Abstract

Online and offline buying and selling transactions require evaluation so that they can continue to grow. Products that have been sold have various categories, so the turnover of each product is different. This becomes the basis for evaluating future business strategies. However, turnover information for each product that is still processed manually will result in various risks such as inaccurate data, inaccurate calculation of category criteria, and inefficient time. The MAUT method is used in this research process because the calculation of the best-selling product category based on sales requires an appropriate and appropriate method. The criteria used in the calculation include price, sales, returns, and product evaluation. The results of the research on the MAUT method with 10 sample data on pillowcase products based on the color and pattern of the fabric that match the criteria can help calculate the highest turnover and produce alternative best-selling products. The product alternative with the highest final utility value, namely 0.308, is categorized as the best-selling product and has the highest sales turnover within 1 year. The calculation system is capable of processing the maximum amount of product data efficiently and quickly, so there are no obstacles such as manual calculations

Abstract

In this study, we present a comprehensive approach to address a critical challenge in environmental science: the accurate prediction of dissolved oxygen (DO) levels in river ecosystems. Leveraging advanced machine learning techniques, particularly Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), our research aims to overcome the limitations posed by sparse and incomplete environmental datasets. We meticulously curated a dataset from multiple water monitoring stations, capturing key indicators such as DO, ammonium ions, nitrites, nitrates, and biochemical oxygen demand. Following data standardization and quality assessment, we implemented a RandomForestRegressor to ascertain feature importance, utilizing GridSearchCV and RandomizedSearchCV for model optimization. This allowed for precise feature selection to inform the predictive model. Anomaly detection was performed using One-Class SVM and Isolation Forest methodologies, essential for purifying the dataset by removing outliers. Subsequently, VAEs were applied to augment the data, synthesizing new data points that were statistically coherent with the original set, thus enriching the dataset and potentially unveiling concealed patterns. The augmented data's impact was evaluated through a RandomForestRegressor model, comparing RMSE scores before and after data augmentation, revealing a notable improvement in predictive accuracy with the lowest RMSE observed for the model utilizing VAE-generated data. This underscores the VAE's value in enhancing the model's performance, indicating that the synthetic data provided additional variability and complexity that aided the model's learning process. Our findings indicate that integrating sophisticated data augmentation techniques like VAEs can significantly enhance the quality of environmental datasets and the accuracy of predictive models.

Abstract

The Dlundung campground is one of the campsite attractions located in Ketapanrame village, sub-district. Trawas, Mojokerto Regency, East Java. Dlundung campground provides campsites divided into blocks. There are 5 camping blocks in this camping area. At Dlundung Campground, of course, there is a business process that is implemented to manage and regulate all activities carried out, especially business processes to manage the reservation process and process payments made by tourists. because the promotional media is still minimal, the reservation records that often the managers at the Dlundung campground provide incorrect information regarding reservations. In addition, the Dlundung campground also experienced difficulties in managing its payment system. Because there is no guarantee at the outset such as a DP (down payment), tourists who have made reservations often do not come without giving prior notification to the detriment of the Dlundung Campground. Based on the problems that occurred at the Dlundung Mojokerto Camping Ground along with the results of interviews with Dlundung Mojokerto Camping Ground staff, a reservation information system is needed to manage the reservation process and also payment. This system will be developed on a web basis because it is easier to use and later this system will be integrated with the Midtrans Application Programming Interface (API) so that it can bridge the payment process between tourists and the Dlundung Mojokerto Camping Ground.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to recommend the best scrubs based on consumer interest with criteria such as skin type, quality, price and product size. This study uses a Decision Support System (SPK) also uses questionnaires as material to find data and share it with 150 respondents. The calculation process that the author made uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The results of this study explain that the type of scrub Shinzui brand with a value of 0.91 becomes the best scrub according to consumer interest followed by Purbasari with a value of 0.90, Herborist with a value of 0.83, Martha Tilaar with a value of 0.71 and then Vienna with a value of 0,59.

Abstract

Student satisfaction in higher education is the main focus in improving the quality of education. In the Tridharma paradigm, satisfaction is measured through a comparison of expectations and teaching realization as the main indicator of learning effectiveness. This research method uses Naïve Bayes classification, through the steps of reading training data, calculating prior probabilities, training data probabilities for each category, reading testing data, and calculating final probabilities. This research aims to evaluate student satisfaction with lecturers' teaching at the LP3I Polytechnic, Padang Campus. The data used in this research was 574. The results of research with 574 data (516 training and 58 testing) showed that 52 data (89.648%) stated "Very Satisfied", while 6 data (10.344%) stated "Satisfied". Prediction accuracy reached 98.28%. However, when using the Naïve Bayes method with 574 data (574 training and 574 testing), 397 data (69.078%) stated "Very Satisfied" and 177 data (30.798%) stated "Satisfied". Without the Naïve Bayes method, 402 data (69.948%) stated "Very Satisfied" and 172 data (29.928%) stated "Satisfied". An improvement of 0.87% occurred for the "Very Satisfied" category and -0.87% for "Satisfied". There are no differences in percentages for other categories. From the comparison of results, it can be seen that the Naïve Bayes method is superior in predicting student satisfaction levels compared to calculations without this method. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Naïve Bayes process model is suitable for use as a method for determining good decisions in predictions

