Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance in Bekasi Regency. Using a quantitative method with a probability sampling technique in the form of simple random sampling, this study collected data from 74 respondents through questionnaires distributed using g-form. Data analysis was carried out using the algorithm and bootstrapping methods with SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 2.211> 1.99 and a P-value of 0.027 <0.05. Work stress also showed a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 4.121> 1.99 and a P-value of 0.000 <0.05. The R-square value of 0.323 indicates that workload and work stress have a 32% effect on employee performance, while the remaining 68% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This study concluded that controlled workload and work stress can improve employee performance, but need to be maintained at ideal levels to maintain optimal productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the influence of emotional intelligence on work-life balance, by considering the role of organizational culture as a mediating variable and employee welfare as a moderation variable. Emotional intelligence, which refers to the ability to manage the emotions of oneself and others, is believed to have an influence on an individual's ability to maintain a balance between personal and professional life. However, this relationship can be mediated by an organizational culture that supports or hinders work-life balance, as well as moderated by employee well-being levels. This research is important to conduct considering the importance of maintaining a balance of life for employee welfare and organizational productivity. By understanding the role of emotional intelligence, organizational culture, and employee well-being in influencing work-life balance, organizations can develop more effective strategies and policies to support employees in achieving optimal life balance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dual role conflict, work stress and workload on the quality of employee performance in manufacturing companies in Jababeka. This study uses a survey method with a Likert scale-based questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using a structural equation model based on Partial Least Square with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of the analysis show that dual role conflict, work stress and workload do not have a significant effect on the quality of employee performance. This finding indicates that employees are able to manage the pressure from the three factors within reasonable limits so that it does not have a negative impact on their performance. This study concludes that other factors such as leadership, motivation or organizational culture may have a greater effect on performance. These findings are expected to be input for companies to develop more effective human resource management strategies and become a reference for further research that can expand the scope of variables or analysis methods to explore the influence of various factors on employee performance.

The interaction between government spending and public consumption reinforces each other, where increased consumption drives production and income, which in turn improves people's welfare. Through this analysis, this article highlights the importance of the government's active role in managing expenditure to support sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.
