Abstract

Total Rice Production in Sihotang Stores must be in accordance with the existing demand and supply, if the amount of production that is not appropriate will result in shop losses because there is no analysis of buyer requirements for product demand and supply. Sihotang Rice Store is a domestic industry that produces rice only estimates the needs of buyers . In producing rice, only estimating the buyer's needs is not certain that the buyer's needs are not met or exceeded. In the analysis, the amount of production in the Store uses the Tsukamoto Fuzzy logic method. Data were analyzed based on demand, supply and amount of production that was never carried out by the Sihotang Rice Shop. In Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Conclusion Drawing method, each consequence of a rule must be represented by a set of Fuzzy with monotonous membership functions, as a result, the output of the inference of each rule is given explicitly with a predicate, the final result obtained using a weighted average.

Abstract

The maximum profit is obtained from maximum sales. If the number of products produced by this home-based chip business is less than the amount of demand, this home-based business will lose the opportunity to get the maximum profit and vice versa. Therefore, planning the number of products in this home chip business is very important. In order to meet market demand precisely and with the appropriate amount. Factors that need to be considered in determining the number of products, among others: the amount of inventory and the amount of demand. The writing and discussion in this study is about the Application of Fuzzy Logic Sugeno Method to Determine the Amount of Purchase of home chips. To create a program design that can be expected to be applied and used, so that it helps the process of determining the amount of production based on inventory data and the amount of demand on a home-based chip business. Fuzzy Logic Sugeno method in determining the amount of chips production based on inventory data and the number of requests that have been built can be used to assist business voters in making a decision with a truth value reaching 94.887%.

Abstract

Carp is one type of fish introduced recently which is in great demand, because it has the advantage of resistance to disease and fast growth (80-100) days. At present many agricultural areas are utilized as ponds as in sleman. Fuzzy Tsukamoto is one method that is able to calculate and predict according to the data criteria used to get the optimal value in a process, especially in the problems of carp farming. Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Method is first performed to determine its membership function, then to determine the rules, and later the categories will be clustered to each group according to the rules applied. The Tsukamoto method used is the Center Average Defuzzifier method. The conclusion obtained from this study is the use of Fuzzy Logic with the Tsukamoto method can determine the prediction results of demand for gouramy stock as much as 64.9 kg.

Abstract

Culinary is a part of life that is closely related to daily food consumption. Some people have difficulty in determining where to eat to be visited, this is influenced by several considerations including the budget (budget) that is owned and the facilities at the place to eat. This article aims to recommend good culinary places for students, and students who are chosen from a good budget and facilities. The title of this article is proposed so that students can choose a good culinary place by using the Fuzzy Mamdani inference method. This method can be used to quickly complete this article. The limitations of planning a conventional food menu can be overcome in a number of ways, for example by increasing food menu data and by utilizing advances in information technology to find out food menus can be easily found on the internet.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Tsukamoto fuzzy algorithm to predict the production of tilapia seedlings in breeders must increase effective production in accordance with customer demand. The variables used to predict tilapia seedlings are demand, supply, production. The data source of this research was obtained by interview and direct observation to the production site of tilapia fish that is located in Pulo Siborna district. Panei, kab. Simalungun. It is hoped that this research can help tilapia seed breeders in producing tilapia seedlings, especially for tilapia seed breeders.
