, so cryptographic techniques are needed that have higher level of security and can be applied in digital communications. To determine the level of security in cryptographic techniques required frequency anlysis. Frequency analysis on the NGG and GGHN algorithms is carried out to determine the level of information security based on the results of data encryption. BAse on the testing process on the NGG and GGHN algorithms, it will be known that the frequency of characters in the text varies. The more characters used in the key will affect the level of information security. The NGG algorithm has a higher level of security than the GGHN algorithm with a precentage difference of 0.000299967%. If the frequency of occurrence of characters in the message text that has been encrypted is more frequent or higher, then the level of information security in the message is lower and the password is easier to crack.

Abstract

Nurul Izzah Kindergarten is one of the kindergartens located in Deli Tua District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. Nurul Izzah Kindergarten has an educational concept of learning either religion or other general education without losing the playful children's world. However, the Deli Tua District community in Deli Serdang Regency is not very familiar with Nurul Izzah Kindergarten, therefore promotion is needed. In this matter, a decision support system is necessary on aiming to recommend the priority of media promotions using the MOORA method. The MOORA method is used to calculate the weight value of each attribute, then the process of which alternative ranking is the most recommended according to the results of the highest Yi calculation, some of these alternatives are Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Brochures, and Posters. For recommendations for promotional media, several criteria are required such as the cost, reach, attractiveness, and completeness of information. Based on the calculation of the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization based on Ratio Analysis) method for each alternative, the highest Yi is Tiktok with 0.3306 and the second highest Yi is Instagram with 0.2956.
