Abstract

One of Bugis Makassar culture or ritual routinely performed each year in agricultural activities (harvest) by all farmers is Mappadendang. This ritual is performed as a form of joy and gratitude to the Creator, for agricultural crops. Mappadendang also intended to preserve the cultural heritage of their ancestors. Mappadendang in Pinrang has the high philosophy and as a means of ancestor in strengthening the unity and integrity. The importance of cooperation in traditional ritual Mappadendang, including carrying values of the Islamic economic system, are serious work in finding halal sustenance, forming society with solid social order, fairness of income distribution which can remove the monopoly system, and the freedom of individual in social welfare.

Abstract

The cost for pilgrimage (BPIH) has always changed over the years following the economic circumstances. This research attempts to analyze two external factors, i.e. oil price and exchange rate which are predicted to influence the BPIH in Indonesia. Using vector autoregressive (VAR), it is found that oil price has related with BPIH while exchange rate, relying on annual exchange rate data, has no relation with BPIH. Further, based on variance decomposition function, the contribution of oil price and exchange rate to BPIH is around 9.8% and 6.93% respectvely. This finding suggests that both factors do not give major influences on the rate of BPIH in Indonesia.rcumstances. Abstract

This research wants to prove the influence of religiosity on purchasing decisions of sharia insurance, with the marketing mix as a moderator variable. There are four aspects of marketing mix that have been observed such as location, price, promotion, and product. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to participants of sharia insurance. Data were analyzed by SPSS. The result showed that the factor of religiosity, by placing the marketing mix as a moderator variable, reinforce on purchasing decision rather than no marketing mix.

Abstract

Fiqh is not Al-Quran and Al-Hadith that can not be change tenses and its meaning, but fiqh only an ijtihad product and that the priests schools whose source is taken from the Quran and Al-Hadith. Likewise fiqh is not filled with the teachings of the monotheistic doctrine, but it elastic and dynamic in its application. The fall of the Qur’an, or better known and the emergence of Al- Hadith in Mekkah and Madinah are very different situations and conditions with Indonesia. The legal rulings product that was born when the course is also different from the product that appears on Indonesian fiqh. One reason is the social interaction and the circumstancesthat exist, thereby causing product also different fiqh law.

Abstract

The obligation of zakat in Islam is the most effective and strategic way to develop into an important instrument in improving the welfare of poor people. Zakat is able to empower the economy of the poor people. The potential of zakat can be function optimally and efficiently if zakat management institutions have qualified strategy to face many obstacles or classic constraints which are still maintained by the management of zakat. Management skills, accountability, integrity, and mandate are the principal capital in managing zakat. In addition, utilization of zakat and mentoring or coaching through mustahik are also very important matters. Therefore, zakat management institutions should continue to perform variety of strategies to achieve the purpose of zakat in changing mustahik to become muzaki. The strategies of zakat management are make the habit of paying zakat, creative and smart in collecting zakat, creative form of distribution, qualified human resources, and make the programs which focus on blueprint for the development of zakat.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the current phenomenon of divorce by young spouses who have short marriage, to discover the underlying factors causing early divorce, and to know how the judge resolves the case of early divorce. The word "early" in the title refers to the spouses who have short marriage, In fact, the inability of the spouses to face the reality of life made them difficult to adjust the various problems in the young age marriage. They have been sued each other to divorce even they have less than one year of marriage. They should reconsider their decision to divorce. This case can be seen in the Religious Court of Pekalongan. There were 24 cases of divorce in the young age of marriage in Religious Court in Pekalongan in 2013.