Abstract

Goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) is a freshwater fish that has important economic value and has spread widely in Indonesia. Goldfish are one of the most recognizable fish species in the world. It is found worldwide as a pet. Where the level of consumption of this fish is very high in all circles of society, because in general all humans eat fish every day to add nutrition, but problems that arise if you are unable to master the technique of controlling it in terms of disease cause enormous losses for fish farmers. Disease is one of the causes of many fish deaths. One of the fish is infected with the disease, then the disease will spread throughout the pond. This will result in huge losses. This study aims to detect fish diseases more precisely and quickly with the help of a computer. The method used is the Certainty Factor by taking data from the Maritime and Fisheries Independent Training Center SINI SUKA Biru-biru, North Sumatra. By using data on symptoms and diseases in goldfish and then assigning a weight value to each symptom and calculating according to the steps of the Certainty Factor method with an accuracy close to 100%, this method can be applied to detect goldfish disease so that this research is very very helpful in identifying goldfish disease.

Abstract

Every agency or an organization that wants to survive is needed to improve a proper service. Increasing the amount of capacity is an important thing to note, one way that can be done to estimate the amount of capacity is by data mining. The data mining method used in this case is to use the Multiple Linear Regression algorithm. This algorithm is an analysis that has more than one independent variable. This research was conducted at AMIK Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar, by analyzing the data for new students to estimate the number of new student admissions. From the results of this study, the estimated number of new students got 93 people, which previously was 107 people, which means that in the following year there was a decrease in the number of new students from the year previous. This study aims as a recommendation in improving future evaluation.

Abstract

Village development has become an important topic of discussion in Indonesia, especially with the enactment of regulations and policies that support autonomous villages. This research reviews regulations such as Presidential Regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE) and number 6 of 2014 concerning villages that contribute to village development. Based on a survey by the Ministry of Villages of PDTT, only 4% of the total villages in Indonesia have attained the status of an Independent Village. This research identifies the need to advance information technology in villages, supports the smart village concept, and analyzes the concept of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the context of village development. One of the focuses of this research is in Rancamanyar Village, where aspects of village governance and Administration Service are the main concerns. The suggested solution is the creation of an enterprise architecture design which is expected to help the operational gaps that exist in every process in the village. This research is expected to be a guide in planning and implementing technology that supports independent and sustainable villages, as well as providing a comprehensive picture of the status of village development in Indonesia in accordance with the goals of the SDGs.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: (a) How researchers designed geographic location information systems for the distribution of data on children with special needs equipped with information services that are friendly to them. (b) How the application can be Implemented and used easily. In addition, the purpose of this study is to design a geographic information system application for the distribution of locations of children with special needs based on WebGIS in Lubuklinggau and to apply knowledge about information systems theoretically and practically. In addition, this research method is descriptive using the waterfall method which consists of several stages: analysis, design, coding and testing. Furthermore, in collecting data, researchers use primary data and secondary data. So it is hoped that later this designed application will apply web service technology, so that information about mapping children with special needs is always up to date.  And to overcome this problem, researchers use an approach to a digital mapping model in the form of a Web-based GIS by utilizing leafleat.js as a digital map. The method used in this study uses UML (Unifed Modeling Language), PHP programs, codeigniter frameworks and MySQL databases as data storage. The Geographic Information System (GIS) for the distribution of children with special needs (ABK) aims to provide convenience and speed to children with special needs in obtaining information about health and public facilities services that are friendly to those in Lubuklinggau City.

Abstract

Sapawarga is software used to fulfill the needs of citizens in a variety of services, ranging from public information, letter submission, to public complaints. There are some negative comments about the application on the Google app store. This suggests there are quality issues in the Sapawarga software. By applying usability tests, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS), and SPSS for data analysis, this study aimed to ascertain user satisfaction features with the SapaWarga application. The study collected primary Data from distributed questionnaires to 400 respondents from Bandung City residents. It has been determined that the application achieved a total score of 52.92, which is classified as OK. However, the grade scales and acceptability ranges were relatively low, indicating that there are still many improvements needed to achieve maximum user satisfaction.
