Abstract

Health is one of main yardstick of national development and prosperity a nation. Unhappily knowledge about health has not is national policy that have been involve public and decision maker. To realize degree of optimal health for every people, required low support for implementation of various activities in health area. Shortly to realize degree of optimal health for every people continually, required seriously attention for the implementation of national development which with vision of health. Basically health law convergent at rights to healthcare as social base rights. Relates to thing which has been explained before, protection of law to patient and also health officer shall be arranged in separate law. This special arrangement required for both of patient and health officer ones. Kata Kunci: Tanggungjawab, Hukum, Etika Profesi, Kesehatan.

Abstract

Basically, even constitutionally Islam is not legal as state religion, but in reality, Indonesia state has many adopting Islam principles in our life, nation and societal. Thereby it\'s fair if islam criminal law that written in tadition of Islam and has been applied at Islam state in world, applied also in Indonesia. Applying of Islam crime law utterly, as wanted by Islam thinkers, likely difficult to be done in Indonesia, and if happened only miracle which can answer it. However contribution of Islam criminal law in positive law image cannot be overrulerd off hand.many things which only be recognized in islam crime law then strats recognized in our positive law. Kata Kunci: Perkembangan, hukum, pidana, Islam, Univikasi.

Abstract

Generally, implementation of a development project requires law peripheral in the form of agreement. Agreement is important to give a legal fundament in activity to finalizing building project till finish. Basically, every party involving in an implementation of construction contract is main party that have signing up construction, that is bath of employer and developer ones. To be able to the happening of contractual terms between construction service feeders and construction service user hence they must bind itself in an agreement based on principle of agreement reached.
